This was my second time here my first time I ordered a pineapple curry it was Togo and this time I ordered the yellow curry and stayed in.What a cozy little place very cute Decour great comfortable feeling.Wonderful staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic the flavor was very fresh.I think next time I'll ask them to make it a little bit spicier but other than that it very good. The lunch special is great you get an entrée with a side of rice and you even get a choice to have an eggroll or Potsticker which I think is just the perfect amount. I washed it down with a Thai iced tea served in their cute little mason jar mugs with the cutest crushed ice. Cannot wait to go back and try more of their food. This is by far our favorite place to eat in the whole CP/Medford area. Not only is the food incredible, but the prices are amazing, the atmosphere is awesome and the service is fantastic! The staff are super nice, and service is always quick, even when they're slammed with to-go orders they seem to get it done fast! The food is simply amazing, so fresh tasting and full of flavor! Most places that serve this type of food the veggies are always bland and have no texture, not the case here, always crisp and full of flavor! The noodles are amazing as well. The Pad Prig King is my personal favorite, if you like Thai peanut sauce, this is the dish for you! My girlfriend gets the Hot & Spicy, also amazing. The lunch menu is also probably the best deal ever! All things considered this is our absolute favorite restaurant for lunch and dinner. So, being a resident of the valley I have been exposed to some sub-par thai. Places not to mention names *COUGH* asian grill *cough* thai bistro never really cut it for me. I walked into this small restaurant and am immediately greated by a multitude of delicious smells. The excellent small space and atmosphere of this restaurant made me feel similar to the smaller mom and pop stores the valley has a few of. The service also was outstanding. Staff was happy to serve and help making my experience there memorable. The best part though was the pad thai, oh my god. Usually speaking, my test for a good pad thai is if I can still enjoy it after the 10th bite and might I say this pad thai had a flavor that never got old for me. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the savory and sweet flavors were found in every bite. Not to mention the perfectly cooked chicken inside the pad thai. For the most part, Thai Garden is now for me anyway one of the best Thai Food places I've had in the valley and will be my new go to for some delicious and moderately priced thai. read more

I was a little worried about getting Thai food in Medford but my clients wanted to give it a shot. Thai is my least favorite Asian cuisine but it still is good. The first thing I noticed about this place was that it is very clean. Everything on that place looks simple but nice. You can tell the owner doors a good job at maintaining the place. Two thumbs up and a gold star for that. Another great thing about this place is the quality of food for the price. Good portion for the lunch special abd it's only $7ish. The fam and I went out for Thai for dinner tonight and it was AMAZING! Even on a busy Saturday night we received a friendly greeting upon entering, found a table right away and got our water and menus within minutes of being seated. For our entrees I got the Pad Prig King - ordered "spicy" - my wife got teriyaki chicken, and our daughter got fried rice with veggies and chicken. All or our dishes were wonderful, spiced just right, including some awesome steamed-to-perfection vegetables and the service was spot on. Beyond pleasantly surprised. After setting up an impromptu lunch date I was scurrying for a suitable venue. A quick Yelp search brought up a number of options but this one caught my eye. Quick version. Very cute. Busy lunch crowd (get here a few minutes before noon). Good sized servings, tons of lunch options for $6.95 Downside? Not super fast (cooked to order). IF THEY MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG, JUST TAKE IT! DON'T ASK THEM TO REMAKE IT!! OR THEY WILL REFUSE TO SERVE YOU EVER AGAIN! We spend over $200/month here because their food is yummy. BUT, every time we order #63 and 47A, we ask for it mild. BOTH of them mild. EVERY time they make 1 or the other spicy, and we politely ask them to remake whichever one is too spicy. This time, they put beef in the vegan rice dish, and no beef in the beef rice dish. I went back in and asked for beef in the one that was supposed to have it, and even offered to pay for the beef in the vegetarian dish. After they spent 10 minutes arguing about how I was wrong, I finally pointed to Their screen where it showed that They messed up the order. So the owner was called over, where she kicked me out of the restaurant for "always causing problem, never happy with order"... I said how much we enjoyed this restaurant when they made our order correctly, or at least corrected it if they made it wrong, but that didn't matter. We aren't welcome back there because they made our order wrong. So if that's the kind of establishment you want to support, just make sure YOU don't ask them to remake a bad order!!!! read more

