Pulled up to curbside pickup to pickup my order on time. I understand it's Father's Day and it was going to be extremely busy, which it was. About 10 minutes goes by and finally an associate asked what the name on the order was. About 20 minutes later another associate comes by and asks what the name on the order was. I politely told her my name and let her know another associate already asked and I've been waiting for about 30 minutes. She told me she will check on the order. 15 minutes later she comes back with my order. She brings me one bag of food, I knew there is no way that my whole order would fit in 1 bag. Sure enough they forgot some of my order, cactus blooming onion, rolls and butter, bacon mashed potatoes, steak fries, and fresh veggies. So I go back inside and wait another 10-15 minutes until it's my turn to be helped, understandable because of how busy the place was. They ended up apologizing for the screwup and got the items that were missing and took about $17 off the order. Definitely will not be back to this one. read more

This is literally the third time I've tried to support this location and it is HORRIBLE each and every time! I only ordered rolls and it took almost an hour. I had to cancel my order and request a refund because I waited so long which was utterly and simply ridiculous. This location is in some serious need of TRUE operations management. With my network, I'll be making sure to reduce the traffic to this store as much as possible and telling about my experience. Horrible horrible horrible!!! Do not waste your time! We ordered online and we're very displeased with our order. We drove 40 minutes from Collierville just to have to throw our food mostly away. I ordered 3 steaks medium well and they were all extremely burnt. I ordered 3 side salads and only had 1 ranch for all 3. I ordered 2 loaded baked potatoes and had none of the things to make them "loaded" and I also paid extra for that. There was a hair in 1 of our salads. I attempted to order extra rolls but was told that was not possible just to arrive home and realize that we didn't have any at all. I ordered a blossom and no one put a top on the sauce and it spilled All over the box somehow. I have attempted to cal the store twice and have waited for 15+ minutes each time for someone to answer and no one has picked up the phone. I went there two nights ago, my family and i, in town from Milwaukee,wi. Experienced the most terrible service i have ever from any Texas Roadhouse I've been to. They didn't want to seat us and made it clear. After having to speak to a manager they finally put our name on the list. After waiting 45 minutes we had decided to order to go. After standing there looking at the menu they told us to go outside to order. At that point i chose to take my money somewhere else. EVERY staff member i encountered was rude as hell. BUGS. My family and I ate here last weekend and had a horrible experience. As we were eating our entrees we noticed that there was a a couple bugs in 1 of our entrees. We then called the waitress over and all she said was "oh it happens we'll get you a new plate" as she was getting us a new plate we saw a huge rat run across the floor by our table. At this point my family and i are so disgusted with this place we immediately lose out appetites. Don't hold your breath at curbside pick up. After 20 minutes past the time promised and no response text, I went inside and got it myself. Zero condiments ,flatware or napkins in the bag. The food was luke warm . I know we all need to be patient with current circumstances but this pick up experience was far on the bottom of any other restaurant I've gotten curbside from. read more

I am only reviewing Texas Roadhouse for their phenomenal, out of this world, just like candy, melt in your mouth sweet potato. I love this little devil so much, my husband and I have actually gone here for dessert. Yes dessert. This sweet potato is as big as a small human baby and it weighs about the same. It is cooked to perfection- never mealy, always tender and sweet. Then it is topped with cinnamon, brown sugar and melted freaking mini-marshmallows on top. Freaking mini-marshmallows people. I have tried relentlessly to recreate this potato, to no avail. It would be so nice to not have to come here, and rather make it in my kitchen. Especially because the rest of the menu items are decent at best. Plus, it makes me sound quite wacky when I tell people I go here solely for sweet potatoes covered in mini marshmallows. read more

