    Chicken 9. Pho Chicken

This is the worst Thai / Vietnamese food I've probably ever had! I got the rice soup and the chicken pho.... I don't know what they use for their meats but the chicken and the beef were very questionable. Very rubber like and not meat like at all. The rice noodles were not very good either. Broth wasn't bad. I was really excited because they labeled their pad Thai as gluten free and have dietary labels on their menu.... This was a big bummer. At least the herb garnishes were fresh.

I order via DoorDash so I'm not sure about what this location looks like, parking, etc. However, my food was ready pretty quickly on a Friday night - prime time to order dinner. I ordered the Pad See Lew with Beef and the Asian Chili hot wings. It was a lot of food! The pad see lew had lots of sauce and beef. The noodles were al dente style cooked but good. The chicken wings were cooked well - crispy outside with juicy inside - however, they were not spicy or had much taste. There was siracha and hoisin container (like what you'd put in pho as dipping sauce but I did not use it.

    Panang Curry Dinner

I read mixed yelp reviews before heading to this restaurant. I gathered info on the best and worst dishes. So, I sadly didn't order pad Thai, but I did order pangang curry from other's recommendations. It. Was. Wonderful. The spice level was mild-medium and it was just enough heat to give that slow burn between bites. Of course curry is always in huge portions so I ate it the next day and it was even better. 5/5 for this dish. Next, we had the orange chicken. I saw 0 reviews for it but we decided on something sweet to offset the spicy, savory curry. The chicken seemed of good quality and it was perfectly crispy. Every piece had a crunch coated in that sweet orange glaze. It was perfectly cooked and we were pleasantly surprised. The broccoli was perfectly cooked but a little cold when we got it, 4/5 for this dish. The service was prompt, drinks were filled immediately, and the waitress even turned the tv off behind me when I asked to turn it down some so we could not talk over it - which I thought was a kind gesture. Inside it's a pretty clean and basic restaurant. Perfect for a hang with friends or a quick lunch.

The worst Thai food that I have had in Denver. The test and consistency is awful. I am sorry but this place is an insult to Thai food

Service was great, even though our server had a huge table right next to us she never let us feel unattended, food came out quick and she checked on us multiple times. As for the food, we started with the duck wontons, which were crispy and beautifully topped. The bison noodle soup was interesting, not what I would usually go for but did not disappoint! The meat didn't taste gamey and was actually super tender My absolute favorite was the mago sticky rice, just a fantastic amount of sweet, not so overpowering that you couldn't taste the individual flavors and I really appreciated that they let you pour the sweetened half and half yourself for better control on sweetness

They had a large party this evening but we let them know we can make it within 20 minutes - so they held a small table for us. Major kudos! After arriving, we were seated immediately. A good amount of seating. Clean along with lovely decor. Definitely was packed on a Friday a little before 7:30PM. They also checked in with us from time to time to see when we were ready for our orders. I didnt realize untol afterward they were wanting to do us a solid by getting ours in before the party of 26 arrived in full and began with their orders. Now that's service! We ordered quite a few dishes - the ones I could remember were: The sampler Platter- Duck Wonton, fried shrimp and chicken Satay Thai BBQ chicken Tom Yum noodle soup (chicken) Pad See Ew Mango Sticky Rice Tell you what. All dishes were legit delicious. I probably should have went beef with the Tom Yum. Wasn't expecting an above average Thai place in Denver, but here we are. The service was exceptional. I will be back. I want to try their rendition of the crying tiger + kraken pow & pad kee mow (drunken noodle). Thanks! So delicious!

I came in with no reservation on a Thursday night and I believe we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table, but it was so worth it. It's decorated very well, with an authentic clean and fancy feeling, even though it's hard to really get fancy in Denver Although they were so many things on the menu, I wanted to try, I love a good khao soy so I had to give that a shot first. It was so good and the portions are so generous. I also started with the iceberg lettuce appetizer, which was yummy like a salad and we had the mango sticky rice to finish it all off. The mango was perfectly ripe and sweet and in season, this is one of my favorite desserts, and I was so lucky to get it at this time of year

We were the only people in the restaurant, yet our server repeatedly forgot basic things like drinks, chopsticks, and hot peppers. We had to remind her multiple times throughout the meal. To top it off, there was a 5% "kitchen appreciation fee" added to the bill. Sorry, but paying your employees should not be the customer's responsibility through surprise fees. It's a shame because the food was genuinely very good. But great food can only carry a place so far when the service is this poor. Another one bites the dust.

For drinks, we had the Thai tea and a lime leaf margarita. The Thai tea was super delicious, and the sweetness was just right. The lime leaf margarita is honestly one of my favorite margaritas I've ever had. For appetizers, we got the furikake potatoes, cucumber salad, and crab cheese wontons. They were all really tasty, but my favorite was definitely the furikake potatoes. The furikake seasoning gives them the perfect amount of flavor and spice, and I absolutely love the lime leaf aioli that comes with them. The cucumber salad was probably my second favorite. It has so much flavor, and I could honestly eat it all day. The crab cheese wontons were my third favorite, and my favorite part of those was actually the dipping sauce. For our main courses, we got the Korean fried chicken, tom yum noodles, and Three Treasures. My favorite was the Three Treasures. It's a vegetarian dish with stir-fried potatoes, eggplant, red pepper, and garlic sauce, and it was just incredibly flavorful. I was really impressed with how much flavor they packed into a vegetarian dish. The tom yum noodles were a very close second. They had shrimp, king trumpet and brown and white beech mushrooms, tomatoes, tom yum sauce, and spaghetti. Once again, the dish was just an explosion of flavor and really unique. The Korean fried chicken was my third favorite, but that definitely doesn't mean it wasn't impressive. The sauce on the chicken was to die for. It's a spicy garlic gochujang sauce, and it was absolutely delicious with the perfect level of heat. And then there's the Hong Kong French toast, which is one of my favorite things at this restaurant. It has a crispy cornflake crust, kaya coconut jam, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. It is seriously out-of-this-world good. If you're looking for an excellent place to eat or somewhere you want to take someone to impress them, I'd definitely recommend The Ginger Pig. Everything we had was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back.

Not just a little, it added an almost acrid flavor. The chicken was cooked fine. We ordered the cha siu and tom yum Noodles. The cha siu was fine, but, definitely overcooked, the lack of sauce just made it just a cooked piece of pork, rather than what is truly "cha siu" I truly had a gripe with the $24 tom yum noodles. Immediately as I arrived I knew what this was - this is mama noodles, $0.25 cent mama noodles packets but made with spaghetti - and completely salty and inedible at that. Truly, the profit margin on this dish must be astronomical. // I just checked, they were going to charge me $28 dollars - I asked to sub out shrimp since I was allergic, and TWO pieces of tofu was an additional $24+4 - insane? We had the eggplant as a replacement, it was fine. My server attempted to explain away the tom yum noodles as being too "green onion forward" - lady, I literally make mama noodles at home everyday. Don't sell me a fake story. It's an okay restaurant, slightly higher prices due to its renown. But it's clear the owners are not Chinese, Thai or Korean. At this point in my life, I don't like leaving a bad review, but mid food layered with mild deceit leaves a bad taste.
