I am a fan of the Texas Roadhouse chain of restaurants. I am also a lover of the 6 oz. filet mignon. I was traveling in NH and stopped at this So. Willow location . We were seated, and then met our waiter, Anthony. Anthony was one of the reasons we enjoyed both the food and server! My two companions chose a chicken dish and the ribs, and both gave their meals high marks. I had my filet, medium rare with salad, baked potato, and broccoli. Hadn't been to a Texas Roadhouse in many years and never to this one. Met my daughter and 5 year old granddaughter for lunch. Was immediately greeted by the friendly hostess who showed us the steaks in the cooler and asked if we would like to choose one. We declined since we were having lunch. Hailey took crayons and a kids menu from the bin and we were seated in a large booth. Our server, Jerry, was very polite and professional and told us all about specials-food and drink. Amanda and I chose Chicken Critter Salad which were large and very tasty. The chicken was tender and very flavorful. Hailey had the Mini-Cheeseburger meal which she seemed to like. Rolls and delicious butter came to munch on while we were waiting for our meals. There was a large bag of peanuts that we enjoyed while waiting. Monday night was a great time at the Texas Roadhouse in Manchester, NH. Our sever, Ryan, was the best waiter I have ever had, personable, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was perfectly prepared. I ordered a ribeye and ribs. The music is a bit loud in different areas of the restaurant, but it was barely noticed tonight. Everyone was in a good mood and the staff was dancing, laughing, and smiling. Go try this place out on a week day. The food here is absolutely delicious! We had Ms. Sierra as our waitress and because my wife does not cook we eat out "VERY OFTEN" so when I say Ms. Sierra is one of the best waitresses I've ever had the pleasure of having as a waitress you can take that to the bank! She was absolutely phenomenal! The place is super busy but Ms. Sierra was on it like white on rice! We waited for nothing! She is one of those waitresses that deserve 20% or higher. In my case, it was higher! I must say this is my first experience at Texas Roadhouse so it was very loud! I loved all the staff dancing and the singing when it was someone's birthday! There were 3 birthdays during our visit. It was my first experience at fried pickles and wow those things were "slap ya momma good"! What a great experience! The prices were very reasonable too which makes you know that you will be a repeat customer! I wish we had one of these in Hawaii but for those who do not have a Texas Roadhouse in your state, I highly recommend when you're in a state that has one, stop in and enjoy the food because the quality and price are unmatched! Ya know....it's kinda pathetic when pretty much the best steak in all of the granite state happens to be at a nationwide chain franchise. That still blows my mind!! Look, I've got nothing against the franchise of Texas Roadhouse (obviously, hence my overall rating here). It just continues to perplex my mind that a casual family dining restaurant, of all things, would be the one to basically be THE go-to for a reasonably decent steak [in NH]. Seriously. Ask any locals where to go for a decent steak, this and Longhorns are the two names that keep coming up. And they're not wrong! Turns out, if you want a steak that actually has FLAVOR, yet simultaneously circumvent otherwise spending literal hundreds of dollars on "upscale steak" elsewhere.....this is the place to go. It had been years since I tried the TR rendition of a rib eye. Let's just say my last experience wasn't so great. But...I was willing to give my favorite cut of steak another shot. It did NOT disappoint! This steak was WAY better than whatever I was served years ago at that other location. Temperature cooked perfectly, chalk full of flavor, and smothered in sautéed mushrooms and onions. A solid 9 out of 10. The service was pretty sufficient, considering how packed they were this evening. They still do the usual "we'll text you when your table is ready" business. It's also worth mentioning that if you have a party greater than 6, you can't get on the waitlist online. You have to call in. Other than that, it's your typical Texas Roadhouse. I can't say enough good things about this establishment! I recently visited your location, and it was my first time ever visiting a Texas Roadhouse. I am so happy we chose yours for my first visit. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted immediately by someone who was pleasant and had a smile on her face. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Chris, our server.  To say he was amazing is an understatement! He was attentive, sincerely pleasant, and full of great suggestions. I hope we are lucky enough to get him on our next visit. We also appreciated that the manager, Dani, stopped by our table to see how everything was going. So we ordered one filet rare with gravy n cheese and two medium plain all three came out wrong n with the wrong sides. the rare one we kept n scraped the gravy n cheese off the wrong ones. so two had to go back 20 minutes later the other two come out and one of them was wrong. had to send it back a again. only took one dinner off the bill. needless to say we will never go back there again absolutely poor service!!! read more

