I would be a regular diner if I lived here. We had the fried spring rolls for an appetizer. They were tHe perfect size with nice veggie filling and fried crispy brown. Then in to the main n course Glass noodles with egg and veggies. We split it and they made one half spicy for my husband. He said it was the perfect amount I of heat. The noodles were flavorful and delicate. The veggies weren't over cooked and the sauce was light with a touch of sweetness. I had the jasmine hot tea and they offered a little honey with it. Perfect for a chilly night. And the finally ... we had the a flaky dough lightly pan fried which made it peel apart then dipped it in sweetened condensed milk. Desert heaven. Omg I haven't had Thai in over six months cuz the only place I like back home was over an hour to get to after the pandemic and I was working from home, but today I found this place. Perfect perfect perfect to my palette. The experience from the moment I walked in was great. The girl that took my order was a doll. I ordered the ginger and mushroom with shrimp with a medium hot spice. The spice was perfect for a medium. I usually order "Thai spicy" cuz I love it that way but wanted to make sure I was going to receive the correct amount of spice. Omg spot on. Plus the shrimp was CLEAN. No poop . This is by far the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to in Florida and possibly the US and I have been to Anthony Bourdain's favorite restaurant in San Francisco. We've also been to Thailand and the food tasted just as good as the food we had there. We ordered from her a few times while we were in town. Everyone couldn't believe how good this place was. The pad woon sen and the Khao Soi noodle soup were phenomenal. I highly recommend these dishes. The khao soi tasted just like the khao soi we had in Chang Mai. This place seemed very authentic. So I come here at least once a week since I moved here about a year ago after the pandemic started. It's ok better than most spots out here. Anyways I always order one thing that's vegan and a bunch of other things. My roommate is vegan. I spend about 40-50 or more a week. So this time I ordered before going in and when I went to pick up my food. They messed up my order I asked for pad Thai and they gave me chicken pad Thai. I called to see if I could get it remade and they literally said no they can give me 10 percent off because I ordered other stuff that isn't vegan. I explained that I come in once a week and the lady on the phone literally told me that she didn't see my name last week with an attitude. SMH horrible customer service I will not be going back. It would have been super simple to remake my order for my roommate. It's unfortunate but I believe in karma. read more

New ownership? New direction? I don't know but I know tonight's meal wasn't as satisfying as they'd been in the past. It's been a short while since I've ordered from this spot so I might be out of the loop. Portions seem somewhat smaller while prices remain firm; I remember hardly bring able to finish a meal in one sitting whereas tonight I was left wishing I'd ordered an appetizer with it. Quality-wise, it was fine. It used to blow my mind, flavorful with just the right balance of chicken and vegetables. Tonight's was fine. Particularly heavy on the vegetables and chopped abnormally thick, but fine. Don't let my review discourage you from using this restaurant. i got the pad thai and it was a little bit too saucy, but the shrimps were pretty big. However, I ordered takeout and when I went inside, the two employees were a little unprofessional and were flirting with one another. This place was VERY good when it opened but now every time I order from here they forget something, cheat you on the meat, the broth is way sweeter than normal and they've excluded the fresh herbs and spices completely from the menu apparently. I felt Thai Spice was an authentic food establishment but now it seems they are cutting corners and mixing up takeout orders on a regular basis. Also, they offer free spring rolls if you order and twice now I have not received them. Why put the offer here then? I'm disappointed, sadly. I wanted cilantro with my soup and instead got carrots, cabbage and broccoli which totally ruined the experience Apparently they don't do cilantro anymore and the beefy broth taste like sugar broth. Very good Thai restaurant in a unusual location. Situated in a strip center anchored by a Dicks Sporting Goods & Hobby Lobby the space that Thai Spice occupies is small. Thought at first it was just a carry-out location. I was surprised that the Restaurant is very modern & clean and had seating sv Seating at combination booth-tables for only 18 and another 5 at a counter area. When we walked in on this Thursday evening a very attentive young lady greeted & waited on us. We were the only 2 in the place at 7:00 PM but that was short lived. Soon an endless line of people came in to pick-up their call aheads & all the tables were filled. Food was some of the best authentic Thai I have had outside of Thailand. read more

We were looking for an alternative to Chinese takeout and tried this. DELICIOUS FOOD! I had the Broccoli Lover stir fry with tofu, mild spices. LOVED IT! Veggies were fresh fresh fresh, tofu was browned perfectly, sauce was just right. Very good portion and an abundance of rice to soak up the sauce. Hubs had the Spicy Cashew Nut stir fry with beef. He said it was "very good".....what???? He NEVER uses superlatives, so this was a HUGE compliment on his part. He ate it all. We also tried the Sampler Platter for two. Every selection was excellent, there were 4 dipping sauces, also all excellent. So no more Chinese takeout ever at our house. And the restaurant is squeaky clean and the wait staff is terrific. I did not have an issue with this business until just now. The food is good but I had an order through grub hub that was sent to the wrong address. It was sent to an office next door to my own. I walked to the office and it was closed and there was no food at the door. I called the restaurant to see if it got sent back and the woman that answers immediately hung up on me when I asked if it got sent back. I called on my office phone and told her what happened again. She gave the phone to someone else that quickly said there is nothing they can do and hung up. This is terrible business practice as all I wanted was my order. Excellent food. Very reasonably priced. Service was quick and friendly. We dined there last night on a whim. We had gone once before when they first opened and enjoyed it than as well. We started with the basil rolls which were super fresh and crunchy. The sauce was delicious. Haha. I ordered the Nama with chicken. I ordered it mild. It definitely had a kick to it but not so much that I didn't enjoy it. My fiancé ordered the spicy cashew chicken and really enjoyed that. So much so that I didn't even get a picture of it! Wonder if this place changed cooks -- used to be great, loved the Thai tea especially. Got some take out recently, was not very good and the Thai tea was literally undrinkable it was so cloyingly sweet with little spice. Added unsweetened tea 3 times and was still sweet -- just awful -- what happened???? The chicken pad thai had almost NO chicken, all noodles and little else, threw out most of it.
