    Hand-Cut Sirloin*

This location is always packed. The food is always pretty good. Obviously, this isn't the finest steak in town but it's always good. The service was quick for how busy they are. They kept hot rolls coming while waiting for our food. Again, it's always packed no matter when you go. With that being said, it's usually pretty crowded and pretty loud inside. Also, the parking can be tough with people actually parking in the grass on weekend nights. I would definitely join the waitlist ahead of time online if you go. It's typically around an hour wait, if not longer.

Location is very busy. Lots of parking but it gets crowded. Use the wait list and got seated within five minutes. Typically the food comes out quickly but this time it was a bit slow. Bread was hot and delish as always. The fried pickles were tasty. Not greasy. The garden salad was large and fair quality. It was tasty. The baked potato was large, moist, tasty. The steak was cooked well and flavorful. Great visit.

Another delicious dinner here. Steak was perfect. Server Madison was so good, she checked on me several times throughout my meal. Wish every server everywhere was as attentive as her. I love the ambience of this establishment too. So friendly. Thanks Texas Roadhouse for a great visit.

Customer service was excellent, the food was and is always on point! Salads were fresh, the catfish was excellent. Prime rib was cooked to perfection!

Server/bartender recommended the Kansas City strip and I added a sweet potato and salad

Food and service was great on behalf of Simeon at the bar. His manager, Kim, was also kind and brought my salad. Not sure about the other bartender, Rachel, she seemed to give great attention to the surrounding people. I come from Texas and we like to stay friendly. Steak was just right and saved the rest for lunch tomorrow.

This steak was supposed to be medium. After waiting on it for 15 minutes after the rest of us got food. We also received a RARE steak that was supposed to be medium rare. When we got that steak back the outside was black and inside was medium. Whoever is in the kitchen does not know temperatures. Our server was sweet. But the management really didn't care about how incorrect all of our steaks were. I don't recommend coming back.

This was my first visit to the Texas Roadhouse, and I must say my introduction to the franchise came with a few surprises. When I pulled into the parking lot, I was expecting my visit to mirror every other chain steak house I had been to, however, I would soon see that this was a different steak joint. Strangely enough, my first glimpse of their customer service started in the parking lot. I just so happened to attempt to pull into a space next to where an employee was parked and was about to get something from their car. I offered to give her time to do what she needed to do before I finished parking but she politely insisted on waiting for me to park so that I didn't have to wait on her. After I parked she walked with me into the building with a friendly conversation. The hospitality continued throughout my experience with a hostess who first welcomed me, then offered me the opportunity to hand pick my steak, and then chatted with me while showing me to my table. Once seated my waitress Kara quickly greeted me and took my drink order. By this time it had become clear to me that customer care was important to this restaurant's staff. I was born and raised in Texas and steak for most Texans is as important to us as football and church. Therefore, whenever Kara was able to intelligently explain the differences between the sirloin and the ribeye then I knew I was in the right place. I was raised around cattle, was a Future Farmer of America student, and had been grilling beef since I could hold a pair of tongs, hence I had already known the difference but being served by a waitress in a chain restaurant who knew her stuff was a welcomed surprise for me. The meal was started with complimentary rolls with honey and cinnamon butter, which was wonderful. The fresh salad was just as good as the rolls and I was pleasantly surprised they had my favorite dressing, French. I ordered my ribeye medium and that is exactly what I got. Some guy named Seth was on the grill according to a sign near the hostess stand and he did a fantastic job. I asked for steak sauce just in case I needed it but I did not require it at all. The steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful just as it was presented to me. I was convinced that I was sitting in a roadhouse that had been birthed from my home state but imagine my astonishment to read on their website that the first Texas Roadhouse was opened in Clarksville, Indiana, in 1993. Surprise! In conclusion, I can not say enough about how friendly the staff was. I was blown away by their knowledge of cuts of beef and the precision of the chef to cook my steak exactly as I ordered it which is quite rare in my experience. No pun intended. Thanks, Texas Roadhouse I will be back.

Gracey and Bruce were our servers. Both were great. Gracey immediately removed trash ( which is a rarity now days). The service reminded me of a cruise vacation from several decades ago. My wife and I shared the trio ( salmon, shrimp and chicken tenders) plus baked potato, steamed broccoli and a salad. Our bill was a bit over $20 plus tip. The only thing I wish we would have changed is we would double up the shrimp instead of the chicken. 3 at our table raved at the sirloin. My father in law said his baby back rips were wonderful. Everyone raved at the food and the service. My only warning is get there early--- don't expect to walk to table at noon. We got there when it opened at 11am and they accommodated our group of 8 immediately. My brother in law drove back for a return trip a couple days later ( I had to go home). My opinion is since Covid most places don't do good service anymore. FD's does.

The biggest surprise was the price--you get incredible quality for what you pay. The food was fresh and flavorful, the server was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I'll definitely be back.

We loved the different places to sit and it had lots of TV's for watching games. Our waiter started out pretty good but that's where it stopped. It took almost 30 minutes to get two burgers. No one bothered to refill our water or see if we needed another drink. Asked a few times right after our food arrived about how things were tasting but paid zero attention to the drinks. And then we continued to wait....gave up on any more drinks and finally went to the bar to get our ticket. The longer we waited the more disappointed we became. Now to be fair, our server was also the bartender. Not that the bar was really slammed.... Even so, you would think that the manager would come around and help. But he did not. And he knew this was our first time coming there. So at the end he asks what we thought. We said it was overall ok. The food tasted good but the services were lacking. He made an excuse and told us to come back again and they would take good care of us. First off, they won't remember us. And if you barely acknowledged the experience we had tonight, WHY would we come back??? I would give the food around 4 stars but the service a 2 and our overall experience a 3.

I will not drag the competition, but Dublin's Pass was the clear winner. I won't use specifics, but you get so much more bang for your buck, purely from a financial aspect. Let me first say, the eggs arrive on a plate with a light breading that adds the perfect balance of crunch yet balanced with the soft egg. All brought to you with a mustard that is the perfect combination of pickled veg and punchy mustard. The meat was cooked perfectly. The combination between the meat, egg and mustard marry one another beautifully to lend to a flavor roller coaster in your mouth. What really sets these Scotch eggs apart is the attention to detail. They taste like they are meant for a flavor rollercoaster. Each element feels intentional. Whether you're a longtime Scotch egg lover or trying one for the first time, this restaurant sets the bar high. Simply put: these are the Scotch eggs other places should be aspiring. Eggs aside, we also had an order of the boneless wings. Not a hard thing to get right, but we had roasted garlic parmesan with garlic aioli, to die for.
