I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. If you own a Jeep in Denton County and need suspension, steering, alignment, or death wobble diagnosis, I highly recommend TRUXX. I show the info to my neighbor and he says to get the parts he'll fix it for me. I make a call to O'Reilly's and they have two of the three in stock and can have the third part the next day. I've been to this store a number of times and they are always helpful and they almost always seem to have what I need. Plus they say on the phone that they will price match if you find something cheaper elsewhere. That's a good thing to know. Hopefully my car problems will be fixed soon, but I know that I can make a quick run over to O'Reilly's and I'm sure they will have what I need.
