    Grilled teriyaki chicken (big portion)!

Food was delicious! Portions were plentiful, especially for my hungry teen. The spicy line sauce that came with the chicken was super flavorful. I could put that on everything! Service was great too. Friendly and handled the lunch crowd well. Nicely decorated and music was not too loud. Pleasant. :) We've been here for dinner before and super busy, but lunch was manageable. Highly recommend this place. We'll be back!

I came here with my sister and mother, we came here at about 2pm and they close at 3pm for lunch then they reopen again for dinner at 4 or 5. We ordered the mango curry salmon which was delicious as always. The veggie thai chow mein was ok. I think next time we will get shrimp chow mein. We ended our lunch with their mango sticky rice which is always delicious! I love the combination of flavors in that one. We ate outside since they had outdoor seating. The service was alright this time around.

I was in Elk Grove for a project this past week and we went on Yelp to find food places to order from. My co-worker found this place "Thai Chili" with over three thousand reviews and we both like Thai Food so we ordered. What I ordered was the "Beef Larb Salad". I didn't even see the picture, but I have eat at many Thai places in Los Angeles and ordered the same dish and what I got was shocking and digusting to say the least. I have never seen any Thai place use ground meat in a salad? Beef Larb is supposed to be Beef chunks, what I got was ground beef with cut piece of Iceburg lettuce throuwn on top. (see the picture) how does anyone call this a beef salad? Maybe there is not enough Thai food in Elk Grove for people to know what real Thai food is. I als ordered a Coconut Soup and that was also awful and not the real authentic Thai Coconut Soup. All I can say is to find some other Thai Food place that knows what real Thai Food is, this is place is not it.

Corina and I had lunch here again today. The food and service was excellent as it always is. We have been coming here for like 25 years. I've eaten in this restaurantmore times than any other place I have gone to in my life. We had the Fresh Spring Rolls as they are a pain to make at home and these are very tasty. We tried the Tamarind Shrimp for the first time and loved them. They are something I will make at home. We have never seen a menu with so many different choices and I would like to try everything on it!

I don't have any recent pics but it's been a while since I've gotten a decent meal here. I'm sad to say it's been pretty downhill and the flavors just don't hit the same as they use to. And the pricing is pretty crazy in comparison to other places in EG too. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor. I haven't dined in for a while so I can't say much about the service or ambiance. I most recently ordered through door dash.

What we ordered *Ginger Crispy Chicken -large portion -came with 3 dipping sauce -tasty & delicious *Spicy Eggplant (choice of protein -Fish) -large portion -must have - everything about this dish was delicious *Coconut Seafood Soup -a little disappointed that it wasn't served in a metal container with a warmer like most Thai restaurant to keep the soup hot. -surprisly a pleasing soup with generous amount of seafood The restaurant was full when hubby and I arrived on a Friday night. We waited outside for a few minutes. We were greeted with a nice hello from a server named Arturo who also ended up being our server. He was attentive, very pleasant and just had a really welcoming personality. A star for each meal we ordered and a star for ARTURO. Thank you Thai Chili. We will be back.

I've been coming to this restaurant for several years now. The food remains exquisite. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and found that it wasn't as packed as I anticipated. The service is great and it looked like they were possibly shortstaffed, but we still got our food in a timely fashion. This environment is usually pretty chill but today we sat next to noisy people so I asked to move to a booth and attach a table which was not an issue with the servers. Since I do keto most weeks out of the month, this is my go to cheat meal spot when I'm craving noodles and Thai hot spicy red curry

This is a hidden gem. Everything here is a flavor bomb. Tyler was an awesome server and had such a fun personality. This is a must try you will not be disappointed.

Decided to give this place a try since I was in the mood for Thai food! Got sat at a table right away. Not the cleanest of places I've been but definitely a great hole in the wall! Calamari-nothing too special, very plain without the sweet chili sauce Fresh shrimp spring rolls- refreshing crisp, and minty, sauce is sweet and tangy. Pad Thai- Really delicious and flavorful, one of the best ones I've had. Huge portion Green curry- Amazing taste of flavor and great with rice and the pad Thai. Definitely can't wait to come back again!

