My favorite Thai place in the medical center. 5/5 for the Crab Fried Rice, so delicious and so worth it everytime. Everything else pictured is also great and so filling, definitely one of my go-to restaurants in San Antonio.

Thai hot is an absolute favorite for warm and comfort. As soon as the weather drops we get a craving for their delicious Beef noodle soup and Penang Curry. The food is served quickly and still sizzling. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We have also ordered their food for take out and their flavors stay as true as dining in.

Food was excellent very fresh. Will be back again soon. Tofu spring rolls next time I will get shrimp.

Third time here. I ordered the crab fried rice, chicken pot stickers, and the egg drop soup. Rice and soup were delicious. Plenty of crab and it lasted me 3 meals. The pot stickers were a little dry but I'm still happy that I dined at the restaurant. It's always good to support your local eateries. Will dine here again.

The food was delicious! I have food allergies and the server was very helpful in guiding me in my choices. The portions were plentiful. Definitely worth a second visit!

This place is tucked away in a shopping center right next to a liquor store and a vegan Asian restaurant. We went on a Friday night and there was only one other person dining. We had the undivided attention of the waitress. She was super. The food didn't take long to come out either. Parking was easy and onsite. This place is BYOB. I had: Tofu panang- a little sweeter than I am used to, but still delicious. It was a goof portion with a side of rice. Summer rolls- you can get them with or without shrimp. I opted for the shrimp. It came with peanut sauce. The order comes with three cut into 6. Definitely a good option for an appetizer. Calamari - has also vegetable tempura mixed it. It was probably my favorite of the three at this visit. If you only want calamari, this may not be a good dish for you.

I have mixed feelings about this Thai restaurant. While they do have certain things that are good, for example the fried tofu, their main entree is a little lacking. Their stir fried noodle including the pad Thai is just too oily which is not good.

Our son found this in the won ton soup tonight while stirring it up. We all kinda just lost our appetite at that point.

A few years ago it was Pho. So, I do have a favorite, but I still need to try new places. Well, I am, & this place is pretty phenomenal. The inside is so sweet & simple. You feel real comfortable & peaceful being in there I found them just by driving through the parking lot looking for Holy Pops for a Yelp Elite event. I wanted to try them out, & I'm so happy I did. They exceed my expectations. I walked in & was greeted by one of the waitresses, I let her know it would be a to go order, but I've never been there. She explained how things could be ordered. Steamed vs fried, for example. I regret not snapping photos of the menu, but they have one online. For that matter my food was consumed before a single photo was taken. (That's how you know it's good! At least with me! ) I went with an order of pan fried dumplings, an order of pan fried pork bao, & one order steamed pork bao. Do not be in a rush when you come. Everything is made fresh. You want it to be. Oh my goodness. These bao are amazing. The dough is the perfect thickness, IMO. The meatball inside though mine were a little larger than a golf ball. Juicy, flavorful & couldn't get enough. Made me want a dozen!. Just don't have the stomach to eat that many. Means I'll have to make more trips. The dumplings, pan fried - were so delicious. Again, piping hot! I'd say the little meatball was about half the size of the bao one. I ordered the shrimp, pork & lamb dumplings (I think. ) They had shrimp in them though. And they were amazing Okay, so me saying all my food was piping hot - here's the thing - this place is on Stone Oak, I live in the Brooks City Base area, it was still piping hot when I got home. Y'all know the traffic in this city right now! Don't waste anymore time. Go check them out. Wanna know about the staff? I'll continue! So, my order took about 25 minutes. Okay I ordered a lot, the place was full also, & again everything is made fresh. Oh! Also, you can watch them make it all. The two waitresses & the waiter checked on me often, - (when I came in. I sit in my car most of the time & inform them. Then, I just come sit down.) They apologized & I explained I make this food, I understand & am happy to wait, just means it'll be good. And boy was it!!!!

My friend ordered the lamb soup and lamp dumplings, which I was scared to try due to past experiences. Surprisingly, lamb dumplings was a huge hit! I would order that over the pork shrimp chive dumplings. There's a juicy sweetness to the flavors that captivated me. I do say, their noodles, although the menu says wide, they are pretty medium sized thickness. For a Saturday lunch time, it wasn't super busy and the service was on par.

The staff is super friendly and courteous :) ! We usually order the beef vermicelli soup, and a variety of dumplings :D ! They serve our food pretty promptly, with the soup still hot and tasty, and the dumplings steamy and savory :D ! My sister doesn't eat pork. So she typically orders dumplings that don't contain pork. I eat all kinds of meat. So I always order the pork and chive dumplings :D ! Whether you come in on a weekday or weekend, it always helps to come early if you can! If we want to go there for lunch, we try to get there as close to 11 am as possible when they first open. As it gets closer to 12 noon, it starts to get really busy, and it's harder and trickier for the staff to seat you. There is both booth and table seating. It's a great restaurant to catch up with friends, family or even colleagues over a good meal :) ! The parking lot out in front is a pretty decent size. But it can fill up pretty quickly when it gets busy! We also love ordering frozen dumplings to go :D ! For sure, we will definitely come back :D ! Kung Fu Noodle never disappoints :) !

But still, whatever you order here, you're in for something truly special. Despite the sad news of the closing, service was always given with a smile. Our waitress was attentive, helpful, and sweet. I ordered the Hakata Ramen and a Dr Pepper (after my friend and I had coffee at Indy next door). The six minute egg is probably my favorite part. No wait, it's the broth. Or is it the noodles? Ugh, it's all great. The egg was delicious. Jammy yolk. The noodles were springy and chewy. The broth was rich and unctuous. The pork was soft and flavorful. Even when I took the leftovers home, it was still fantastic. The steam facial I received provided much relief from my mountain cedar allergies. There will be a huge ramen-bowl shaped hole in my heart and San Antonio's heart once Noodle Tree closes. They have the best ramen in the city and ramen shops have some incredibly large shoes to fill. We did have to wait a bit for tables to be pushed together and gotten ready for us but it was less than 10 minutes. We were immediately seated after this was done and the vibes immediately gave off, fast but fresh. We all placed our drink orders almost as soon as we were given menus and our drinks were immediately brought to us within 5 minutes (there was a large group of 8 of us). We placed a large sharable order for the entire table along with our main entrees. There is a notation on the menu stipulating the wait time on the dumplings being a minimum of 15 minutes which was perfectly fine with us all seeing as we could clearly see the dumplings being made fresh from the kitchen from where we were seated (the closest table to the kitchen). Our waitress was extremely patient with us, extremely knowledgeable of the entire menu, AND extremely willing to help us when needed. The dumplings, regardless of which you order- in which WAY they're cooked-are absolutely amazing. Flavorful and filled with juice. AND THOSE AREN'T even the soup dumplings! The soup dumplings (we ordered 3 orders during the sit down meal and ordered 2 to go) were positively amazingly flavored. Well balanced in their taste and was such a delight to eat. Our main dishes came shortly after the dumplings arrived. There were 6 adults and 2 children for this meal. We each ordered our own dishes and shared them amongst each other. One of the dishes ordered was pork belly ramen with no cilantro. As soon as it arrived, although to my pallet, it was beautifully balanced and rich in flavor, the adult whom ordered it did not like it and sent it back to the kitchen. The waitress asked why the food was being sent back to which the response was simply just a taste issue. It was replaced with an order of soup dumplings and the cost of the pork belly was removed from the bill (they did not have to do so but it was absolutely amazing that they did do this). Overall, the food, the experience, and the staff were amazing. We did order 5 dishes fresh to go and they did not disappoint. 1000/1000 will be coming back here again.
