One of my favorite restaurants in Snoqualmie Valley area and not just for Thai. The service here is quick for lunch and the staff are all friendly. My favorite dishes are their pad thai and cashew chicken (rice dish). I love how spicy that they make it but it can be inconsistent sometimes. However, the staff have always been helpful and are wonderful to work with. One of my favorite places to eat from and recommended it highly to everyone. read more

It actually amazes me how all the reviews rave about the food here. We ordered a Pad Thai with tofu, a Pad See Ew with fried and a Panang Curry with tofu. Pros: I loved the spice level that they keep - I ordered 3 stars and found it to be perfect for me, too spicy for my husband. Service was quick and the lady at the counter was very nice. Place looked clean from the inside. Food: The Pad Thai had almost no sauce for the amount of noodles and not really any of the flavor profiles you would expect in Pad Thai with the exception of spicy. The Pad See Ew was very sweet and slightly less spicy than the Pad Thai, and the Panang Curry was a typical Panang curry but with very few vegetables. The tofu pieces were enormous. The quantity and price of the dishes were a great value but in my opinion the quality was just okay. read more

Have been going here since they opened and my wife and I have almost tried everything on the menu. Haven't had a bad meal here ever and keep going back for more. The Mango sticky rice dessert is so amazing to finish off you're meal. When I was in the hospital the owner came out of kitchen to speak with my wife multiple times to see how I was doing, because she had seen me in a while. The chicken pad Thai is as good as any I've ever had. My favorite though is the red curry with chicken. I'll pour that over my rice and eat it together. I love all the textures and spice in the flavors. It's a great place for lunch to eat in, even with larger groups. And I've also done takeout. They were short staffed that day so I had to wait a while, like 45 minutes, but it was worth it. Another favorite for me is the crispy jungle chicken. read more

Ok I know we all love this place and the food is great. But they have got to get it together with their phone system and hours posted. It's a big issue and very frustrating. It was 8pm and we were trying to call and place an order. Couldn't get through so went in person and they then told us the kitchen was closed. You will get the worst customer service ever here! They always disconnect their phone during their busy hours so you can't never order ahead. When you get there, no one greets you nor are polite. Owner is very rude and disrespectful. He yells at his employees and treats customers so rude. We ordered a big dinner for my sister's birthday and the owner told us it'll be ready in 30 min. Got there on time, and food took close to an hour, and didn't get a single apology. Instead the owner was rude, and decided to accuse us of not knowing how a restaurant operates, stating that pad thai always takes a long time to prepare. I don't mind waiting as I know every other place is understaffed, but it was his attitude that is making not coming back here ever!!! When we got there right at the 30 min some of the food was ready after the initial 30 min and sat in the counter for another 30 min. When I told him I was concerned that food might be cold already, he laughed and told his cook that I was being ridiculous and to warm up the food so that I stopped complaining. They doubled deep fried my spring rolls so they were extremely greasy. And while we waited for our food there was never an apology! Never going back here! The Pad Thai had very little flavor. I ordered spiciness level 3 stars out of 5 stars and it had abolutely zero heat. My wife had some and she cannot eat even the most minimal amount of heat - she couldn't taste any and thought it was really bland. The Pad Thai dish I ordered had soft shelled crab that was way overcooked and so rubbery that I didn't eat it. The food at Thai Eatery is very poor and the service was as well. I really love their food but I'm consistently getting under portioned on take out orders. Usually roti comes with 3 pieces and it's $3.50 for a portion and tonight I ordered 2 portions and they only gave me 4 total pieces. Therefore shorting me 2 pieces. Food was good. Went on a weekday night, only a couple other tables and saw a couple takeout orders come in. Dinning room looked clean and modern. It shares a "parking lot" with the Chevron station. Service was pretty attentive, although it appeared pretty normal for entrees to come out at different times. The entrees we ordered (dirty noodle and saucy noodle) were good quality, though a bit sour for our tastes. Will still probably head back to try a few dishes which might be less sour. read more

Really getting fed up with trying to call in take out orders. Phone is busy for extended periods of time. One time we found out they actually took the phone off the hook. Tonight it was either busy or just rang and rang. This has happened at least 4 different times. One time I didn't tip for my takeout order and the woman was really annoyed and rude. Tonight, I ordered from Bai Tong in the Issaquah Highlands. Yes, I had to drive 30 min+ out of my way for dinner, but the staff picked up the phone, was polite, and my order was ready in 20 min. We have eaten at Thai Eatery many times. The food is always delicious. Haven't gotten a dish we didn't thoroughly enjoy!

