Appetizer trio platter: potato skins, Mozzarella Sticks & hot wings
    Cassandra W.

The grounds were clean, front entrance very clean. Greeted once we entered & seated almost immediately our server greeted us right away and brought our drinks right out. We ordered and as we enjoyed the ambience the food was being plated and brought to the table hot and delicious. Tonight's venture was the appetizer platter, dinner the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta & half rake of ribs where "YOU" choose your sauce. I picked one of the new ones with bite size pineapples I was all in after the first bite everything was very good, our server very attentive and quick. We enjoyed and even had leftovers

Friday's what the heck is up with you guys? The prices at this place have soared, and while they have always tried to remain fresh with new menu items, the portion sizing is trash, especially for takeout. (See the $14 micro wings below) I used to work for this chain and I've always appreciated their fresh take on new drinks. That's about all is good for now. The take out service is basically a closet and a rack you pull your for from. It's going to be noisy here at a baseline so this is not your quiet date night place.

Rib trio, shrimp pasta and apps. Mac & cheese.

We haven't been to a Fridays in well over 15 years. Went to see new menu items and happy hour type beverages and compare to other similar establishments. Beverages for happy hour are ok...Bkue Moon is not as good a deal as competitors by a mile. For food, got the happy hour meatballs and mozzarella sticks...price ok...not a fan of the meatballs. Got the pick 3 ribs, shrimp and chicken, shrimp pasta and the 3 app deal. We're out of pretzel bites. Overall we're ok on all but the pick 3. Ribs compared to competitors are just not in the same league. Tasted days old, dry and skimpy. Shrimp tasted old and almost as if reheated, and chicken was way thin of a piece, overcooked and dry. Would not do this one again. Service was ok. Mac and cheese was not too good. Top cheese had a strange top layer texture and taste and bland overall. Temp was way too cold overall in the establishment. Didn't even make for good leftovers. Your competitors have you beat.

This place has gone downhill. Like badly. We went tonight and the food was just nasty. The Caesar salad had a super funky after taste. I almost choked on shrimp that the tail was still attached to (but I didn't see it because it was smothered in marinara sauce)....our server was super nice though. But seriously disappointed for $85

Stopped here post-game for some food on a weeknight. Wasn't crowded- only a few tables occupied and ordered the standard meal (bevs, app, sandwich, dessert). The restaurant as a whole seemed clean and well put together and the host upon entrance was already taking us to a table, even asking us how our day was. Never experienced that before. We ordered a couple of waters and put in an order of the pretzel sticks and cheese. I have had these at other places and they were right on par. Would have been nice to have a little more cheese but overall well done. I ordered the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich which came with some fries. This sandwich is probably the best bang for the buck item on the menu- come with this Jack Daniels glaze which I ask for extra- Very rich and thick sauce. Sandwich usually falls apart but I don't mind getting my fingers messy, or soaked, or using them for just a squirt more of the sauce. Our waitress was very nice, talkative and attentive, and despite whiffing on her name- gave great service and guidance on our ordering. Well done.

Hostess and waitress we had were nothing short of amazing. Dynamite shrimp was sooo good. I wanted another order but I had work lol considering coming back during the hours of 12pm-3pm as it was quiet and not too many others inside.

I had driven two hours and was hungry, but I was also committed to making good decisions. Or at least mostly good decisions... The hostess offered me a seat at the second-floor bar rather than the quoted 25-30 minute wait. Great! Solo diners love surprise upgrades. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the one "available" seat had apparently been claimed by a diaper bag and a giant straw sunhat belonging to the woman sitting next to it holding a too-little-to-walk baby sitting at the bar. Uhhh...this isn't going to work. Back downstairs I went. I gave them my name and number, found a shady spot outside, and settled in for what I assumed would be a long wait. Five minutes later, my table was ready. Thank you, Universe! My server greeted me with water immediately, explained the QR code menu situation, and told me not to order through the app because she'd be right back. No worries, friend. I'd already done my homework. I knew exactly what I wanted. One Martha Stewart's Prison Pizza ($22), please. (Sausage, broccoli, ricotta, Calabrian chili peppers, lemon oil, and sea salt.) I asked for the chili peppers on the side because I know myself. I like adventure. I don't enjoy possibly setting my mouth on fire. And a Diet Pepsi ($3.50), because balance. While I waited, I people-watched, which is one of my favorite hobbies. White Rabbit was PACKED. The patio was full. The downstairs bar was full. Upstairs was full. Couples, groups of girlfriends, older folks, younger folks, families, solo diners...everyone seemed happy to be there. The place itself is pretty small, which explains the wait. Six tables downstairs, maybe eight bar seats, more seating upstairs, and a constant dance of servers carrying food through the same front door customers use. Add the "please wait to be seated" crowd gathering in the narrow hallway and I'd describe things as organized chaos. But once I was seated, I was perfectly comfortable and out of the traffic pattern. One cool touch I noticed: outlets and USB ports built right into the front of the bar. Maybe that's common and I've somehow missed it all these years, but I thought it was pretty neat. Then my pizza arrived. Oh good lawd. OH. GOOD. LAWD. This pizza was SO GOOD! I knew from the first bite that I was in trouble. There was no sauce, which surprised me at first, but after approximately three seconds I no longer cared. The sausage was plentiful. The broccoli added texture. The ricotta was creamy and rich. And that lemon oil?! That lemon oil set it off! Everything just worked together perfectly. The Calabrian peppers arrived on the side exactly as requested. I bravely sampled a very small amount on my fork before desecrating my pizza and quickly determined that folks with stronger heat tolerance than me will absolutely love them. They were just a little too spicy for my delicate tastebuds. Thankfully, the pizza was incredible without them. And those slices? MONSTERS. I ate one and seriously contemplated a second before reminding myself that I had dessert plans elsewhere. A box was requested. Self-control was exercised. Barely. As a solo diner, I also want to give White Rabbit extra points. Multiple staff members checked on me throughout the meal. I never felt forgotten, rushed, or weird sitting by myself. Everyone was warm, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. I really appreciated that. My total bill came to $32.44 including tip which felt really reasonable given the amount of pizza I consumed and brought home. Worth every penny. I'm already scheming my next two-hour drive back. Maybe a smashburger. Maybe those Brussels sprouts everyone keeps raving about. Maybe another pizza. Maybe all of it! I highly recommend checking out White Rabbit. Make it a destination, not just a stop while you're in the area. Don't let the size of the place or the wait scare you off. It's totally worth it. PRO TIP: If you park in the Church Street Parking Garage, look for the staircase labeled "STAIR 3." White Rabbit is literally right outside the door at the bottom. No hide-and-seek required!

