We came on a Sunday evening with a reservation for 8. We were seated a little after our reservation time, but not too long. Our server was really friendly and did a great job keeping drinks filled and checking in throughout the meal. The food was good! I don't go to Texas Roadhouse often so I wasn't sure what to order, but my sister-in-law recommended the grilled shrimp. I ended up getting that with rice, a house salad, and fries, and everything was tasty. My husband ordered the Dallas filet (medium rare) with a Caesar salad and a loaded baked potato. Everyone at our table was happy with their meals. Overall, a solid visit and everything was good

delicious hot & fresh rolls

What a refreshing & lovely texas roadhouse experience! Our server Paige was attentive, kind, & helpful and provided wonderful service (give her a raise!). The manager Deedee also stopped by our table to check in on us & was very friendly. The restaurant was busy, but it didn't feel too loud or crowded & wait times were not bad. The food was hot & tasty, and there were lots of fresh rolls to be had. Overall I was very impressed!

We were there a little before 6p for dinner. This was a disappointment for me since I'm normally very impressed with the texas roadhouse chain, this was definitely a disappointment that I did not expect. My buddy and I ordered prime rib 12 oz medium and 14oz medium rare. When we got the order we got a 12oz medium rare and the 14oz medium. The server tried to convince us the 14oz was medium rare which certainly was not the case and the 12oz got sent back because it was medium rare. Well the "corrected" orders came back but the supposed 14 oz was supposed to be medium rare but it was clearly not and on topif that it appeared to be 12oz and the 12oz was medium but appeared to be 14oz. I made the comment that the orders were reversed and I was shortly replaced with another piece which clearly appeared to be the correct size but still medium. I was also told that it was weighed by the manager. I was told another friend was also there the same evening at another table and they were equally not impressed by the prime rib and the service also, so this mishap was not just my opinion of this location. I already told my friend that this location is off the list of places to go in the future.

Service - the worse was horrible . The waitress (( Amber E ) was very rude and not friendly , never smile . It was like that she didn't want to be there or she doesn't like people . She asked us if we wanted dessert if not to leave . She came back with the bill . Then asked us if she could clear of the table . We said yes . Then I was trying to help by picking up the fork and put it on the plate to help clean up . Then Amber said ".. you don't have to be rude about it . " Wait what ? That was rude & not how we treat costumers . I don't if she was having a bad day . But she needs to know it not ok ! Or maybe she needs to be in different spot at work or training on how we treat people . As costumers we can go anywhere . She need to remember kindness goes a long way .

Giving kids great memories !

It was A Very busy Saturday night !! No one enjoys a long wait, but they handle it professionally. Yet Once we were seated, the food rolled in quickly and immediately we were attended to !! This is a hard working team, well trained. This is impressive is how they handle themselves in this crisis. The overall experience is amazing. The front end manager is quick to come over and smooth it all out as we had a few minor issues, an excellent bonus talking to management. The steaks were all done right, shrimp and salad were excellent, rolls plentiful and hot. The blooming onion was great too. It is amazing how they are able to deliver our food so quickly despite being incredibly busy. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He earned a nice tip. This is a dedicated staff. They all want you to be happy. It feels like fun ! Nice individual birthday show :) Just Know what this place is - The ambiance is Saturday night Texas style ! Yee haw !! Enjoy it for what it is. We did and we will return. Great job Texas roadhouse !

After waiting 40 minutes for a seat, they put us at a table with a filthy floor underneath. Utensils, a dirty napkin, tons of dirt and spilled juice, and a plastic container of ranch was under the table they sat us at

The damage from the drunk that backed into our car who took off. The manager saw it, but didn't do anything.

We called to make a reservation for 12 people. But even though we made the reservation, we still waited over 45 minutes to be seated. Then we had to be divided up. They said it was policy. Then we saw another group pull over a table to have everyone sit together, but none of the employees said anything. On top of all that, I'm lactose intolerant. They didn't seem to care, because they brought everyone's mixed vegetables together. I had to ask which one didn't have butter. They said they couldn't tell, so they just went to make me another one. But came back with raw ones. I hate raw. After all that, we had someone hit us in the parking lot that was apparently drunk. I don't understand why they didn't get his information since they saw it happen. They walked away to come get us, but the guy had already taken off. I'm not sure I'd go back.

This review is regarding Longhorn Steakhouse in Spanish Fork Utah…read more This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. My stepmom called in and ask if we needed to make reservations for our group of ten. We were told they don't do that it was a 20-30 minute wait. So we all went there, put our names on, they told us 20-30 minutes and we started waiting. Mind you we got there at 6:30 because my wife and I have a 19 month old and we were hoping to be able to hang out with our family, get our toddler fed, and then over to bed at a timely hour. 30 minutes turned into 45 minutes. But it's a restaurant, things happen so we weren't too upset at this point. Although we were confused because we did watch a huge group (bigger than ours) walk in after us and get seated. So my sister went in and asked where we were at in line and we were told we were priority and next to be seated. We then got to the hour mark and asked how much longer and we were told that the table we were going to be given had a party there that had already finished their meals fifteen minutes prior and were just talking . The hostess said they didn't want to be rude and ask them to get a move on. Which is weird considering there are people waiting to be sat. It is not rude to kindly ask a group to wrap it up because there are other people waiting. But again, we were told we were next and priority. So then an hour and thirty minutes comes up and we hear the manager call out for a party of nine. My step mom asked him what was going on because we were told we were next to which he responded "just give me a sec," which is quite comical considering we had, at that point, already given him about an extra 3,600 seconds on top of the 1,800 seconds we were told they needed to get our party seated. Totaling 5,200 seconds for those interested. So then an hour and 45 minutes comes up and the manager comes out and says he is only going to be able to get us seated in separate groups. We said okay, we were just wanting it to be over with. Our toddler was tired and we just needed to get him fed and home. Well, we ended up having to wait. And it got to be another 15 minutes. At which point we decided just leave. Unfortunately, my dad was pissed and went and told the Manager off. The Manager replied with "this is nothing new to me, it happens all the time." Which is actually revealing to this restaurant's management competency level. If you have people in your face a lot, then you are clearly doing something wrong. Whether it being the processes, systems, or communication problems. There is clearly something wrong that isn't being addressed. If you read through the reviews here, there is a common denominator: managers, and wait times, (I will leave the food out of it because we didn't get any. Although I did hear a woman leave who said "well that wasn't anything special, I'm probably never coming back." So I will give her a one star by proxy for the food element). But this being the common denominator on reviews doesn't just reveal how poor Zack and Brenden are as managers but actually how bad Chad is at managing his leaders of the restaurant. And that incompetency really just extends all the way up to the owners of the restaurant, who obviously cannot get a grip on how their restaurant is ran. Why go into business if you are just going to be incompetent, like aren't you embarrassed? The issue here is that simple communication would have been appreciated. Even a "hey guys, I'm sorry but we are an hour in and I don't think we are going to be able to get you seated," would have been understood, things happen. To be told we are only going to wait 20-30 minutes and then get strung along for an extra hour and a half is just crappy. Especially when we have a toddler. We tried to audible to Chilis but at that point it was 8:40 at night, they told us about 30 minutes so we just had to get our kid home and fed. So we got him home, fed him and just now putting him down at 9:15 at night. All-in-all a really crappy experience that strung us along, and then left us high and dry to a decent audible with the family.
