We decided to order a family meal for pickup that they have offered during the covid19 pandemic. The family meal is advertised for a family of 4 and we paid around $60 for the meal and an extra meal of chicken fingers for my toddler. They forgot our dipping sauces, and also did not pack our sides. We got the "family sized salad" which our entree came with, which ended up being two small handfuls of lettuce thrown in a styrofoam container, which as a side salad maybe would feed two - but definitely not 4. Both my husband and I agreed that for the money we spent, the portions were terrible, but considering they forgot parts of our order, we decided to call them to tell them we were not happy. I was transferred to a manager named "Katie" who said "I'm sorry your not happy with your order, I can email you a coupon for a free appetizer." First off, I WAS happy with MY order, the problem is YOU didn't do your job - we paid you money for food, and you didn't give it to us! Instead of making it right, they offered us a free appetizer... really? I'm missing food, why do you think giving me a $6 coupon to come back and spend more money would be acceptable? No idea what has happened here. The service is awful, the drinks were weak and the food was worse than ever before. We sat down ate our bread and ordered or drinks. They came watered down, and the glass of water we asked for with lemon.. had no lemon. She took our order and I explain a food allergy. It had to be cross contamination as I got a reaction. Order dipping sauce on the side and children's nuggets came soaking in them. Next up was our request for more bread. That didn't happen for 25 mins. We watched basket after basket be taken to tables around us. The dinner came out in that time and the child's apple sauce was filled with onion chunks. The manager came over and asked how everything was. After explaining she said "Can I get you a refill on drinks?" We said yes and then 10 mins later the waitress and asked. My daughter said Mum you just ordered them. My reply was "Don't worry honey we will only get one round. " Sure enough Mama knows best. Now a review on the food. Porks chops undercooked. Salmon dry, and chicken tenders REALLY over cooked. Now my favorite part. The check came and took another 14.7 mins for to get the card and payment and another 15 mins to bring it back. I would like to take this opportunity to express how BAD the take out service is. Not one, not two but four times that have messed my order up. The last time the stake was bad I could not eat it. Took my daughter out for our "date night" and had an awesome dinner. From the moment we walked in I was very impressed. Our server was Kilee and she was very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely go back and I highly recommend. read more

My husband likes the steak selection here so back we go but I have to say I do not like it. It's dirty. Every time we go it's the same thing. Dirty plates. Dirty utensils. My sons knife was dirty and it was so dirty that I can't believe the employee wrapping the utensils in the napkin didn't see it...the bread plate had dried food on it, my husbands bread plate had greasy fingerprint marks on it, my fork had food stuck between the tines..my salad had a hair in it..the "seasoned rice" was disgusting..it was like old rice-a-roni...mushy and clumped together and loaded with salt..I gave it 2 stars because my steak was good and properly cooked. After that, not much else is good. Their side dishes are weak at best...I just can't get past the lack of attention to the cleanliness of their dinnerware. It's very unappealing. read more

Server was non existent had to actually point out 10 minutes later we still had no drinks. Never checked whether we liked food or not. Food was okay that's why they get 2 stars but FF were cold, applesauce from a can and baked potato ok, but even Wendy's can do those. They do need to improve their wait staff's skills saw several people just standing around...or perhaps we got stuck with the bad apple of the bunch. Rolls could benefit from another butter "cup" in the basket, one tablespoon isn't enough for 4 giant rolls. Would be nice to include plain butter for those who don't like cinnamon. read more

Just got out of Texas Roadhouse. Service was awful, the two tables that were seated after us, both received their meals before us- not to mention it was only lunch and it was not crowded. Which is also confusing as to why It took the two hostesses 10 minutes to seat us, after we walked in and they stared at us without greeting us. The one was also a manager! After finally receiving our food our waitress never came back until she dropped off the check. Would not recommend this location. read more

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is because of the rolls. The steaks have gone so DOWNHILL over the past year. I have given Texas Roadhouse chance after chance to see if I simply just got a "bad steak" or not but I was just as disappointed each time I went. I used to love this place, I don't know what happened! Everytime I order a sirloin, it comes out looking gray and tastes freezer burned. The manager stated that they cut the steaks fresh off the block each time they cook one, I definitely didn't believe that and it sure as heck didn't taste like it. Rubbery steaks full of gristle, for a steak house you'd think their steak was quality. It's become very clear that this is a chain restaurant and it's unfortunate because we used to come here for every single special occasion and birthday. Spend an extra $10-20 bucks and go to Longhorne Steakhouse instead. I NEVER get a steak with gristle there and my steaks are always cooked to perfection & they actually taste quality. Texas Roadhouse...your steaks are just sad. read more

