Don't remember the last time I was at a Texas Roadhouse but that's probably because there isn't one close to where I live. Man do I wish there was cause those rolls with the cinnamon butter or whatever that glorious spread is...... This location is fantastic. I love how they grab the rolls right when they take you to your seat so you don't have to wait or even ask for them. Amazing when you're starving! But that also means that you will probably fill up on bread but umm, WHO CARES!! That stuff is delicious!!! Yes, I did fill up a little on the bread so I got a kids meal. I don't eat a lot so don't judge me. And look at how much food it is!! I didn't even finish the mashed potatoes cause I was so full. Have to talk about the server for a sec. I wish I got her name cause she was AMAZING!! She made jokes with us, kept those rolls coming and she was all around a very nice person. My bill only came to around $8 so I gave her a 50% tip. I was with other people so she did get more than that so don't worry. Will definitely return if I'm in the area. read more

Friday visit at 4:20 and already packed, 20 minutes after opening. By time we left, full waiting area with no standing room at all. It's got to be the rolls with good butter! I ordered my Smothered Chicken that I've had trouble with being done in past visit. It wasn't pink but still not as done as I like. I have got to remember to ask for well done I guess. Loaded mashed potatoes are really good. This time I ordered a side salad with extra cheese. Love when you get egg in it too. Waitress was nice and brought us plenty of rolls. Great food and great service. We did a late lunch on Saturday and the steaks were fantastic. The baked potatoes were so hot that we had to wait a little bit before eating. The salads were also great. Too many restaurants serve Luke warm meals but this place couldn't have been better. I just wish there was one closer to Ardmore. A big high 5 to all the staff at this restaurant. Forgot to mention the rolls which were great. Texas Roadhouse has kept prices very reasonable for a fabulous meal. read more

The waitress was outstanding and absolutely deserved the 35% tip. She was personable, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She provided exceptional service from start to finish. Unfortunately, the food was a completely different experience. One example says it all. The country-fried chicken was pounded so thin--less than a quarter-inch thick--that most of what you were paying for was batter. It looked like a generous portion until I touched it with my knife, and it literally fell apart. I even showed my family that I could cut it into pieces with a spoon. That is simply not a $15.99 entrée. It was good and could have been a lot better! WHERE'S THE CHICKEN?! Too many restaurants today seem to be charging premium prices while cutting corners on quality and portion value. That sends the message that maximizing profit has become more important than providing customers with a meal that's worth what they're paying. It's no surprise that some restaurants struggle to keep customers coming back. I should have sent my meal back, but I didn't. I won't make that mistake again. Sammie was our server tonight and she was one of the best servers I have seen in a long time. Coming from a background of working in a steakhouse I think that her attentiveness is admirable. She made sure within the first few minutes of us being sat to introduce herself and to start us off with our drinks (the dirty soda she recommended was great). I personally ordered a sirloin that came out a little rare and she immediately made sure that I had it redone which I thought was extremely professional of her. The ambiance of the restaurant was very clean and I thought it was more put together than the Texas roadhouse off of i-40. This location has a situation, call the restaurant police. Waited 2 hours on a Saturday night for a party of 5.

Manager Kody was terribly rude!!! We didnt receive our sides so asked if we could get them off the ticket and he was very rude. Would not really assist us and had a very rude tone of voice. Reservation for 7:30, checked in about 7:10-7:15 and was told to stand on deck 1. My husband went straight to deck one while everyone got out of the car. At 7:30 I checked because they kept seating big tables and we were still on deck one. They then informed me they called our name and no one came so they gave our table away. Yet we were told to stay on deck one and no one came to us and called our name. Said they would sit us when they could! Never will we come back! Not worth it! After that she said she would be right back. 10 minutes later she took the next persons order and then said she'd be right back. I work in the food industry and tonight was not a good night at TRH. My fiancé and I ordered the blossom and cheese fries. The blossom was delicious but the cheese fries were cold. Each time we tried to dig in and get a "good" bite we would only get a fry. The cheese and bacon would just fall off. We hardly got pre-bussed and refills before our dinner came out. Doing alittle Christmas shopping across town. I love Texas roadhouse...the homemade rolls are worth the trip alone. It's pretty crowded as expected but we are seated rather quickly. Our waiter a young guy is friendly but forgetful before he left the table he asked me to repeat order twice. It's funny! I thought old age leaves your train of thought, trailing. He literally was having a moment. Overall a friendly guy that's had a very busy day. The restaurant is busy with activity, looks like several birthday parties on hand. It's a very casual environment. We hadn't been to Texas Roadhouse in over 3 years because of the lack of gluten free options and my wife has Celiac. Recently we looked at their menu online, specifically the allergen menu. It appeared they had made significant changes so we decided to give it a shot. We ordered the potato skins, which the online menu said did not contain gluten. And honestly it should, we are talking about half a potato, with cheese and bacon, nope, can't make that GF here. Our server returned with a manager and gave us the menu that I have attached below. I specifically asked about the online menu stating otherwise, she said she would need to ask her boss. Basically said no, the little menu is it, the only menu doesn't mean anything. Apparently whatever seasoning they put on their steaks contains gluten, our server didn't specify who at our table was GF so they didn't season any of our steaks. My 6 and 8 year old girls even commented on how terrible they were. It's really frustrating for a national chain to care so little about accommodating a patron with Celiac, and it's a steakhouse, literally the easiest thing to make GF. read more

Pretty good bang for the buck. We tried this place for the first time yesterday. Of course, the rolls were amazing. I ordered the 6 oz filet with a side of corn and a sweet potato. The filet was tender and tasty and I enjoyed the sweet potato. The corn tasted like it was straight from the can. My husband ordered the bone-in ribeye which was also good. His side of mashed potatoes was ok and he had the same opinion of his corn. We sat in the bar area and our server, Penny, was amazing. Margaritas were tasty and cheap. Went in on a Sunday, didn't have a wait at 12:30pm (line was a bit longer when I left). The service was quick and high quality. I love the rolls, they keep me coming back every time. But the sirloin was great too, had nice flavor, and was cooked to my order of medium. Give the Texas Roadhouse steak sauce a try too, added a nice kick of flavor.
