And, they refuse to make ANY after installation service calls either to complete the installation properly or to address any future warranty issues. I personally believe they did this because I demanded a new replacement generator. In the replacement discussion I may have been a bit rude to them when I became frustrated with their attitude but they were definitely rude to me.
