Side Salad with Thousand island Dressing.

Texas Roadhouse 07-21-24 Had dinner here with my family! Nice dining room with plenty of seating. They sat us and gave us fresh rolls with cinnamon butter. We placed our order and was set for the night! They brought out our salads right away. They were fresh and really good. Love the homemade dressings. We had Side Salads and A bowl of Chili. Our meals were: 23 oz. Porterhouse T-Bone, Side Salad, Chili. 6 oz Dallas Filet with Shrimp, Side Salad and Mashed Potatoes. 14 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye, Caesar Salad, and Steak Fries. 16 oz Ft. Worth Ribeye, Side Salad, and Green Beans. Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries. Grilled Chicken Salad with Ranch. All the food was cooked to order and served hot and fresh. We had a great time. Truly enjoyed our food and family time together. Our wait staff was awesome. She took care of all our needs for dinner. Great Food and Great Service. We will be back!

I'd like to present to you what THEY presented to me as a $41 ( After taxes) prime rib. This is absolutely ridiculous & disgusting Thanks for all the fat. Honestly, this is beyond rude even my server was embarrassed. Our server was literally the nicest kid A+, John made this miserable meal a better night for us. Y'all better recognize!!@

Great service and friendly staff. Caesar salad had too much dressing, I wish I ordered it on the side. The salmon was surprising good. The tartar sauce was not needed. The plate was a bit small. The rolls were not warm, which was disappointing, but it was chilly in the restaurant, so maybe they got cold fast. I warmed up the leftovers at home the next day and it was yummy! I ordered a baked potato loaded with no bacon and I received one with bacon. A 2nd person brought me a 2nd with no bacon to fix the problem. 5 stars on service! I absolutely love the individually wrapped peanuts. Kudos to fixing the community peanuts during covid. I appreciate the health and safety change.

    Food and my sister.

I have not been to a Texas Roadhouse since before the pandemic, and let me say I'm glad I chose this one to go to! I got the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, and my sister got the ribs, along with loaded Mac and some loaded fries. Everything was delicious, the chicken was a bit salty, but I blame the gravy. The best part of the visit was our waitress, Sarah! Sarah is THE kindest person I've ever met, and I'd come back just to chat with her. Whoever hired Sarah knows what they're doing, she was attentive, kind, and so respectful! Thanks for everything Sarah!!!

This was my first time at Texas Roadhouse, and it was a unique cultural experience. I would absolutely take my foreign exchange student friends here to get a Texan experience. I came here for a friend's birthday dinner, and they didn't allow us to be seated until our full party arrived. The food is what I imagined it to be--tasty and unhealthy. The unlimited bread rolls with cinnamon butter were heavenly. I had the chicken critter salad, which was a salad with CHICKEN TENDERS. It was so good. I told the waiter it was our friend's birthday, and they had him wave his napkin around like a lasso while we sang happy birthday. I was excited to see him ride the saddle, but they said it was broken and discontinued after covid :(

We have never been disappointed no matter which restaurant we have eaten at. Now for the main course my wife's favorite is the Flo's Filet and we have it butterflied because she likes it well done. Along with mashed potatoes, and a salad. I had the Renegade Sirloin with the shrimp, Rice pilaf and a salad. I ask for no seasoning on my steak because their seasoning is heavy in salt and not good for HBP. Steak came as requested somewhat asked for Medium and it came out Med Rare. It was good and ate it the way it was. Did not want to send it back and wait while my wife was eating. I also had a bowl of the Lobster chowder and it did not disappoint that is for certain. Now the Salad this was over the top. There is a guy that just makes salads we asked because they were so perfect not a wilted piece of lettuce, all the veggies were perfected also. The bowl when out comes to you is so attractive the way it is set up. This could almost be a meal with the chowder and Wild West Shrimp alone. Keep up the great work, also sent our compliments back to the salad maker.

