We were a little bit skeptical because of the low review and because it is just so convenient Lee located next to the park, but our food was delicious and everything was flavorful and authentic. We visited on one of the busiest Zion park days of the year, and they seated us within 20min, served us quickly, and it was an all-around lovely experience. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to see all the vegetarian and vegan options: the yellow curry could be made vegan without fish sauce, the orange tofu was delightful, and the Thai tea was strong and delicious. We got the tomyum soup, beef green curry, chicken red curry, and samosas. All of them were good except the tomyum soup which was pretty lackluster. The real problem is the portion sizes. They are absolutely puny for the price you are paying. The items above cost a total of roughly $100 (they automatically charge an 18% tip to your bill) and the four of us left still hungry. We ordered 3 items: shrimp fried rice, yellow curry, and stir fry, none of the meals stand out. The shrimp fried rice is basically Viet fried rice, and a little too oily. Overall it's probably our favorite out of the three. The yellow curry is pretty good, but it needs more flavor/salt and is a little too sweet. Probably our second favorite. Last is the stir fry. It was literally Chinese stir fry. It was bland and dry-our least favorite. The prices were normal, but they require 18 percent tip. The service was typical but doesn't deserve 18 percent tip. I have to say, the best thing about this restaurant is the view. The building has lots of windows, offering an amazing view of the land forms. The restaurant is pretty clean and spacious. Ridiculous customer service. After waiting for 30 minutes with our names on the waitlist, we notice folks who came in after us getting seated. When we enquire, the person with mustache seems to have cut a different waitlist page. After explaining the issue he adds our name at the end, and bluntly says it'll be another 30 mins. Unfairness really hurts. We followed the rules. We waited patiently. We did everything right. Then callousness and rudeness with which this situation was dealt with made us realize they have more than enough customers and do not need our business. Delicious food and great service. I ordered the Bach Sio with pork and it was like Drunken Noodles but better. The noodles had a fried/crispy outside which made it almost mochi-like. Right outside of Zion National Park, so that is convenient. They also have free parking which is hard to come by here. Food: we ordered shrimp pad Thai- good shrimp, heavy on the sauce which was thicker and less sweet than I'm used to in Seattle. We also ordered a fusion option- Thaijitas. Mexican and Thai are my favs! They did not have gluten free tortillas. It comes with 3 small flour tortillas, which were nice. It's a platter of meat, peppers, onions and mushrooms, however ours was 2/3 onion, 5 tiny pieces of meat and a tiny few bits of mushroom and pepper (4 pieces each) the taste was great, it comes with yogurt. Cucumber salad, lettuce and sauce, also rice. I really enjoyed it and would have just liked a full serving of meat for 24.95. The overall prices reflect a tourist area in my opinion, rather than a big serving or anything. Service is was ok. Server took a minute to notice we were there (a bell would have been helpful), and served us promptly, keeping the water full. However it got super busy with 17 people coming in so they forgot to bring back our card once we gave it and we waited until we told them we were still waiting. Walked in right before 6pm on a Sunday in November. This is 30 minutes after sunset so it's starting to get dark outside. The small parking lot was full so we parked across the street and walked over. Tall male hostess said about a 10 minute wait so we waited inside their tiny lobby area next to a wall divider. People started trickling in after us and when the area filled up to 6 people, an asian lady came out and asked us to wait outside while she turned on the two heat lamps outside on their patio. Our food was good because we were hungry after hiking at Zion, but it wasn't good to the thai food we're used to eating in Las Vegas. read more

Wonderful service, excellent food! We were staying at a hotel nearby and saw this place as we exited the park. We decided to try it and we're glad we did! DO NOT be misguided by the 3.3 star rating. TRICKY POINT!! The credit card receipt didn't indicate they have already charged me 18% on total bill.... It came back with a blank space for me to fill in tips!!!! If I didn't pay attention (took picture) to the food receipt, I would have added in another 20% of tips on top of the 18% they have charged!! THIS IS VERY BAD PRACTICE OF BUSINESS!!! Ok so we went back again and I have a review of the dishes. The tom yum and pad Thai are not your traditional flavors. The tom yum is a sweeter flavor and the pad Thai is more wet with a much stronger peanut flavor. I'd actually pass on both. All the Curries are solid, the Thai beef salad is exceptional and their version of a pad see ew is good as well. My family and I were really craving some Asian food while visiting Zion. I saw that this place serves Thai and some Vietnamese dishes, so we gave it a try. I was so disappointed by the portion sizes. I understand prices are higher in high tourism areas, and I didn't mind paying $69 for 3 entrees, but each entree was so small, we had to cook additional food at our airbnb! Decent place to grab some Asian food whilst in Springdale. They have decent selections of soups that's hearty and will warm you up after a cold dip in The Narrows. I grabbed pho which is a bit salty and might not be the most authentic but it was a nice aromatic soup to pair with the drunken noodles. I got the drunken noodles with chicken (which was a bit dry) but the crispy noodles were savory though I wish there were more vegetables. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating as well as parking spaces. Don't even think about ordering here. The food is absolutely awful and expensive by most Thai restaurant standards. Pictures look MUCH better than this tasted. We arrived in town super hungry and spent about 20 mins trying to get someone to pick up the phone to place an order (perhaps I should have taken this as a sign and just give up). Finally at last someone picked up and we placed our order. We ordered chicken Pad Thai and also shrimp Pad Thai along with pork egg rolls. A huge concern is that the chicken Pad Thai contained tofu and the shrimp one contained chicken. It seems there is a bit of an issue with quality control in the kitchen and scary if you have any sort of allergy, or religious dietary restrictions. Pad Thai is one of those dishes that I've had amazing ones and ok ones - but never so awful that no one would eat (we threw out 3/4 or the dinner). The sauce was too thick contributing to parts that were heavily caked on and other parts less so. The sauce tasted like chipotle peanut butter and was very one dimensional. The noodles clumped together. There was barely any cilantro and it was more of a garnish. Couldn't detect the signature egg, and there certainly weren't any veggies here like the classic bean sprouts in most Pad Thai. The spring rolls were crispy and tasteless.. I honestly couldn't tell if they were pork or not. The sauce that came with the spring rolls tasted awful as well. Portions were on the smaller side, not like it mattered since we didn't enjoy it at all. Food was hot, order was mostly correct (minus the random pieces of protein). Service was mediocre. As mentioned, trying to place an order difficult and I spent ten additional minutes (from pick up time) waiting around because the order was running late. I'd highly recommend picking up grocery store frozen aisle egg rolls and Pad Thai over this. Would taste way better, no wait, and be 80% cheaper. read more