The ambiance is cozy, and our server was friendly and welcoming. She made sure we understood the menu and checked on us regularly. The mimosa was made with fresh orange juice, which was also a nice touch. Since our coffee and mimosas arrived pretty quickly, we assumed the food would follow shortly. However, we ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food and easily finished our drinks while waiting. My Eggs Benedict had good flavor and nicely runny eggs, but the Canadian bacon was way overcooked and rock hard. I could barely cut or chew it. The English muffin was also overcooked and difficult to cut through. The coleslaw was served warm, which gave it a strange texture. The chicken was crispy but under-seasoned, while the waffle was dense and dry. The small side of succotash was the highlight--it was well-seasoned and enjoyable. I was pretty disappointed by the experience, especially considering the price and many good reviews. There are plenty of other places in the area I'd rather try next time.

I'm not the type to start shit with someone who's working, I'm incredibly respectful to those on the clock, but I'm also not going to let someone rag on me. My two friends and I (25 years old each) were at this bar a few years ago, and the experience stuck with me so I'm posting the review now. My one friend was in the bathroom, and another had left a beer bottle on a pool table. Bad guy, for sure we screwed up there, someone came over and told us to move it and we did. So I go to the bar to get a beer, and I hear one of the waitresses calling us stupid and ridiculous for the beer bottle incident. I was like "whoa, actually that's my table and you should be careful when talking about customers... especially if you're right in front of them" and it was a really embarrassing incident. From there, I tell my friend at the pool table what happened and the owner (apparently) who was very drunk, overhears and starts yelling at us for initially having the beer on the pool table. Obviously, at this point, we'd moved past that and were more bothered at the waitress calling us names, so I tried to explain my point and she kept bringing it back to "you all don't pay for it, you have no respect, yada yada" -- and mind you, despite my age, I work in customer service. I excel in conflict mitigation, I was talking her down and she was not having any of it. She threatened to have some strong man beat my ass, she said we have no respect, she didn't hear my point at all and she had a posse of older people who were also blindly backing her up. Frankly, I should've called the cops because I'd never been threatened in my life, I'm not that kind of person. I really tried to bring this conflict to a resolution, and we had like 4 people all screaming at us that night just because I had the gall to tell my friends that the bartenders were talking shit about us. It was an awful experience and I recommend that, to anyone who might accidentally break a rule, really avoid this place. For the record, we still paid our tab and tipped the bartender/waiter (which I've been using both words to describe one person, whoops.) even though that'd ruined the night. We weren't rowdier than anyone else, weren't being loud or disrespectful, but they engaged in a screaming match with us and felt the need to stand their ground WITHOUT HEARING WHAT WE WERE EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT. We weren't arguing to keep the beer on the pool table, we didn't want to be disrespected about it AFTER we'd already corrected the situation, but that (to the owners) was worth SCREAMING AT AND BERATING their own customers over. Absolutely awful experience. Trashy owners 100% ruined it, hope their hubris leads their business to ruin. PS: I've never been called "privileged" and I literally laughed in the context of it. I calmly ask the owner lady, in the middle of screaming at us with her friend, to please calm down so we can explain our side to a rational person. And out of left field she says "you know how PRIVILEGED you sound??" I come from a very poor background. My stepdad was a plumber and my mom was mentally ill and couldn't work. We didn't have money, I grew up around this kind of trashiness and I know how to deal with it, just never dealt with it as the owner of a pub with a chip on their shoulder. It wasn't an "oh we owned the rich kid and now he's complaining on yelp" moment, it was just a hostile drunk woman harassing some younger men having fun at her bar. It was atrocious. We walked away from the situation to try to salvage the night and after a few minutes, laughed about it saying "that was so crazy" and apparently she was still hovering around us, listening, cuz she comes out of nowhere and says "IM NOT CRAZY" -- just to show she's still listening to us. At that point we knew we had to leave. She'd effectively chased us out because we didn't want to be disrespected over a little mistake on our part. Mind you, it wasn't my friend's mistake, not even mine, yet I faced the brunt of her criticism. Owners to a bar should have more decorum, this was just pathetic. I never speak out about these kinds of things, but this was really awful, I woke up today, years after the incident and said "no, people need to know." I'd never been so targeted, so maybe I am privileged, or maybe I just follow the rules and do everything I should and these people are outwardly more irresponsible, getting hammered on the clock and fighting patrons without stopping to hear what they're even upset about, than any business owner should be. The food was good though I mean, just keep your head down and be good for the owners if you're not ordering takeout I guess. Any amount of 'acting out' and they'll seek muscle man on your ass like they did to me.
