I'll gives facility 2 stars, I inspected the restroom first, which was filthy, paper towel and tissue all on the floor, toilet was dirty with stains. Our server was friendly and keep checking on us, but our food was dissatisfying. I order Caesar salad but the dressing taste like ranch or mayonnaise, so I got a second one and still the same. Texas Roadhouse is always a go to! I was shocked that we could get seated within 20 minutes of showing up. We got salmon, a ribeye and then a country fried steak. The salmon was okay but the Ribeye was way way over cooked. We asked for medium rare and this was way past well done! It was almost inedible. The country fried steak was the best. We went pretty soon after they opened & we had a great server & enjoyed all of our food & the new smell of the restaurant & all of the wood they use in the paneling & such. The only good thing about tonight was the friends we were with!! Ours friends little man wanted some steak and rolls for his birthday, so we thought Texas Roadhouse would be a good choice. That was a big mistake!!!! The place was chaotic. We should've left, but we didn't. We got on the list at 7:20, kept getting pushed back, and finally seated at 8:40. We sat by a table that left after 20 min, and new people came in. They not only got their food before us, they paid their bill and were ready to go before we tracked down the waitress we hadn't seen for 35 min. We had to get a busboy to find her. He told us, " She is on her way and bringing your food too." 1 hour and 45 min later, really???!?? You know it's bad when the first thing she said was, "I will have them redo these steaks, but I wanted to still bring them out to you!" Everything was not only well over cooked, it was so dang cold. "Um, um, I guess I can get my manager." I guess I can give you a discount, I think not!! I WASNT GOING TO PAY FOR ANYTHING! " How about a pass to come back another time?" Heck no!! Been twice since opening; servers are super nice, food portions are generous, and the wait times were very reasonable (less than 15 minutes each time). The pork chops were juicy and very well-flavored, with the Caesar salad and salmon impressing the picky eater of our group. The chicken fried steak could easily feed two or three people. The fried pickles...oh, I LOVE fried pickles and Texas Roadhouse did NOT disappoint! The app waiting list adds time. do not use it. at 545 pm we got on the list .it said 1 hour.. great. 2. 650 we check in. People walking in without the app had the same wait time or better. 3. 7:49 we get the text to get in the next line. 4. Order drinks appetizer. Dinner. No bread 5. 815 side salad arrives. And brewd finally. 6. Drinks arrived. Margarita.. basically filler no mox at all. Call a Utah margarita. 7. The hefeweizen was good. 8. 830 No refills on drinks . No waitress to be seen. 9. Waitess said about 3 mins. I asked about the appetizer... oh shoot sorry... 10. 848. Dinner arrives. Steaks were cooked right and good. The shrimp... not so much they were started at 8 and rubber when they arrived. 11. It's now 9 pm and she explains the bill. Still no appetizers. 12. Table is cleared. Bill paid. My husband and I have had so many delicious meals here (Spanish Fork, UT) that the experience on Sunday was so disappointing. Ordered 8 oz top sirloin and grilled shrimp. Cut into the steak thinking it was so tender, took a bite and had to spit it out. It was spoiled. Even had my husband try it because my taste buds haven't been the same since COVID. He said "don't eat that, it is rotten". Told my server, she was mortified and went to get the manager. She instead returned with our check with my meal credited. If i was the manager of a respected establishment like TRH, that entire check would have been compensated by management. I am not the person that sends my steak back a million times either, I just eat it like they bring it....Except for this time. Not sure when we will go back, if ever. Waiting for 1 1/2 hours to be seated because we were a group of 10 and we were amongst the first inline when they opened. The people in the front said that they had a large group right before us which must have been everyone that was ahead of us since it it did not look like there were that many people ahead of us. We have been traveling to Spanish fork a few times I. The last month or so and staying a a hotel right next doors , so convenience got the best of us. We have eaten here 3 times. Yes. I know, if it was that terrible why would I go back. But the answer to that is it's simply the only sit down restaurant that is open in this area and I keep thinking that how bad could it be well despite the fact that all of the waitresses and waiters have I love my job teachers, they all are horrible at what they do, and when I say horrible, I mean they're not attentive to the table, they don't ask for refills of water, they sit around and talk to their friends, and wait what's an hour OK or what staff. The quality of the food is poor at best. Please don't think that this is a steak restaurant. Ribeyes are pretty much too leather, the chicken is notoriously salty, but when you're super hungry and your family needs to eat, and it's right next to the hotel and it's open, beggars can't be choosers. I love the food and the service but lately ( and it's all Texas Roadhouses) they are just to noisy. The waitress has to yell and vice versa. Can't have a conversation. Our first time at this location was rough but we decided to give it another try since it is close to home. We ordered our food and after a little over an hour of waiting, our waitress came by to tell us that what my husband ordered, they had ran out of. By the time we received our food, it was just under two hours since we had ordered. The food was cold and half of our order was never brought out despite asking our waitress multiple times for the sides to our meal. We went to pay and the waitress wanted to negotiate our bill despite us just asking to remove the sides that we never received.
