3rd time I have tried to order delivery and they call me and tell me they do not have a drivers!! Wtf

we went there because of friends' recommendation. The place was clean, staff was freindly, food was good, however we have 2 suggestions: 1. price should not be same as meat entree, if we order vegetable entree 2. they dont quite manage thier recycl program well, as they cook and place all orders into the plastic containers, which was convenient for customers if we were to pack home, but if customers dont, they just put it into the trash bin, as we saw others did. So it was not an environmental-friendly unless they sort the trash with plastic container at the end when the business hour over. We doubt it. read more

Brand new place off the faux roundabout. This area is blowing up! It's in between Which Wich and Coffee & Cream. It's cute, bright, and clean inside. You walk in and there's a large menu (with pictures!) on a board so you can see what you're getting. Then you take a card and let the cashier know which protein you want. The dishes come in a to-go box with a decent amount of food. We tried the Thai basil chicken, pad woon sen (glass noodles with sauce) with chicken, and the tom yum soup. Everything was tasty especially for the price. The soup was better than I expected, although a bit sweet. This place is perfect for a quick meal and hits the spot. read more

I went on Yelp and found this place. I ordered pad thai with chicken and thai fried rice with chicken, cashews and pineapple to go. The servings were more than enough for two people. The chicken was good, it didn't taste cheap like some other Asian fast food places tend to. It came out to about $15, certainly worth it when you're tired of hitting Pei Wei. read more

Worse. Thai. Ever. My fried rice tasted like it had fish in it. The teriyaki chicken was horrible. The chicken must have been boiled and the sauce didn't resemble teriyaki. The egg rolls were burnt on the outside and super mushy on the inside. My girlfriend's peanut chicken was basically chicken covered in peanut butter and because it was so thick/overwhelming. We're not going to be back to this place. There's other Thai places around that are worth the money. read more

It was excellent, I had the Tom Kha soup and Thai Fried rice with chicken, I usually go to Banana Leaf and this was on par with what I like.

Decent fast-food Asian/Thai cuisine. Clean with nice decor and good value.

I love thai food and I eat it quite regularly. This absolutely is my go-to place if it is convenient. I do recognize that this is slightly americanized but its still yummy. I read some of these other reviews that were less than thrilled and I just don't get it. I've eaten at Thai Box 15+ times and have always had great service and fantastic food. The only item I did not like on the menu are the cheese rolls. Thai don't eat cheese and these rolls reflect that. Give this place a shot. You will enjoy it (unless of course, you don't like good food) :P read more

Heed the low ratings and skip this place. It's depressing inside - half of the lights are off and the place just seems tired and run down. It's not grimy, but it's not clean. The food is nowhere near authentic. I ordered the pad Thai and it was really wet. A clear indication that it's being made by someone who doesn't know how to make Thai food. Was hungry for Thai & my fave place in Plano has closed. Got home and looked up places and found that this place delivers and I tried out the ordering using PayPal through this Yelp app. Process was very easy and straightforward. Prices were good, especially for this area, portions were large and delicious and packaged very nicely. I was pleasantly surprised that on a Friday night at 7:15pm, my food was delivered in less than 45min and was still piping hot when I opened it. Review based on incomplete delivery order. Would've loved to try their food. Placed order 40 minutes before closing; ETA was up to an hourfor delivery. Tried the green curry fried rice and it was amazing, the service was fast and the restaurant was very clean!

We were so excited when we saw this was coming...Especially since it was related to Best Thai. One visit told us it must have been a very distant relation! I love Thai food -- especially curries -- BUT I cannot take much heat. I am truly a wimp when it comes to spicy food... In most Thai restaurants, I have never had a problem getting them to dial it back a bit...But even though I was assured that I was getting a mild dish...(yellow curry)..it was incredibly spicy. So hot, in fact, that my husband (who CAN take the heat) thought so, too... We got several dishes that night...none were very memorable... I will say this as a defense. It was Sunday night -- about an hour before closing...so maybe that had something to do with it...! read more

After reading mixed reviews on another site, I didn't have the highest of expectations but was really pleasantly surprised. I had the pad thai with tofu ($6.95) and cheese rolls (four for $1.50). The pad thai seemed to be of a fairly high quality and fresh. I called in my order and it was ready right when they said it would be. The restaurant appears to be basically counter service -- go in past the picture menus, place your order and pay, and then wait. The drinks and things like hot sauce were self-serve for those eating in the restaurant, which also has outside seating. I'll definitely be stopping by more often on my commute home. read more

Not bad for a fast food Thai place. I usually get the noddle dishes to go and have not been disappointed yet. The summer rolls are better than some of authentic Thai restaurants that I've been to in the area. I will try the other dishes when I go back next time. read more

Terrible food that took forever. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I was presented with a Thai Basil dish..without any basil. Hideous Orange chicken! Not at all spicy and the chicken was bone dry. My wife got Pad Thai and her chicken was dry too.

Had the yellow curry. Food was good and hot and served quickly. Wish we had one closer to my home.

It took forever to order the food. I stood in line for 20 min before I could order my food. They are understaffed with only one person taking orders and delivering food to the tables while customers wait in line for her to come back and take orders again. They can't identify who ordered what. she goes from table to table asking them if they ordered what she is carrying. Really inefficient. The food tastes good, but the portions seemed too little for the price I will be looking to try another Thai place in this area. read more

Pretty unauthentic, but it is fast Thai food. Have low expectations and maybe you'll be surprised.

This was one of our favorite places for quick Thai food, however the customer service and time to make the food has definitely deteriorated the last 2 times we have been here. It took 25 minutes to get our food and when I asked about it, I was rudely told that there were call in orders ahead of us so I just needed to wait. Got the food and it was hot, but never was there an apology for the wait. This is fast food, 25 minutes is not fast and I choose to not to be treated rudely when I am paying for your food. read more

Really enjoyed this place. All the entrees are laid out very simply on a large board on the wall. It was easy to figure out prices. I got Pad Thai Tofu ($7.95) and my husband got the Chicken Lover ($7.95). This is a counter order restaurant, and the lady taking our order was very nice and able to answer all our questions. I asked what would be equivalent to a crab rangoon and she suggested the cheese rolls. These were beyond delicious and I'm wanting more right now... Food was good, no complaints there. Ewwww. The restaurant was filthy. Every jar of sauce was sticky and the bathroom was worse. The curry was okay but tasted like it came out of a box and had copious amount of uncooked bell peppers which made no sense. Now for the boba.... I ordered the avocado boba which tasted nothing like avocado. It's tasted like a cream slush with way too much sugar and the boba mixed in like they were a surprise. They were not at the bottom like they should be. And as for the plastic on the boba. It wasn't completely sealed and something like food and or spices were all around the plastic seal. I told the manager but he acted like he couldn't see or it wasn't a big deal. He then gave me the same smoothie with a "new" sealant with even more crap around the edges. He then finally said he knew what I was talking about after I had to convince him and he came back with just a plastic lid that you would put on a soft drink. He didn't offer a refund or even a new drink. Never going back there again. read more

I'm Asian and I know what good Asian food tastes like. This place is definitely 2 thumbs up!!! Meat is tender, seasoning is just right, brown rice is cooked to perfection and portions are enough. I'm glad I stumbled upon them while desperately searching for a place to quickly grab a to-go order at 8:50pm on a Wednesday night after spending so much time at HomeGoods store (also in the same Stacy complex). Service is quick. Price is reasonable. At $8/adult dish or $4 for kids, you cannot go wrong. read more