We got dinner here on the way back to Seattle, and almost got take out but decided to dine in. They were good about giving us space with our kids, and they brought out the kids food before our food without us asking, which we always appreciate. Drunken noodle dish was great. I got a 3 out of 5 spice level, and I am normally get a 5, and the 3 was plenty spicy. My husband got the coconut prawn dish, also a 3 for spice level. It was sweeter than he expected, but he still enjoyed the dish , especially with the spice level. Our kids split Pad Woo Sen, a glassy noodle dish, without spice and they both enjoyed it as well. The service was good with them checking on us frequently. They had hand sanitizer at every table and everything looked very clean. read more

I am a true foody so I am more interested in how the food tastes so we drove from Everett (1 hour) for a Monday night girls dinner. I mentioned to my friends as we sat down that I had read the reviews and relayed the notes on service. One of my girlfriends owns a restaurant in Snoqualmie. The food was great! The service was not; just like the other reviews said. It was so weird. There was a young gal who was our server. She was just short with us and very passive aggressive. We had asked for beef dumplings and then she asked if we were ready for entrees. I thought she meant did we want any more appetizers, so I said I think we are good. She looked at me and said "that's why I said ENTREES" and I said oh I'm sorry, I didn't hear that part. We each asked for hot tea and sugar. She brought out a little ceramic pot with regular cane sugar and spoon but it was about 1 TBL for 3 adult women. I asked for more and the man with glasses didn't acknowledge me, so I thought he hadn't heard me but then he came around and tossed a container with other sweeteners on the table. That same man served our food. He still never spoke to us but gave us a dirty look when we asked for soy sauce. At the end we asked for the check to be split 3 ways and the young gal said she couldn't do that because their credit card machine was too old. My friend who owns a restaurant said that's BS, she can do it she just didn't want to. I took the bill and said can you just put $32 on each of these 3 credit cards. She said no, she couldn't. So, one friend paid separately and then 2 of us split the other portion. It was so weird. It seems like we were constantly apologizing for not understanding things or the way things go, which we shouldn't have to do. Grossly under staffed on Friday and Saturday nights. One server at dinner rush. Seriously? Phone rings non stop, server spends more time answering the phone with takeout orders over taking care of the seated customers. Saturday night at 6:00 we sat for 10mins with no water or even menues dropped off. There were three, maybe four tables with customers, and three people standing around waiting for togo's, not terribly busy as I have seen it much crazier there on the weekends. The server took two phone orders while we sat there patiently waiting. This has happened on three separate occasions back to back. We walked out never to return. A gem of a restaurant in the middle of no where! On our visit to Snoqualamie falls we wanted some place to eat and happened to find this little gem. It is almost attached to a gas station but don't let the location fool you. The food was beyond amazing. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Food: I got the Crispy Jungle chicken which just hit the spot. So flavorful. Love it. My husband got the Dirty Noodles which has noddles and peanuts and lime and other flavorful ingredients. Huge hit with my daughter. The other fish we got was Penang curry which is one of the best currries I have ever had. If you are in the area don't forget to get some yummy Thai food here. read more

We've been loyal customers for almost 4 years. The food is always incredible - especially the jungle chicken... wow. Lately, we've noticed that the pad thai is lacking some flavor. We thought it was a fluke, but then when we went back a month later and ordered pad thai it tasted the same. It just seems like they are missing an ingredient or need to add a little more? Not sure. Guess it's been quite a while since my last visit here. Last night me had the same things as we've had in the past: Spring Rolls (which were light and refreshing), Tofu Pad Thai (oops got soft tofu rather than fried but still good and filling), and the basil with chicken (which my wife said was a bit spicy even at two stars).
