Our waiter saved this review from being lower. I wouldn't call this place a pizza place. It's crunchy flatbread shaped like pizza. Tastes fine but not traditional pizza. We asked for an inside table for A/C and waited an extra 15 mins to sit inside. Otherwise, a table was ready outside. After 15 mins, we were seated in the back patio, totally exposed to the outside elements. Not what we were expecting but we were hungry so we hunkered down on the patio, in the summer heat. The fly deterrent fan propellers were definitely needed and appreciated for the fly issue in the patio. Our waiter, Jaylin (sp?), was excellent. He brought us water right away. Took our drink and food order quickly and was very attentive throughout our meal. We ordered way too much food but it was fine for leftovers. The kids fettuccine with marinara sauce was good. Pepperoni and combo pizzas were ok. The crust was super crunchy. We parked in the back of the building. It could get packed during peak hours. Not sure if I would return. There's a good variety of pizza flavors and I appreciated that they offer half and half so we can try two out! Service is super chill and there's a lot more patio seating than indoor. After a full day exploring Zion National Park, we were definitely ready for a good meal and decided to try Zion Pizza & Noodle Co. in Springdale and we're glad we did! There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, but the process was easy, they took our number and texted us when the table was ready, which gave us time to walk around and check out some of the nearby shops. Our wait was maybe 20-25 minutes, so not too bad. Our server, Kelsey, was nice, though not especially attentive. It took a little while for her to come back and take our order and then give is our check. We ordered two pizzas and both were excellent. The White Sun (garlic-infused olive oil, spinach, pineapple, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan) was such a unique combo and worked surprisingly well. The Cholesterol Hiker (tomato sauce, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, house-made Italian sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella, and cheddar) was loaded and super satisfying. Everything came out fast and clearly we loved it because we didn't have a single slice left! We sat out back on the partially covered patio, which was really nice, especially with the sun setting. Great spot for my carb loading the night before a half marathon. We got the kids the buttery penne which came with garlic bread. They loved the pasta and bread! The the adults we got the white sun pizza and a salad with grilled chicken in the side. I enjoyed the pizza a lot and the crust was kind of like a twisted garlic knot. I ordered the rosemary garlic pizza and asked to add red sauce and pepperoni and it was honestly the perfect pizza. The rosemary and garlic with the pepperoni was such a good combo and the crust was spot on. Crunchy on the bottom but still airy and buttery with each bite and just the right amount of cheese. I added chili peppers too and they were a great touch. Our server was extremely sweet and really made sure everyone got exactly what they wanted with their pizzas. My wife ordered the White Sun and said the flavor was amazing. She added white sauce to it and liked it so much she ate the whole thing in one sitting. The mustard was also a great touch. My party also got the marinara and meatballs, which was also huge.
