Hubz & I stopped in to grab takeout after a round of golf, so we were pretty hungry! The containers didn't seem very big, but the meal was actually huge! Had our leftovers last night & had a second huge meal & still just as delicious!! That brings me to the incredible FLAVOR!! My favorite meal to cook is Thai food, and I use Thai basil, quality coconut milk, fresh ingredients, you get the picture. My meal here was actually BETTER than my cooking!! Our first time in this new restaurant in town. There were just a few people sitting inside when we arrived. Place looked clean, music maybe a little loud. You can either walk up to the counter to order or at one of the 2 kiosks, I'm assuming are there in case they are busy. We placed our order at the counter, the girl was nice. We sat and waited for our order to take home to eat. Waited around 10 minutes. While we were waiting several people came in for pickup orders. There's an app you can place your orders on for pickup or delivery. They have codes in the store you can scan to receive 3.00 off your first order from the app but when you scan it the chandler location pops up so I did not download. We ordered the Thai dumpling soup, medium spice with brown rice. The rice was missing and the spice tasted like hot instead of medium. I called the restaurant and they said they'd refund the soup because of the missing rice. I'll follow up if it's not received. My husband ordered the noodles with beef, medium spice. He said it seemed overcooked as most of the noodles had dissolved in the juices, he also said he could not taste any spice. I ordered the rice with beef medium spice and couldn't taste any spice. So Good! We have eaten here many times and it's always consistently good! The dumplings are delicious & the pad Thai & spicy noodles...YUM!

I ordered my food online. pick up time was 7:52. At 7:55 I asked if my food was done, they said no it's not done. I waited another 10 minutes & asked if it was done. They said no it's not ready. Maricopa has Thai food now! Yay!! Came here during opening week, and they were packed! Lots of costumers! Every single table was filled, and we waited awhile to get our food, but good thing they had a full staff working hard. Got pad Thai, Thai gai rolls, Thai iced tea, and my friend got the pineapple fried rice! It was all super delicious!! Today I got takeout from them; ordered from the app which was super convenient! Got yellow curry with white rice, more Thai gai rolls, and Thai ice tea again! The yellow curry was good but I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had. It was super liquidy, and I like mine to be on the thicker side. The prices are fair. The staff are nice. I'm happy we have Thai food now! Yay! read more

Tonight, I stopped by to grab something to eat. Usually, we have a pretty good experience at Thai To Go. However, tonight felt different. When I walked in, it seemed like the two employees at the counter--one behind the register and one in front, both workers--were more focused on their conversation than on greeting me warmly or providing appropriate service. Chatting with coworkers can help make shifts more enjoyable or pass the time, but customer service should always come first. Customers should feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk in. My only concern is the slow service and lack of space for online pickup orders. I had to wait 15 minutes behind someone before I could pick up my prepaid food that was sitting on the counter. The second visit it took 30 minutes for three entrees I ordered. The app/online ordering wasn't working. The food is great. For a chain I didn't have a high expectation, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was A bit spicy even though I opted for mild, but the portions, prices, and flavors were fantastic. Using the phone app eliminates the wait time and the food tastes great. My favorite dish is the Pad Prig Pao. It's pretty good.

Amazing customer service. Food is always hot and fresh. The store is clean and presentable every time we go into the Maricopa location.

I order two Tom Yum Gai. The first time they brought me one with coconut milk and the other without. They remade it and it looks like half full container. I ask the manager why they only fill the container half way and she told me I don't know the come like that. I went to other Thaichili2go locations and they usually come filled. I will prove that on my next review of a different location. So I waited twice as long for them to remake the product. read more

This is a very welcome addition to the restaurant options in Maricopa. Be aware if you're used to ordering at a typical Thai restaurant that the menu here is very limited. If you don't want curry or noodles/rice for your entrée, you are out of luck. The curry is very good, but the sauce is thinner and less complex than authentic Thai curry. The soup is good too, albeit with a little too much lime juice in the broth. Keep the price of everything in mind when ordering, the total cost can add up very quickly. Service is very good; ambience is typical for a fast food restaurant. Very glad that this restaurant has now opened in Maricopa! read more

I was craving Thai and needed it quick so found this little place. Ordered pad prig pow noodles and gai tod bites. Prig pow was tasty, I got a medium heat order and I must say I should of gotten it spicier. I don't don't think I would get the Gai tod bites as the were just chicken nuggets. Really pleased with the new Thai restaurant in Maricopa, Arizona--not to be confused with Maricopa County, Arizona! This is allegedly Pinal County's first Thai restaurant, and not a moment too soon in my book! We've been pining for something besides Chinese for Asian cuisine ever since we moved to Casa Grande (also in Pinal County) about 17 years ago! Checked this out for a Sunday lunch, and we actually ate in. They were VERY busy, especially for a Sunday afternoon, and had lots of people ordering to go. One thing that was nice is they had several vegetarian and vegan options, which is unusual. You can order most dishes with tofu (either fried or steamed) or, if you're a meat eater, chicken or shrimp. Most dishes have some form of rice or rice noodles. All dishes have four spice level options (mild, medium, hot and Thai hot), and we all happened to order a different spice level and different entrees so were able to try each other's dishes. I got the pad thai mild, which came with two generous sides of ground peanuts. I think next time I will try the medium spice level. The portion sizes were huge, but they served everything in to-go containers so it was easy to take home the leftovers. (I ate the second half for supper, and the flavors had absorbed even more so it was even more delicious!) They also had a lot of appetizer choices, so next time I'm thinking about trying the vegetarian spring rolls. Drinks are on the healthier side, including Thai drinks as well as teas, lemonade and water, no soda pop. Staff is very friendly and efficient; they even noticed the entryway rug had a big wrinkle in it and fixed it right away so no one would trip and fall.
