From the decor to the food, I was so thoroughly impressed with the experience. For appetizer we got the Massamun potstickers, and I got the Garlic Crispy Chicken rice bowl. David got the Supreme Noodle. Massamun Potstickers: Crispy on the outside, plenty of massamun curry sauce to dip the potstickers in. Only wish that there was a little more filling on the inside of the potstickers. Save the sauce if you get a rice bowl so that it doesn't go to waste! Garlic Crispy Chicken Bowl: This came LOADED with deliciously saucy yet crispy chicken bites layered with a spicy mayo sauce and sides of cucumber and carrots. There was a TON of rice too, perhaps too much but not a complaint. For $17 this was a pretty good deal. I love a good mix of soup and rice so with my leftover rice I had some of David's soup that came with the Supreme Noodles! Supreme Noodles: Portion was a bit small for $22 and wish there was more protein, but still so good. The honey roasted pork was surprisingly tender and not dry at all (I was thinking it would be like a hard/dry pork but it was saucy and flavorful!). You can pour the side soup inside or have separately, very yummy! Wish we had room for dessert (they had a Thai tea cheesecake that I am dying to try). Also see lots of people getting the Chor Muang dumplings so will have to try those next time too (our server confirmed those were popular).

This kiddies ordered ramen, and Spousal Unit got Drunken Noodles with Chicken along with a sushi roll. Turns out the rolls were HUGE so we overordered dramatically (pro tip: ask in the future). Everything was fresh and tasty. My only quibble was that the Spider Roll appeared to be fried surimi (artificial crab) not soft shell crab. How could I tell? No legs, baby! We rolled out stuffed, with a doggie bag full of sushi for Daddy Dearest's second dinner. The price was very reasonable, and the quality far better than Lantern Sushi (but not as good as Sushi Nomo or Lazy Fish). Middle-Oldest Grand Daughter's birthday dinner was a success - and I'm already looking forward to next year's!

Thai Meric is a gem worth visiting! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. The restaurant is spotless, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I ordered a fried rice dish (pictured) that was bursting with flavor -- fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked rice, and tender chicken. What really stood out to me was the presentation. I came with my family for a birthday dinner. They did not check on us until we called for their attention. The service was below expectation and they even charged automatic tip for a party that was under 7 people. They brought out the wrong dish and tried to play it off like we ordered it. We asked what it was, they told us pineapple rice and that's when they accepted that they gave us the wrong dish since we ordered something else. They then replied to a review that we only tipped $7, which is false! I don't recommend this restaurant. read more

My husband and I have been to Thai Meric a few times now and every time it's a great experience. It's in an unassuming location in a strip mall, so was a little wary the first time, but the service and food is always very good. I recommend the friend tofu and chicken curry puffs, and the wonton soup is always delicious. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

She judged her Pad Thai to be as good as she's ever had, and she's tried many. I thought the satay was a bit dry. The papaya salad was refreshing and interesting, the drunken noodles were firey and memorable, and I may have discovered a new favorite with the mango sticky rice. Everything came out quickly, and the server handled the rapidly filling dining area well. We'll be back for more!