I recently decided to give this place a try, I ordered the pad Thai with chicken, the dish had great flavor and the chicken was cooked perfectly, the noodles were a little dry but I did order to go so the travel home may have done that. Overall very good Thai compared to what else there is in the valley and very reasonable for what you get. I will be going back for sure! read more

My family and I have been going to Thai Garden for 18 years since it was Thai House in Jacksonville. Hands down the best Thai I've had in the Medford and Portland areas and I'm picky about Thai food. The owner is an absolute joy to be around and always the server. The prices are outstanding and very rarely have I ever gotten charged for substitutions. It is crowded and does get busy for dinner, but what can you expect when the food is great and the business is small and run by a family? Highly highly recommend this restaurant! Called and ordered for pick up. Was told 40 to 45 minutes wait. When I arrived 45 minutes later I was tild it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. Fresh and great tasting food. I have had their # 14 Teriyaki Chicken # 26 Stir Fried Asparagus with Shitaki Mushrooms and the General Tsao Chicken # 28 I plan on trying a lot of the other dishes. You get your choice of Brown or White rice and I always get the brown. Their dressing they give you on the side salad is great too. The salad isn't anything special just iceberg cabbage and carrots but still very fresh and no brown yucky lettuce in there but I didn't go there for a salad I went there for Thai Food. If you want Thai food this place is great and its fast! I have ordered to go since I work around the corner and haven't eaten inside. Thai garden had one of the tastiest chicken pad Thai I have ever had. I saw the good reviews online and I had to try it for myself. Is extremely satisfied by the service and I will definitely be trying more of their food. When I ordered my food I ordered it to go and they told me it be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived sure enough my food ready to go in there with somebody ready to check me out. Very fast service. Sometimes you show up at a place and I have to wait another 15 minutes or so from here to go order to be ready. I highly recommend Thai garden for Thai food. read more

Very happy with this place. The spicy noodles were super good, I wish I hadn't asked them to make them mild spicy because they weren't as spicy as I thought they'd be so next time I will definitely get them full spiciness. The orange chicken was good but I feel like it could have had a little bit more flavor/zest to it. Egg rolls were good just wish they had a little more stuffing or were a bit bigger. Where I live we do not have a decent Chinese food restaurant. What a happy surprise this little place was!! I had forgotten what really flavorful Chinese food tastes like! They have a huge menu with all kinds of choices, besides Chinese there was Korean BBQ, sushi, Thai, probably more but I don't recall. We ordered the Kung Pao with beef, spicy fried rice with pork and egg rolls. All excellent. The place is small with under 10 tables. We got there right when they opened on a Wednesday night and by the time we finished there were people waiting. There is no waiting area so the group waiting for a table was basically standing right next to us waiting for us to finish so that felt a bit awkward. But fortunately we only had about 10 mins of that. The service was excellent, super sweet waitresses. Prices were very fair. If we ever drive through this town again, it will be my go to place to eat lunch or dinner. read more

Amazing Chinese/Thai food in all of S. Oregon! Finally a place that can do five spice duck! Highly recommend. Everyone was happy with their dish: mixed veggies, Tom Kha soup, five spice duck, mixed seafood with garlic sauce, and the fried calamari app. All very well done! Clean restaurant. Fun decor. Nice fish tank. Now for the food...mediocre American-style Thai and Chinese food. I went at the end of their lunch period and they graciously accommodated my party of four, even though they would be closing in 20 minutes. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and it came loaded with peas and carrots :(. There weren't many peanuts or hot peppers. Everything was smothered in a thick sugary sauce. My husband enjoys spicy foods and asked for his dish to be cooked at a five star heat rating. That was the hottest they offered. He said it was spicy, but not hot. Here is my thing, I've gone here 3 times and unless the chef cuts the perfectly same sized squares to their carrots, my guess is they are canned! Gross! The peas are mushy because they are canned so these are not fresh ingredients! We ordered two red currys and they forgot a rice, forgot a salad and forgot an egg roll. To go is not a great idea with this place since you will be missing half your order like at McDonalds or taco bell. Three strikes and they are out! The food here is better than at any Thai restaurant I've had in Portland, San Francisco or Sacramento as that is where I do most of my traveling. The flavors are just mind blowing. I brought my Brother-in-law here a few months ago and he fancies himself quite the cook which he is. He asked if he could work for free as a sous chef for a few days just to learn about the flavors they create. They declined unfortunately.
