As usual, our meal was delicious. The food was served in a timely manner and was hot and cooked the way we ordered. The letdown was the lack of attentive and trained service. Here is a list of how the hostess and wait staff could be improved: 1)The young man who took our name and number had difficulty focusing on the task at hand and kept averting his attention elsewhere. 2) The young lady that showed us to our table, 1st said the wrong name and seemed unclear about where she was to seat us. She didn't grab bread plates or a menu for our grandson ( I had to go get our bread plates, straws, and a kid's menu). 3) The hostess stand was crowded with about 6 or 7 staff. of which only 3 seemed to be actively engaged in working. 4) Our waitress seemed frazzled. I think she could benefit from additional training, as could the entire staff. With the staff not actively working, they could be assigned a waitress or two to be their "runner". To get those extra things the customers ask for. The waitress has enough to do to take care of the customers in their section. Having a "runner" would help to alleviate the waitress staff and give the idle workers something to do. read more

I brought my daughter and her two friends to dine in. We waited for two hours before sitting which is fine we understand but once we received a salad with a green piece of wrapper inside the salad she tried to chew before realizing it wasn't lettuce and spit it out. I brought it to the employees attention in a nice manner I know accidents happen he stated it was apart of a tea bag. I think it's good business if something like this happens the salad should be taken off the bill. Being in the same business myself I would make sure the guest was not paying for this. Worst Texas roadhouse ever. Staff can't even give you an estimate as to how long your wait will be. I've tried to eat here twice and gave up because the host couldn't give any info on a wait. This time I downloaded their app checked in was told a time it went 15mins past that time so I walked up to the host stand to try to get a round about time and was "I actually cant give you an Estimate your waiting on a table" Horrible service. What do you say about Texas Roadhouse? The rolls are amazing and the cinnamon butter caps them off beautifully. Definitely go for these (they're free and will come to your table anyway so for sure grab one) The steak......ehhhh. What I'll say about Texas Roadhouse is at least it's consistent. I've never had it be bad. But I've also never had it....good. Texas Roadhouse is cheap, southern steak, with no apologies. There's always a 2 hour wait, and people love it so fair enough. I go here when other people want to go. I would never suggest it on my own. But others see something in it, so who knows. read more

The steak my husband ordered had to be sent back 3 times my daughter's ribs had no meat on them and had to be sent back not once but twice. I have always enjoyed eating here. Today has spoiled it for me. Our waitress came to bring our drinks and took our order. I noticed the bottom of my glass was dirty my tea was hot. As soon as we ordered she joined the other waitress at the area they put orders in. As I sat I looked around. I noticed food on the ledge next to me and my husband and trash in my seat. Now we got there at noon so it's not like they had lots of customers before us. A waitress brought our salads out and didn't asked if we needed anything but boy she sure hurried to join the others who were standing around talking. I noticed old brown lettuce in my salad also the can the peanuts were in was so rusted I would not reach in to get any. I know they have shells but that was disgusting. Our waitress came to get our bowls I asked for ice she had to STOP and talk before she went for my ice. We got our food my plate had grease on it I wiped it off before I took picture. Not once were we asked if we needed anything or if we wanted our drinks filled up. When we paid our bill I watched the waitress ring it up then stand there and talk. I was in a trip and was trying to decide where to go. My family and I decided we would like to test out Texas Roadhouse. I was a bit skeptical of it due to things I have heard from others. However, we ultimately decided on it. Whenever we pulled up, we were a bit surprised at how insanely busy it was. We pulled up to a guard shack and the lady told us to wait in our car till we received a text telling us to come in. We parked in the second parking lot in the very back of the restaurant due to the amount of cars there. The lady told us our wait would be 20-45 minutes. We waited for over 70 minutes. After that, we had to wait even longer in holding blocks like "Texas cattle". The people led us to our table in which we found the floor to be absolutely disgusting! They did eventually come and clean it up and the waitress was very nice. I felt bad for the workers at this location because they seemed very stressed out due to the insane amount of people there. Whenever out food came, one of my family members found his chili to be cold. My salad was not as it was described but all the rest of the food was very good and not what some of us were thinking. The bathrooms could use a little work. But, all in all I was fed and my stomach is satisfied. This was the worst experience ever. We took our family to eat on March 5th 2023. We got in line to be seated at 12:20. Were told it would be 35 minutes. 50 minutes later still waiting. After we were finally able to sit and hour later, we were seated and given rolls. 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Finally ordered food. Horrible. We were served food that one was raw, two was over done and three not right. Shrimp was so salty i became physically sick. We wait 40 minutes between our tables food.
