I feel scam by those 5 star rating review. I don't care how good ir was from the original store. I went to the new one that they open, where location which share the kitchen with sandwich store. Kios machine is janky, no picture for most of the item. Inside feels hot and grumpy to seat in. Serve without actual plate. All with disposal plate. It really feel like the owner isn't ready to open a new store. Chicken is dry, the ginger sauce looks like some kind of left over sauce, taste very sour, chicken is dried, all over krispy. I wait like 30 minutes to get my food, feel bad for the person who order before me, I got the food before him. Like so disappointed, 4/5 star for this experience? It must be some kind of joke or the owner pays a lot for advertising. Fix the food and operation first before advertising!

Went to their old location only to find out they have moved to a new location. Got pad ka prow and chicken rice. I was hooked! Needless to say I'll be back.

Love the small mom-n-pop shop. Food is good quality and tasty and service is friendly. We tried the fried chicken and chicken rice plates and they were great. Clean taste which means clean oil and the chicken looked like it was broken down from whole as opposed to ordering for a supplier pre-broken down. Prices are on-par with nearby restaurants. Unfortunately located in a corner that can easily be missed but I wish this place success for a long time!

The fried chicken was really fresh and juicy which paired well with the taggy and sweet dipping sauce.

We were already halfway into the meal when we discovered this. Thank goodness my 2 year old and 5 year old sharing this food didn't encounter it. Also, my wife ordered the broccoli beef and you can clearly tell they were cutting corners using old broccoli because the broccoli had specs of black dots inside the stalk that permeated out into the floret. It was disgusting but we had already driven too far to return. This is all on top of the fact that it was a mediocre sub par quality Chinese fast food. We were first taken in by the fried rice and chow mein because it actually looked dressed up with lots of ingredients unlike the sad 2-3 ingredient fried rice and chow mein you get at Panda Express. We got suckered in and learned our lesson. We are never coming back here again.

We chose the vegetable fried rice (with broccoli, peas, and carrots), Hunan tofu, and orange chicken. We also got a cup of hot and sour soup and a Sprite. Everything came to about $20. The service was quick, and the inside felt cozy with a true mom-and-pop shop atmosphere. We scarfed it all down and would definitely come back again!

Parking was fairly easy with tons of parking spots in the plaza and inside the restaurant was a more to-go style spot but there are some seats for you to enjoy your meal. The overall ambience of the spot was quiet and cozy. Service was very quick and they were able to take our orders quickly. I noticed even with more people coming in, they took orders quick and were able to serve them almost instantly. It looks like they take catering as well. My hubby and I got an order of the siu mai ($6.15 for 3 pieces), har gow ($6.15 for 3), BBQ pork bun (~$3 for 1), and the black bean spare beans ($6.15). Prices were fairly decent and the portion sizes were fairly big! The siu mai was a bit sweeter than I normally like, but I liked the size of them. Har gow was fresh (it did come out 5-10 mins after we sat down) and was actually very plump and the skin was easy to eat (most places the skin falls apart). BBQ pork bun was also very good - can't go wrong with a simple bun. Black bean spare-ribs were just OK, definitely could be better as it felt too garlicky and most of it was fat. I am deducting a star mostly due to the food not being as hot. Since we were able to eat right away, we were hoping the food would be fresh/hot but the siu mai and spare-ribs were just very lukewarm. I would most likely come back but bring home our items to microwave and enjoy at home.

There are a few tables indoors for dining along with a few tables outside. They now have air conditioning. The quality of their food is actually decent, on par with dim sum restaurants in the area. Dim sum favorites include their spare ribs, chicken feet, pork football. The best part is that everything is sold by piece so one can mix and match. They also have a good variety of hot entrees including salt and pepper fish, garlic string beans. They have various promotions, including a discount for paying cash. Some staff wear a glove on their hand too.

Here are the (unfortunate) changes: They changed the greens from assorted salad greens with vinaigrette to broccoli that is WAY too salty. They used to have picked carrots with the dish and now removed them. The chicken this time was drier than usual and we always get dark meat with skin which is typically the juicier one! Chicken rice flavor also wasn't spread throughout and had some plain white rice. The chicken soup has changed for the better though. FYI best sauce to get with hainan chicken is the ginger scallion oil. Quick service and easy to order. There is an in-store tablet or we ordered through the toast app with no fee.