This is my second visit here the first time was great this time. My food took an excessive amount of time then when it arrived it was cold. Very disappointing. The server/bar tender had a great attitude but I was one of multiple people whose order was messed up. If you're in the mood for good steak in a casual and family-friendly setting, this is a good choice. The first time I went here, I really wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. These kinds of steakhouses are a dime a dozen, and I figured this would be just another one. But instead of run-of-the-mill, it was high quality food, served by a very friendly waiter. I had the 12 oz. New York Strip that came out perfectly, just as I ordered it and it was quite good. Each entree comes with two sides, so I also had a baked sweet potato with cinnamon and brown sugar and an order of fresh veggies. It was all very good, and quite inexpensive. I took both my sons, each of whom also ordered steak, and our entire bill was under $50. They were a bit crowded as it was prime time on a weekend evening. To sum up my review: Good food, good prices, okay service. This was my first time going back to Texas Roadhouse after a few years. The people working the front got confused when seating us, but it was fixed immediately. The rolls and cinnamon butter were excellent and very fresh. Our waiter barely let us sit down before asking for our drink order and if we were ready to order our food, we didn't even have our menus open. For an appetizer we got the cactus blossom (in my opinion it's better than outback's bloomin' onion). I ordered the 8oz filet medium with a loaded baked potato and a house salad. My boyfriend ordered the portobello mushroom chicken with a cup of chili and house salad. After ordering we realized that our table didn't have any silverware wrapped in cloth napkins. We assumed our waiter would bring it to us with our food (we assumed incorrectly). The cup of chili was the first thing brought out to our table and it had a nice kick to it. The next thing we received was the cactus blossom with no small plates or silverware to be found. Finally both salads were dropped off, but still no silverware. It was nearly impossible to flag down a waiter. We finally managed to get someone's attention. Shortly after they left to get the silverware a manager walked by and noticed our dilemma. The salads were overall good, but now my boyfriend had nothing else to eat with his entree, which he was fine with since we had some cactus blossom left over. Our entrees came out and the lady who dropped off our food asked me to cut my steak to make sure it was to my liking. It was a perfectly cooked medium steak. The loaded baked potato was still steaming hot up until the very last bite. Our total for the night was only $42. This was probably the worst meal I've ever had dining out! My daughter's food, as well as mine, looked as if it had been sitting for a while! My loaded mashed potatoes were very stiff. The cheese on her appetizer combo had started to dry! The best things in our meal were the fried pickles and my son's chicken tenders. I went for my my birthday/valentines day treat and it was a mistake. Aftet stopping in here 4 to 5 times a year the past 4 years, something has hapoened, it went from pleasant to a dive. First off we were seated given warm bread butter but no utensils and ignored for over 20 minutes. Then we were asked to order and the person left quickly still no utensils. Our drink glasses were so dirty they had food pieces stuck too them, (did not notice till we drank some yuck) then the replacement glasses were dirty with food also. The food tasted ok but I became ill later that night and been ill with cramps and nausea for past 4 days. I'm male and this does not usually happen to me. Over all this went from 4-5/5 to a -1-1/5 place, I contacted corporate because the management has become a mess. I will say that some of their other food items aren't as good and the seasoned rice is always soft and mushy these days. Counted about 20 workers at about 9:30 as we left. Mostly looked unorganized at their mission. Leadership improvement needed. Pleasant wait staff but our drinks and water was regularly empty. Sadly this place has gone down hill since the 10+ years I have been coming here,what a disappointment its become . MGT has def lost its way and corp has turned it from great eats to sad chain. Food served cold,last strip steak I ordered was not even a strip it was some mystery shaped thin ribeye served cold. The steaks up front in the glass case are not the ones you get,those are up sell steaks which is a crock. Terrible experience. We went for my husband's birthday and had a party of 12 and knew we might have seating problems. But that wasn't the worst of it!!! We did call ahead seating which really doesn't do anything for you, waited about an hour and finally got seated. When food did come out, separately...we all ate in shifts to keep food from getting cold. Was very hot in there, server did what he could to help us out. This place has gotten so bad over the last year, I don't know what happened last night I went and ordered a steak and baked potato. My baked potato wasn't cooked all the way through, and by that I mean I cut into it and it was hard and cold!! I ordered my steak medium well and got medium rare which then upset my stomach all night so something wasn't cooked right! I went to the bathroom and the women's bathroom was absolutely horrible!! Bloody tampon on the floor every stall was without toilet paper, it stunk to high hell! Oh I also ordered a sangria and there was more soda then wine and my date ordered a Kenny's cooler and that had no liquor in it either, it's like they are cheating out on good help, liquor, wine and food!! Dang I wish I had the recipe for gravy!! Service was excellent. Now I wish they would turn the music down a little. But other than that a wonderful experience. Food portions were large. Today on May 13, 2018, Mother's Day I was taken to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Although big groups had waiting our party of 3 was seated quickly (Point)! We were attended to quickly (Point). I ordered the double pork chops, which I order often because they are awesome. (Point). I cut my 1st pork chop and took a bite, very tasty. I started to stick my fork into another piece and looked right at a ROACH flatten on the meat. Server was right there when I dropped my fork, got her attention and handed her the plate. She excused herself, went to the manager. He came over and explained that he don't know how that happened. Well either my pork chop hit the floor on a ROACH, picked up and placed on the plate & served; or the dish was not wished well or a ROACH was crossing the plate when the pork chop killed it... Either way, my meal just everyone at the table was deducted & I'm sorry. NOT a place I will ever go back to, and the health department will hear about this. read more
