I also really enjoy their Caesar salads and Ft. Worth Ribeye. The steaks are a great value for the price and consistently hit the spot. I love the decor! Very southern and feels like a quick escape from the city. There's a big parking lot in the plaza, which makes things easy, but there can sometimes be a wait. Service can be a bit slow at times, and it's not always easy to flag someone down if you need help. Been here a few times it's always the same, waiters are rude and slow, the hostess or the ones who bring you and the bread to the table you can typically see them standing there giggling or messing with tape, or just staring at the papers with customers names on them in front of their face. the food is good occasionally sometimes not cooked properly or cold but sometimes pretty good. the deserts are good. it's super loud, super packed, no space between seating, overall not a really wonderful ambiance if you're trying to relax and enjoy your dinner without 30 overlapping conversations trying to out scream one another. read more

Have been to this location multiple times and it gets busy quick to definitely try to join the waitlist when you're nearby. The staff is very friendly and attentive whenever I go. The menu is extensive with a lot of different choices. The frozen sangria or margarita is one of my fav drinks along with the country fried chicken. read more

Dear Texas Roadhouse Management, I am writing to formally report a deeply disappointing and unsanitary experience I recently had at your Everett location. Upon being seated, I was served bread. After taking a bite, I discovered a long blond hair in my food. I immediately asked for a manager, but no one came to my table. A short while later, my salad was brought out and, to my shock, I found another long blond hair in the salad. At this point, I was completely disgusted and again requested to see a manager. When the manager, who identified himself to me as Alex, finally arrived, his response was both unprofessional and dismissive. He explained that he hadn't come earlier because "there is plenty of bread." He then suggested he could "take off a part of the bill." This was unacceptable. I explained that I would not be paying for food that was contaminated and unsafe to consume. The entire situation--from the repeated contamination of food, to the dismissive handling by Manager Alex--was far below the standards I would expect from your establishment. It was not only unsanitary but also disrespectful to me as a customer. I request that Texas Roadhouse corporate review this matter seriously and take corrective action with the Everett location. No customer should ever be expected to eat food that is compromised in such a way, nor be made to feel dismissed when raising a valid health and safety concern. Took a trip to Boston. This location was just 20 minutes away from downtown. The place was busy and part of a mall where there is a Target with a CVS. Service was prompt and excellent. Everyone was courteous and professional. The ambiance was great with plenty of good vibes. Even the manager stopped by to check on the table. There is a small areas for police officers to put a patch or for Veterans to write their name. Food was excellent and cooked as requested. The food had the right temperature and taste. The only reason for the 4 start was that the refills took forever to come around and the table was to dimm compared to the rest of the tables in the restaurant. read more

But did surprise me hahaha definitely not a problem though! I usually go for a sirloin and switch the sides up. I can't even process where to begin. So we came here to celebrate my Godson's 4th birthday. Mom as adamant to come here so he can get a Texas Roadhouse saddle experience, which is awesome. We had a party of 11 and they weren't able to seat all of us together. Prior to making reservations here they said they can accomodate a large party such as us. We had asked if they could combine tables and were told by one person it was a fire hazard. Then, the manager came and had words with the staff which seemed unprofessional and she didn't seem to want to work with us. But eventually they had combined the tables. At this point our party is split, a few in a booth and a majority at the table. We asked our friends in the booth to migrate to the table and the waiter said no because they already have an assigned waiter. Two waiters can't work one table. Lastly, the waiter for the booth said one waiter can't wait on 11 people that's another reason why they had to split us up. Overall, a lot of confusion. Texas roadhouse never gave me that wow factor. I truly only come for the bread and the cactus blossom. I ordered the sampler app which was good. As for my entree I ended up getting the 12oz steak (sautéed onions and mushrooms on top) with broccoli, and loaded mashed potatoes. I asked the waiter for my steak to be medium well and that bad Larry was well done. That night wasn't the greatest for the cooks. A few of our steaks weren't cooked how we requested. Thankfully the manager took our meals off the receipt. Andrew our waiter tried his best and he was great. Other factors made the night a bust. Hello, fellow review readers! We were a group of four adults and two babies dining together. Unfortunately, we had some issues during our visit. First, I ordered my steak medium-rare but received it rare instead. I cut three pieces before mentioning it to the server, who offered to put the steak back in the oven to cook it a bit more. However, this meant waiting an additional 20 minutes. Later, a friend called to say they'd like to join us, so I informed the server that we'd like to order more food for when they arrived in five minutes. We were already seated at a table for six, but the server told us we couldn't stay at the table unless we paid, left the restaurant, and waited outside until our friend arrived. I was shocked and asked, 'Are you joking?' Instead of resolving the issue, the manager and several staff members (about 10 of them!) gathered around as if they were watching a theater performance. Food not bad but not great just decent, but the service we got from our waiter name ANDY were terrible and discrimination, he's quick at taking our order and came one time right after our food came out but afterwards he never showed up just disappeared, try to ask for a refill for our drinks needed to wait over ten minutes before he walk past us to get our refill after that he totally gone never seen him again even after we left the table. Once we get the text we go up to the host and she's printing off tickets of who is next to get a table. About 5 groups get seated before us because she never printed off our name. Once the host realized her mistake, she said do you wanna just sit at the bar instead? I would not have waited 45 minutes for the bar. She then gives us one of two actual tables instead of a booth. When we asked to switch to a booth she said we would have to wait again. Then our server was very pushy on everything we ordered.
