I believe this was their first time in Suffolk so when my husband found out that they were going to be here on Sunday he already planned for our dinner to take place here. We arrived a little after 2:00 p.m. and there was a line already but needless to say the line moves swiftly. We ordered our Combos and waited about 15 minutes maybe less for our food. I believe everything is cooked to order. Our food was packaged very well!! I would like to think... packaged with love as you can see one of the pictures I did get a snap. The customer service was spot on...we were greeted we were thanked...service with a smile that's already five stars out of five stars in my opinion. We didn't eat our food until we got home ...my husband had the orange chicken along with the pancit and some chicken skewers that he added to his combo and I had the pancit along with the chicken skewers. Everything was awesome!! A lot of pancit came in that combo and I had no business eating it all in one sitting but I did. Again Super Fresh and not to the point where I was regretting eating a whole tray of pancit. If you have not tried this food truck definitely put it on your radar. I tried it a few years ago and some of the items I didn't care for so it's up to you to try at your own risk but I highly recommend the pancit and the orange chicken. I believe they're going to have Suffolk on their rotation going forward so look out for them if you're going to be in the area or just go to their Facebook page and check out where they're going to be next! Remember that the pancit and veggies are the star of the plate, so don't be disappointed with the amount of chicken (I have friends from the Phillipines). I had pancit with leftover sausage the next day. They are very pleasant and my husband said they were very nice when he picked it all up from the truck in the pouring rain.

The mozzarella one is all cheese inside with the jalapeño one is a hotdog inside. Both were insanely delicious but I had a slight preference for the cheese one. The batter is delicious and the sugar topping creates that perfect savory and sweet balance. We also got an order of the Chinese donuts which came with chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces. Lastly, we ordered the triple sauced chicken which came with rice. Everything was delicious but the corn dogs are for sure the standouts! You must try one! The service was excellent-- friendly, patient, and helpful. You can pick and choose different entrees over rice or pancit. Similar to getting food from Panda Express. The inside of the restaurant has several family friendly seatings available and baked goods and market also. Lastly, parking is free and plentiful right across from the front entrance. Pang Bros was at LTS both Saturday and Sunday - I picked up food from them on both days. On Saturday, I had the Korean Nachos, which came with beef bulgogi, mayo, Cotija cheese, gochujang sauce, green onions, sesame seeds, and nori. It was a big portion size and full of flavor (and just the right amount of heat) with every bite. On Sunday, I opted for the Korean Tacos (beef bulgogi, kimchi coleslaw, gochujang sauce, mayo, cotija cheese), which is everything that the nachos has, but served in a flour tortilla. An order of Korean Tacos comes with 3 tacos - they were huge and I could barely finish them. Also, they were so delicious. It was also super sweet. My boyfriend tried it and said the same thing. For food, we split two sandwiches: he got the marinated pork and I got the roasted pork. The roasted pork was honestly disappointing--almost all fat. I get that pork has some fat, but this was excessive. Most pieces were barely meat, and the texture was just not good. I ended up picking around it just to eat something. The marinated pork was actually pretty solid. But since the other sandwich was such a miss, we basically ended up eating a marinated pork and what felt like a veggie sandwich. Overall, I think we'll keep looking for other spots when we're in the mood for bánh mì.