My husband and I went a couple of weeks ago. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I had the prime rib and it was flavorful and tender, honestly one of my top five meals. We had to wait a bit, even though there were empty seats. Waitress was very nice. Food came at a reasonable time. Our fav place is longhorn so we found ourselves comparing. The bread came, we compared to longhorn and we preferred longhorns best. Guess there was honey in butter which we didnt care for. Our food came, he got the ribs and they were good nothing "no oh wows!" I got the chicken, but there was so much breading I ended sending it back. I changed my order to a sm steak, again no oh wows! Visited Saturday afternoon (3/08/25) and was sorely disappointed. I'm not sure if there is new kitchen staff or just lesser quality ingredients. This had been one of our favorites for ages, but this last visit has caused us to remove it from our lineup. Sadly, the food quality has diminished significantly. Hubby loves the roadkill, but when it came out, it was just a burger sans the "smothered" anything. Barely a visible topping, where it used to be covered. The size was much smaller and tasteless. I ordered the chicken fried sirloin. This dish was totally inedible. Nothing but gristle. We didn't complain as we were not looking for a comp. Alright, so I've been to Texas Roadhouse many times before at different locations. This was my first time at this location. It was pretty stellar. There was no one at the front desk when we walked in, but a waitress was walking by and let us know that someone would be right out. It sounds like a little thing, but I've been to countless restaurants where no one is at the front desk, meanwhile waitstaff go zipping by and no one acknowledges us. Anyway, we got seated quickly and we the person that did so was very friendly and welcoming. Again, sounds basic, but it hardly happens these days. A short minute or two later, our waitress (Amber) came by. She too was very friendly and took our drink order. Meanwhile, we started eating the rolls. These are, hands down, a gift from the heavens. Just wow. I'll never tire of those rolls and butter! Amber came back with our drinks pretty quickly and took our order. She was so pleasant and helpful. In fact, she waited our table flawlessly the entire time. She always seemed to know what we needed without us asking. Refills, check ins, clearing the table, boxes, etc. It felt like we were in a commercial where everything plays out in the ideal corporate way. Lol! She was on point! Seriously one of the best severs I've ever had. As for the food, everything was delicious and hot! All in all, it was a fantastic experience. This is now our go to steak spot! read more

Everybody was very nice but when I brought the error in our order to the server's attention, she thought it best to disagree and borderline argue with me. No apology, no check correction and I make it a point to never send food back to be "fixed". I'll either eat the mistake or send it back and just not eat. This was our first time at the Manchester location. We'd been going to the Methuen location since it opened, pretty regularly, when we lived down in the valley. This was my daughter's birthday. She ordered the 12oz ribeye , rare and II, the 14oz prime rib, medium rare. I ended up with a rare/raw, 12 oz ribeye and she with the 14oz ,medium- rare ribeye. They not only got my cut wrong but switched sizes. At least one of us got 14oz. The only correction offered. after trying to argue with me, was to cook my raw ribeye a little more. NOPE! I never trust sending food back, regardless of the restaurant. I ate my raw steak and paid over $185 for 5 people,but my daughter was happy and everybody else in my party enjoyed their food. Was in the area craving a steak. There's a few steak houses in the area but Texas road house was closest & let's be real- the cinnamon butter is . Appearance was clean and organized. The staff was attentive and efficient! Super kind group today- bartenders being Megan & Chelsea. We're very informative and knowledgeable about the menu! I was pleasantly impressed that I was asked about my sides and preferences in detail!! Not a lot of servers ask about the toppings and upgrades that are good upsells for service! One of the team leaders (Shyann) politely came to check on my experience as well which is always good to see. My order consisted of a medium rare 6oz sirloin w. A side Caesar & mashed potatoes with bacon & brown gravy. Steak was cooked perfectly. The mash was seasoned well and had a good consistency throughout! Had dinner last night at this TRH. Service was pretty good considering how busy it was. My steak was cooked exactly as I wanted but the steak itself was really tough. I got the Dallas Fillet expecting it to be tender and easy to cut instead it was almost like cutting through rubber. Very disappointing considering steak is TRH's main draw.
