When our food finally arrived, our server was loudly singing song lyrics, either to songs that weren't playing or at the wrong parts of the music. The staff spent more time joking around and flirting than actually serving customers. The food itself wasn't terrible, but at a chain restaurant I don't factor the food heavily into the review it's the service that makes or breaks the experience. And the service here was truly lacking.
