This place is a health hazard, staffed with rude servers. I sat down, received filthy silverware and politely asked for a new roll. The silverware is fine, I understand things happen but that's not where my experience ends. Halfway through a baked potato, I pull a long black hair out of my food. My hair is bleach blonde, as well as who I was eating with. I politely told my server who gave me attitude and was giving me attitude the whole visit (told us we need to get boxes as soon as our food came out). She proceeded to snatch the plate along with another worker, roll their eyes and then take 10 minutes to get the manager. The manager finally came out, was equally as rude and uncaring then took 10 minutes to bring us a new bill while we could see her laughing and cracking jokes with other workers. We did the call ahead and was told 7 p.m. We finally were ready to be seated at 7:30 p.m. No big deal because we understand the current situation. I've brought my my mom and son here 3 times in the last 2 months. The FOH needs a lot of work. Twice we were left standing in the middle of a walkway because the table we were being taken to was not clean and/or was too large for a party of 3. Foods always delish and comes out quickly. My son ordered the kids steak bites and aside from the 3 pieces that were edible the rest looked like chargrilled scrapings. I gave him steak slices from my actual ribeye instead and did not receive any empathy from the server who didn't bother to check on us after the food was delivered but waited until halfway through the meal. Better than the Outback on Creedmoor Rd for a Friday night, but still seemingly insane. Steaks - mmmmmm. They know how to prepare them here. They are unprofessional, the last 4 - 5 times me and my family visited there they were very unprofessional, food was cold and had to be sent back, the employees had attitudes. The very last time we went we didn't even get a chance to go inside because they gave away our table and then said they called my phone to let us know that the table was ready but they never called, the manager came out that day and she was rolling her eyes and being sarcastic with my grandmother. First visit here and it was good. Reminds me of Logan's Roadhouse although I will say the food is much better. The wait time is a bit long however, it is a Friday night so it was to be expected. The customer service was great from the time I walked in until I left. My server went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. They will even give you a sample of their most popular sides. Which were all good. I had the 12 oz ribeye and it was cooked perfectly along with buttered corn. The rolls were soft and delicious. This location in Wake Forest had a very racist vibe..They have a system to seat with numbers..you are to stand on a number moving from 4 down to 1..I was with my family of 4 and a separate family of 4 was on number 2 as we stood to be next seated on number 1..The family on number 2 was ultimately seated first and we were never given any explanation of why from the manager when we spoke on it..They just brushed it off as don't worry you are next. I truly believe the family seated was family members of the hostess that was doing the seating. read more

I came on a Friday (memorial weekend) and it was booked so I ordered my ribs to-go. Best choice ever. BBQ sauce is sweeter, followed by a slightly tangy aftertaste. We often visit Texas Roadhouse and are pleased. Tonight my family and I went to have dinner and a long string of black hair was found in my food. Upon finding the hair I informed my waitress and the manager came to the table making accusations that it wasn't there when it left the kitchen however I have locs and the hair found in the food was a long string of straight black hair. The manager was not apologetic and didn't take responsibility. Offering 10% off a $20 entree. The service and accountability starts at the top and when the leaders are not accountable how can you expect the team to do what they are expected to do. read more

Great tasting food. My family loves the "Fall-off-the-Bone ribs" which are meaty and tender. They also have a large selection of Hand Cut Steaks to choose from. First of all let me say in the past we've had wonderful service and have loved this place. Last weekend this wasn't the case. Meal was cooked wrong, and a HUGE bug crawled onto my lap. If y'all have an infestation bad enough that bugs come out during a busy dinner time I seriously hope y'all are have a bug extermination company service this restaurant. And if you already have service, they need to do double time service. That was freighting, disgusting, and as much as we have loved you all in the past I just can't eat there again. Yuck! The last time we dined here was 10/7/2023 and we had decided not to return however, one of our friends gave us a gift card for Texas Roadhouse so we went today. We waited 25 minutes to get a table which we didn't mind. We were seated at a table across from the bar, we waited exactly 16 minutes before any server came to our table. She got our drink order & when she brought our drinks we ordered our entrees. We didn't see our server(didn't get her name)again!!! A young male kid brought our entrees and after that we got absolutely NO SERVICE!!!, while the people sitting at the bar got EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We couldn't even get our damn tea refilled nor did any server ever check on us to see if we needed anything else. Bar servers should not try to wait on tables if they are going to ignore the customers, just serve the people at the bar. I have been a frequent patron of Texas Roadhouse for a few years and it has always been quality. Since covid, I have eaten in the restaurant a few times but predominantly ordered curbside (over a dozen times). Unfortunately, the quality has gone down significantly. The customer service in the establishment (even taking into account covid) has declined. Also, the quality of the food - as far as temperature of the orders and getting the orders correct, has also gone downhill. I hope the management at Texas Roadhouse reads this and takes this into account; however, as they are always packed with people waiting I doubt it will make much impact. I will let people know about my experience though, as the last time I specifically requested to speak to a manager and nobody ever bothered to come over to speak to me. read more

My son loves coming here so for our eating out for the week, we're here. My husband order a steak, my son ordered steak bites, and I had smothered chicken. I didn't even notice how ping we had been waiting until the waiter came with a confused looked on his face. He asked if we had gotten our food. Apparently he lost track of our food. By the time he brought it out, another 30 mins - it was lukewarm and cold. My husband sent his steak back and the manager said it'll be recook with sides. When the steak finally came out, there was no sides. 2.5 hr of dining for what wasn't even decent food. This used to be our weekly go to, until recently. The past two times we have been there, were beyond disappointing. I know everywhere is short staffed but TWICE our appetizers were forgotten and twice our food came out cold. The last time we were there the waitress Colleen, basically rushed us out, never asked if we wanted another drink, told us our appetizers didn't come out because the kitchen "must have forgot about it because they were trying to get out early", left tomatoes on the salad after we ordered it without and took our plates while we weren't even done. She came to the table twice, once when she greeted us and then once after someone else ran our food out. I am not sure who the manager is but they may want to walk the floor more often to make sure the staff is giving ideal service and not standing by the monitors chit chatting making it look like they are putting in orders. It started out fine...seated quickly. But the waitress was another story. She seemed like she didn't want to be there, took forever to take drink orders and even longer to return with them and take our dinner order. Two tables across from us were seated after us with 2 different waitresses and BOTH received their food long before we did. When the food finally came, it was all warm and the ribs were cold inside.