I haven't been here in over a year. Came in on a Weds night for dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. Staff were friendly. It wasn't too busy but there was another big grp that arrived after we were seated. Food was good. Disappointed in the drunken noodle with real crab meat. I Didn't taste any crab. Ordered: Thai Papaya Salad 3 was the perfect level for us Drunken Noodles w/ Real Crab Meat Pineapple Fried Rice w/ Seafood Combo Spicy Eggplant w/ Fish Grilled Combo meat Veg Green Curry w/ Egg Plant additional $2 They charge for Thai Peanut Sauce ($2.50) Mango sticky rice Singha Everything was good but my favorite was the pineapple fried rice & mango sticky rice. The veggie curry with eggplant was really good too.

this place used to be good but it doesn't hit the same anymore. it seems portions are smaller and curry doesn't come with rice anymore. but i guess the service is ok.

Ask the Community - Thai Chili

I used to order Roasted Duck Fried Rice regularly for the passed few years but I no longer see it on the menu of DoorDash. Is this dish still available?

Yes, We had the Roasted Duck Panang Curry just yesterday. It's in the Doordash menu, but you have to click at the end of the House Specialty section to open it further.

Is it open for indoor dining?

Yes, we went inside and ate, then took lots of leftovers home.

I saw they had Nam Kao Tod on the menu. I came here for that item and the fried chicken skins because you don't see those two items everywhere and I love both. The flavor of the Nam Kao Tod was spot on, however, it was not crispy. The dish is supposed to have crispy rice. I was quite disappointed. With crispy rice, the dish would have been a 10/10, but as is, I would not order it again, maybe only a 6/10. The Fried Chicken Skins were a solid 10/10. It came with a dipping sauce but the sauce wasn't for me. I preferred the chicken skins without the sauce. It already had good flavor. Perfectly fried and not oily. 10/10 Pad See Ew was good but pretty standard. Nothing out of the ordinary. But still solid. 8/10. There is a lot of parking available so that is a "plus".

The restaurant is located in a small plaza close to my house, which makes it really convenient to visit. When entering, you're greeted by welcoming staff and a short wait time as it's not always too busy there all the time. It is also small inside the restaurant, but that adds to the comforting feeling it gives off. My favorite item on the menu is the drunken noodles with chicken, and I usually pick 3 out of 5 for my spice level. I like that they allow you to choose how spicy you want your food because they are considerate of all spice tolerance levels. If I'm not ordering the drunken noodles, I'm getting the Pad Thai with chicken! I usually place orders over the phone as I tend to get KB's with my family, and they prepare the order so quickly. From my sister's house to the restaurant, it's about 6-7 minutes. After placing my order, it's usually done in 10-15 minutes which is really fast for 3-4 items at a time! Whether you're in the mood for eating out or ordering for pickup, KB's Thai Hut is a great choice for Thai food! I've been coming here consistently for a few years and they do not disappoint! I'd definitely recommend the drunken noodles with chicken and their Lao style papaya salad!

The baguette was warm and crispy. So good. Very good dish and one of the better ones I've had. Grilled rib eye rice combo: 5/5. The stuff I normally order was not of the same quality. Idk if it's just a different cook or what was going on. This was the first time it has ever been like this. We always order the glass noodles and this time, we did not find little crab chunks like we have in the past. Maybe it was an oversight or forgotten? Flavor was still there but definitely not of the same quality. The Bo Ne was still yummy. Now, the bo tai chanh was so good before, this time there was barely any beef. For the price, and the name of the dish, I expect it to be a lot of beef or at least a decent amount. Instead we got a ton of pickled veggies and onions piled into a mound with some slices of beef hidden in there somewhere. I ate mostly pickled veggies.