It's pricey for the portion size but has nice menu offerings for an Italian steakhouse. It was nice to try but I don't plan on returning. NOTES: - Reservations: available online through OpenTable - Parking: free lot in front and next to the building - Happy hour: Tuesday to Friday from 4:00 - 6:00 pm - Closed Sunday and Monday THE HIGHS: - Beautiful interior and comfortable seating - Attentive servers and food comes out quickly - They will split salads for you which makes it easy to share - Wood fired pizza is AMAZING! - Chocolate cake for dessert... one of the best pieces I've ever had! THE LOWS: - Expensive for the portion size - Server was super friendly but she came to the table too often... it kept interrupting our conversation and she would ask how the food was before we had even taken a bite - Bucatini al' La Riv... the pasta was house made and cooked to a nice al dente but the dish lacked flavor and was very bland - Some of the menu items don't have prices listed (golden beets salad which was new and the chocolate cake slice which I think was a special) THE PRICE: Expensive for the portion size (good quality but not justified by the price) - Tea ($2.75) - Garlic ciabatta bread ($6) - Grilled wedge salad ($18) - Golden beefs salad ($18) - Pizza Bianca ($22) - Bucatini al' La Riv ($24) - Ravioli ($28) - Short rib pappardelle ($36) - 2 chocolate cake slices ($16 each) The total was $202.16 after tax ($15.41) but before tip. BEST BITES: - Chocolate cake (moist, fudgey, and rich in all the best ways) - Pizza Bianca (delicious sourdough crust with wood fired char, fresh ingredients, and the perfect size for a meal or sharing as an appetizer) - Garlic ciabatta bread (getting 4 pieces for $6 feels like a steal compared to some of the other menu items... it was a perfect appetizer to share) THE VERDICT: This was my first visit to La Riv and I enjoyed my meal overall. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and there was no acknowledgement... I kind of wish they had made the dinner feel a little more special. With how expensive it is, I don't think I'll be returning and probably would only recommend it to others if they really want to splurge and don't have any other options.

After…read morerefurbishing I heard they changed it up a bit so I suggested to the hubs that we try them out for date night - and MAN were we Supremely happy we did!! This little place is completely redone inside to look like a high class bar and dinner venue!! We stared w the Ahi Tuna Crudo - super fresh Ahi tuna beautifully presented with a surprising and refreshing arrangement of pickled celery, and sweet Italian peppers, served over a delicate avocado puree and tiny dots of citrus ponzu. The plate was Beautiful! Our next adventure; lightly charred pieces of octopus atop slightly pureed cannelloni beans. Now this is an unlikely and unusual pairing, but it WORKS!! SPLENDIDLY!! And again, the presentation is beautiful Generous portions of octopus with a char that gives it a slight smokiness and perfectly cooked to make for a tender bite and with the puree? Not since Italy have we been so amazed!! The saltiness with hints of chilis in the background, the texture of the beans, the slight chew and smoothness of the octopus; an elevated flavor combo that knocks it out the Park! As we wait for our main courses the restaurant fills with patrons and I'm gazing around, noting the Huge pizza oven. It's rustic and beautifully made; tiny tiles overlaying its upper surface making for a gorgeous and impressive visual in the midst of the bustling kitchen. I love that it is used as a WALL of sorts on its outer edge. I also love that one has a view of the kitchen via a smallish viewing glass next to the oven. Another site is the bar! Now mind you. This is TEMPLE. But this bar, and really the entire inside of this establishment is something you'd expect to see in the bigger cities like Austin or Dallas!! It's Truly a class act!! White linen clad tables, servers dressed black and white, beautiful decor. Not something you would expect in this area!! Our awesome server Austin takes excellent care of us; taking the time to stop in often to chat and share with us his wanderings, life experiences, and Menu Expertise!! We love the interaction! And then Austin brings out our MAINS!! And OH MAN GUYS.... First up is the Osso Bucco. I've had Osso Bucco in many places; I've MADE Osso Bucco. This is PERFECTION. Not too much demi which is almost ALWAYS the case, in stead of Drowning in the sauce this dish gives just enough so that you can scoop up perfect bites of light and creamy polenta. Not a trace of its gritty source this polenta is airy and buttery smooth promoting mere corn to another level altogether. The Real Star here tho is the Veal Shank. We are presented with lavish portion - the shank bone is served with a tiny bone fork alongside; given to scoop out the unctuous velvety richness that is the inner MARROW!!! And when I say wow? I mean WOWWWWWWW The flavor of the shank is a consume of beefy richness with hints of herbs As much as I LOVE LOVE LOVED the veal tho? The homemade pasta stole it for me honestly. Now, my hubs and I are blessed enough to go to Italy a couple times a year, and we have YET to taste pasta like this!! La Riv makes their own pasta in house and GUYSSSSSSSS we tried the Pappardelle with beef rib; Gorgeous braised beef chunks swimming in a delicate jus and herb ricotta to mix in. The beef is melt in your mouth tender while the Pappardelle has a slight bite telling you it is FRESH!! I LOVE the texture of this pasta. It is my favorite of the pasta cuts and I just could not get enough!!! But I had to hold myself back so I wouldn't eat ALL of hubs dish!! We absolutely Love this little Gem on W Adams in Temple. It's unassuming but I Guarantee will knock your socks off!! The staff are wonderful, and your taste buds will be treated to a Real Italian Flavor Adventure!!

One complaint is that my sandwich came with chipotle mayo, but I thought it needed more chipotle mayo and asked for a side. I was charged $1 for it. Avid readers of my reviews (i.e. nobody) will know that I am often annoyed when I'm charged for a sauce, but charging me for a sauce that ALREADY COMES on my plate and I just wanted more of feels especially egregious.
