Meh. Came here for breakfast around 9:30am on a Sunday. Pretty busy which I expected. First cup of coffee was incredibly hot, next was barely lukewarm. I ordered the jalapeno popper omelette. I'm not a fan of the rolled omelette style. Eggs were very overcooked, not even warm. Too much bacon and it was hard to the point of being unchewable. I won't go back.

Southwest Omelet $14.74 Avocado, Black beans, Red pepper, and Pepper jack cheese, topped with Salsa. Ordered the hash browns extra crispy.

A very serviceable Saturday morning experience. The large main dining room was about 1/2 full. Service was friendly and quick!

My girlfriend got the biscuits and gravy and I got the sunrise breakfast. It took probably less than 10 minutes for our food to come out. Our waitress checked up on us often, never let my coffee cup get below half, and was very friendly. The food was delicious and is priced well. My girlfriend and I saw a waitress having a good time and playing around with one of the kids at a table next to us. We definitely need more staff like this in restaurants. Overall the food was great, was served quick, and the staff are excellent.

The owner here must staff the place to save expenses instead of generating revenues, and it showed. They didn't have enough waitstaff, and our waitress was about 8 months pregnant and way overworked with too many tables. She dutifully took our orders and brought us drinks, then that was pretty much it. After a half hour waiting and inquiring a couple times what was the delay ... we just left. The "manager" made a big show of coming out and telling us she'd comp the food we had ordered but not received, and we still paid for the drinks. Bad management. Supposedly they only had one cook ... you'd think that might have been important to share earlier. Washrooms were sewers. So bad service all around in a dirty place ... they need new management. We ended up going two blocks down the street to a Chic Fil A and were in and out in a jiffy ... a great example of a well run place.

The parking is a bit limited around the business but fortunately has a large parking lot behind it, which is shared by other businesses. The interior is bright and clean with many windows on the roadside of the building letting in a lot of light. There was ample seating and you didn't feel crammed in at your table. There are booths as well, if that is your preference. Our waitress was friendly, prompt and efficient. We couldn't have asked for more. We were seated right away and got our food almost as fast. Time was not an issue. The food! The waffles with chicken were delicious. It was like dessert the whole time. It comes with cinnamon butter on it and some syrup, which I didn't use as the butter was sweet enough. The chicken was good but could have been just a hair bigger. That being said, I was full when done. The eggs Benedict was good with the corned beef being shredded instead of canned. All the food was delicious. It will run you a bit more than some other breakfast joints, but worth it on occasions. Our two entries with a 22% tip was just over $40. We will be back to an Anna's House in the future.

Thanks to the abysmal seating, when switching parents to care for our son, we had to switch seating at the table. Distracted from having a child, I left without collecting my cufflinks off the table. Walking in, the vibe was more than fine... I'd even say a bit more elevated than a diner, with some charm. The server was welcoming and did get us started quite promptly, with our order taken within 5-10 minutes and coffee on the table 5-10 min later. Everything was downhill from there. An hour passed and we still didn't have our food. The server told us "you're next, it's coming". While something seemed off, we remained patient. Another 15 min go by, nothing. Mind you, unbenownst to the staff, we actually knew another table who arrived and sat down 15 min after us and, while they also waited a while, they finished their meal and left and we still didn't have anything. It's at least an hour and a half later, and we finally said something. Once again, "you're next, it's coming", but this time an added, "he sold your food to someone else". Aka the server either told the truth, and the restaurant made an error, or the server pawned their error on the chef. Food finally started to drop, but the order was certainly not fully accurate. Tolerable, but noticeably not accurate. Missing sides, incorrect orders, and one guest missing their whole order. At this point, we're looking to speak to a manager. The missing omelette meal finally hit the table, looking like it was whipped up in a couple minutes, on a dirty pan (think full yellow with a layer of black and oily grease). Upon cutting it up it was clear that it wasn't fully cooked. I wish I took a photo, but the "owner" took it to examine it herself and was both rude and defensive. Not one apology for any of the above. Forget about any suggestive comps or resolution. The server didn't make any eye contact once it was obvious an error was made. Genuinely, I can understand that mistakes can be made, especially during busy times. But, no excuse for the demeaned of this "owner". I put this in quotes because her behavior and response to the situation is certainly not acceptable. Maybe we had a "miss" experience. Maybe the food and service would be better next time. But due to the response of the "owner" we will not be returning and I would not recommend to anyone.
