In regards to the sweet potatoes and carrot cake at all locations, I've noticed issues that raise concerns about food quality and consistency. If a sweet potato is rotten, it should never be served, and the same goes for any questionable ingredients used in desserts like the carrot cake that I assume is contracted out. Basic food safety should always be followed across every location, with no exceptions, especially in our community. I also want to mention my thoughts on the greens. Not everyone eats pork, so it would be great to either prepare the greens without meat or offer an alternative option, such as smoked turkey. This is extremely important for those of us who don't eat pork. I understand that all restaruant have their way of doing things, but this is the observation that's preventing me from purchasing.
