Rachel is the first bartender who actually made me feel unwelcome. Highly recommend Ron's Lahodys instead at-least while Rachel is at the bar. It was my mother in laws birthday and this is definitely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in a while. We watched as the table was "cleaned" then we got seated, about 8 or 9 minutes later we got our drink order, we also ordered food because things seemed to be going by slow. Maybe about 10 minutes later we got our drinks, 4 waters and a lemonade. The outside of the cups were visibly dirty, not sure about you but I don't trust a glass if the outside doesn't look clean. When we finally got our food fries were kind of warm then cold after 4 minutes. My brother in law had to wait on his fries. Ordered a medium rare hand cut-sirloin as a to go pickup order, came burnt way past well done. Took it back to the store to get it the way I asked. Once again was given a burnt steak. This time I was smart enough to open the box in store, I told them it's once again burnt. Got a third steak and it was also burnt and tough. At that point I didn't even want it, I just wanted a refund. They said either I get a $5 dollar refund or a voucher for another burnt steak. Just terrible. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Mediocre, bartender, (had to call him over for everything I needed due to talking to the waitresses) offered to get a manager at the end of the meal (never came up to ask how my steak was until I was ready to pay) but that was at the end of the meal and I didn't want to mess with it after I picking through all the fat. Wow, h as this place went downhill. We went fir the early bird specials. First it wasn't busy at all. There were plenty of open tables. Despite this we were told to wait under the yellow sign. After about ten minutes of this I was ready to go. Then they seated us in a booth for two back by the bathrooms. Then we got one tiny ball of honey spread. It wasn't enough to butter one of the rolls. We asked for more and got one more tiny ball of spread I was feeling like I was at McDonalds and I was getting a single package for my large fries--like McDonalds likes to do. I would have sent it back except this was edible and Lord knows what I would have received as a second steak I guess what upset me the most though was how two little old ladies got treated. They were a little larger. The two seat table was too small for them. Right across the aisle we're two empty four person tables. They asked about sitting there. They were told in a mean, hurtful way that they could not. If they did not like the two person seat they would have to go out front and wait some more. Dog gone it. These two ladies were senior citizens and they were treated like bums. They were somebody's mother(probably). It just really bothered me how they got treated. 3/5/2024. 7:30pm. Horrible! Very disappointing place to eat. Do yourself a favor..Choose another Texas Roadhouse! This one is Horrible! We wish Yelp allowed zero stars. The waiter "Tyler" was decent. The food is another story.. They were not busy at all, and we had a long wait on food. Food finally arrived 35 minute later but not as ordered. Waiter Sent back For us. Then it got worse.... Service completely disappeared. Almost 30 minutes more wait. The steaks finally arrived but were dry and over cooked, and room temperature (like they sat too long). Oh and not to mention how bad the cuts were. Then we decided let's just ask for a manager to show them how bad these came out. Again, service disappears and we had to ask another waiter (A.J.) if we could talk to a manage. He asked if there was a problem? We explained and he said his steaks came out to his table overcooked also. He went to find a manager. (Remember our food is now getting colder because we are waiting and do not want to eat it without showing them first). At least 15 mins has gone by and Manager comes over and listens(she seemed very stressed). She said "okay what I am able to do is take your steaks back, let you eat your sides, and charge you for your sides" We could not believe what we were hearing. She saw how bad the food looked, and did not offer any options. Yes people... We only had sides to eat(which were very cold) and bread. At this point we were ready to just leave, but being your family is hungry, we ate the sides. Paid, and left. We later found out it is their HORRIBLE regional policy (under this regional ownership) that they will remove the steak from your plate, offer no other option, and charge you for each individual side. Which turns out to be the same price or close to you entree price when added up. Let's just say.. We will make certain to stay far away from this Texas Roadhouse. Note: Some Texas Roadhouse are not a part of this region ownership. We will make certain that our families do not go to them. We will more likely drive to Marion, IN to that roadhouse which is not owned by this regional ownership. read more

Went to Texas Roadhouse for Mother's Day and wasn't able to spend quality time with my family because we could not hear each other. The music was SO LOUD. I've never been to a Texas Roadhouse so loud it feels like I'm in a club. We asked 3 separate times for the music to be turned down but the owner refuses. Good thing I had ibuprofen for my music induced headache. Won't be coming back to this location if I can't even talk to the people at my table. We waited forever for our food which was a little understandable since it's Mother's Day but everyone else in our party got our food 20 min before us. When my food came out they said they were still waiting on my loaded fries which took an extra 10 minutes and came out looking old. Plus they were so gross. They were COATED in salt I couldn't stand to eat them. My green beams were swimming in liquid. Do they not drain the can?? The staff practiced the proper Covid safety measures unfortunately the manager did not.. He never wore his mask correctly and mostly pulled down below his chin. The food was not prepared correctly. I ordered a 12 oz ribeye medium. It was delivered well done. I didn't bother sending it back. The baked potato and chili sides were cold. The butter on top of the potato and the cheese on top of the chili didn't melt. The herb roasted chicken was dosed in so much salt it was uneatable. I'm always full after their warm, gooey cinammon butter rolls and endless peanuts, but the amount of quality food you get for the price you pay is unreal. This place is always doing its best to take care of people with weird diseases like celiac disease. I've been dealing with this for over 10 years and Texas Roadhouse is always good about making sure that I don't get cross contaminated (as much as possible.). In the past many years of eating at the Roadhouse, I, to my recollection, have not had an issue. From the very first time I asked about food that could be prepared gluten-free, the grill master/chef has always taken care of me. And, the food is magnificent. The seasoning on the steaks or prime rib or chicken breast or whatever has been on my plate, has always been delectable. My birthday is coming up in May and people I've asked what special things I'm going to do for my 60th birthday. My reply is, "I am not really sure about anything except that I want to go to Texas Roadhouse!" read more