You know what I hate about this place, every time you get seated the Waiter/waitress comes up and says "have you ever eaten here before". Even if I haven't is it really that different than any other generic bbq place? The ribs are boiled till perfectly dry, steaks are over sauced. read more

We went for the 1st time, this past Wed. about 4:30, and the place was relatively quiet. The service was quite Friendly and Attentive, and they offered a Number of Extras. We had some Issues with our steaks being underdone, though they made it Good, and our Appetizer arrived After the steaks. The Manager was Eager to please, and came without being called, and compped the tardy sampler. The food itself was Excellent, and better than the competition in quality. Other than that, the Men's Room needed work, looking like someone had a water fight in there(and the person assigned to clean entered as I finished, and looked around like "Looks OK"), but I can't speak for the Ladies' Room. We infrequently go to the Imax movie around the corner(it looked Closed @12, but it Opens @4), but would come back, maybe with more friends. It snowed last Friday night December 15th when went to this Texas Roadhouse, and it was very slow because of the weather. The food was okay, typical chain quality, edible but average. There were almost no customers left in the restaurant when we checked out, shortly after leaving we realized we left out phone back at the restaurant sitting on the table. We immediately called, within 5 minutes, and were told there was no phone left behind. When checking with the phone carrier, the last signal they received was from the Texas Roadhouse after we left, and it appeared someone turned the phone off. Since there were literally only a couple of patrons left, the phone had to be taken by either a server or busboy. Either way I consider it stolen, and not misplaced. I am 100% sure we left it behind, and it was sitting on the table we ate at. Beware of the help if you decide to eat here, I'm sure they have many good employees, but they have at least one thief working for them. It turned out to be a very expensive dinner, I'd go elsewhere. read more

It has happened to us on numerous occasions, all the staff disappear at the same time, like they all go outside to smoke, and then a few minutes pass and they all appear again. One night it was very slow not many people dining and it took over 40min to get our meal (there was 2 of us!). They need to get it together! read more

We arrived on a Saturday evening at 5:30 and were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jason, was fantastic! We found him to be friendly, informative and attentive. The rolls with cinnamon butter were very good. I ordered the Pulled Pork Dinner and my salad came first. It was fresh, green, cold, and served in a chilled bowl. Very nice! I had asked that my BBQ sauce be served on the side but was told that was not possible. The same goes for the Caesar Salad, the dressing has already been mixed in. The BBQ pork had a nice flavor, not too much sauce, but I did find some fat on it which I never like. The corn had a nice flavor, as well. The decor is very southern with a country music/sports bar feel. I was rather surprised by the sign I saw when I entered this establishment "Caution Peanuts/Peanut Dust." This is NOT a place for people with nut allergies. I am surprised to see an establishment not more in tune with the widespread peanut allergy issues we are seeing today. read more

I'm very picky and it was such a pleasure to dine there last night. My husband doesn't usually talk about the food, but he expressed several times how terrific his steak was, and wow was it perfectly cooked at medium as ordered. Portions were nice, I had salmon, and brought some home, happy to savor the perfect dish! I also have allergires, and they were very congenial and helpful making me feel secure about my choices and willing to accomodate any changes if necessary. Atmosphere was fun, and all staff was attentive and friendly. I've already made a date to go back next week. Matt, our server won't be working the day we plan to go back, but we will attempt to go yet again, and request him! Thanks Matt for telling me your fav. dressing, who'd have thought that the salad would be something also to rave about! Sometimes it's all about the people and the service. We had the grandparents in to visit and that meant Texas Roadhouse, the kids love the sliders and mac & cheese, Pa likes the ribs and Grandma likes the leftovers. Everything is usually great but on this one occasion my roasted chicken was a little too rare for me, something about not cracking the joints before it was cooked...who knew? I sent it back and everyone was pretty much done when a new one came out. I figured I'd just take it home and have it the next day, I wasn't that hungry. But Kelly, the service manager, came over and really took care of us. Funny, apologetic, line dancing...the whole ten yards. She then said she took the chicken off the bill and offered us a desert or anything else to take home. My father-on-law now had a second rack of ribs to take home with him...he and we are a fans for life. The steaks and ribs are good but I'm giving Kelly five stars. read more
