Service is going down hill here. This time no tables were clean. Had to wait at least 15 minutes. Took another 10 for teriyaki chicken. I know lots of places are struggling with keeping workers but if you can't serve your customers maybe it is better to just close for the night and recoup for the next day. I am afraid even though this place has great good lack of service, having to wait, and tables not clean will make people leave.

We decided to try something a little different tonight, so glad we did. The dining area was clean and spacious. The employees were kind and helpful. It didn't take long for our food to arrive once we ordered. I checked out the women's bathroom, nice and clean. Our food was fresh, vegetables tender, flavors right on. We drank iced tea and water, surprisingly the tea was good, not watered down.

I seem to stop here every time I go to the UPS store next door. My last two visits didn't disappoint. I had the baked green mussels and and tempura udon on one visit and pho this last time. The baked green mussels had great flavor and were very good. I'll be ordering that one again. The udon came with perfectly fried tempura shrimp (one of my favorite items). The broth was just right and not too salty and the cabbage and other veggies added a nice crunch. I wish it had more of a variety of veggies or a few slices of fish cake in it. It was still very good overall. The beef pho was flavorful, but too salty for me. I diluted it with some water and it was much better. I liked that it came with plenty of mung bean sprouts and jalapeño. I love spicy food. I'll be back soon to try one of the many items on their menu!

As a dreamer of dreams and a travelin' man I have chalked up many a mile, Now just docked at Thai Taste/Sushi, undiscovered so far on these waters of Yelp. Our crew secured Appetisers of "Chicken Satay" of skewered nicely cooked chicken with a tasty earthy peanut gravy sauce; "Coconut Shrimp" of juicy coconut coated shrimp with a tangy sauce...and an Entrée "Pad Khing Beef" with the most delicious mushroomy-ginger forward /crisp veggies, pepper sauced noodles with slices of spot on cooked delicate bites of filet like beef. Each bite brought us back to our trips to various ports. This was one of the best Thai meals we've had in the High Desert. Thank you Thai Taste/Sushi. Where it all ends I can't fathom my friends If I knew I might toss out my anchor So I cruise along always searchin' for songs Not a lawyer, a thief or a banker.. But a son of a son, son of a son Son of a son of a sailor..:) Best, Avram Buffett Jr.

Stopped in for a sushi fix before running errands. Our server was super polite and attentive. Started with Thai iced teas and they were large and delicious. We only tried sushi this time around and it was all tasty. Some of the rolls could have been better formed but still manageable. We did notice some of the rolls are fairly pricey. Overall, a decent sushi place close to home. We noticed they were doing a ton of to go orders.

Place was empty, should have been my first sign! Plate was full when I left, with three rolls, so gross! Will not return!

Mediocre at its best. Jasmin tea tasted like fish. Why do we have restaurants that just doesn't care about the food they serve??

Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and you get a generous portion, which makes the price feel like a steal. My husband's grilled catfish salad was huge and genuinely delicious, not an afterthought like it can be elsewhere. Sides were a bit mixed. The mac and cheese was overdone, but the red beans and rice were excellent, full of flavor and exactly what you want alongside that fish. Only real drawback is the hours. We found ourselves wishing they were open more often because it is the kind of place you want in regular rotation. Overall, great food, strong portions, and real value. We will absolutely be back.

I love Cajun food normally but I'll be honest this really wasn't it…read more The gumbo had a weird pasty chalky taste. It wasn't like a soup how we are used to, it was sort of thick and slimy, the flavor was a little too different. 1 star dish to be honest. We threw it in the trash. The jambalaya was a little better, but it still wasn't great. It actually made it to like a 3.5 star quality dish; it was good enough to eat, so we ate this. The fried oysters were pretty good, especially when dipped in their spicy tartar sauce, 4 stars for this dish. I might actually crave this once in a blue moon. Their Mac and cheese had so much potential. It was thick and creamy how I like it, burned cheese on it was great, they attempted to put som cajun seasoning in it that you can barely taste, but the part that docked them points the most was the Mac was overcooked probably sat on a heat lamp for a very long time. The fries were soggy after only a 5 minute drive. They also use styrofoam, which I personally don't like eating from due to the forever chemicals that leach into the food when it's hot. Also after spending $40 and asking for an extra sauce I got charged a dollar. I mean okay I don't thin the side sauce was worth the dollar but also the sauce that came with it was only filled half way. I mentioned that am still I was charged the buck. The lady up front had an alright demeanor, the lady cooking in the back seemed really sweet and asked me how i found them, had a smile etc. I think they should have someone like that cashiering.

Limoncello and sunset... and that espresso martini was so good. The place still lacks some decor in my opinion but you're still in for great food and drinks with friends!

We were quickly sat and quickly greeted by our waiter, Kasey. He was very helpful and attentive all night. As stated the concept is tapas or shared plates. Now, you could order your individual plates but why? We started with the chicherrones and they weren't prepared like the usual NM style, but they were heavy on the fat, which was lightly fried and not quiet crispy, but the agave nectar sauce was a savior! Next we moved to the Gambas, which were simple and fried with the smoke paprika, but an unintended flavor was rubbing the Gambas with the agave sauce! You're welcome for the hack! Next, we tried the risotto and mushrooms, which was a burst of flavor but alone was a bit aggressive! I'm thinking it would be good as a side paired with some beef. We finished up with the pasta bolognese! It was delicious and a good end to the night! My wife had some drinks! Hibiscus and sangria! She enjoyed them. It was a bit pricey, but the ambiance was worth it. They had a great mix of music! I say flock!

We walked in, and the place was a little crowded, but we were still sat pretty quickly. I liked the atmosphere of the place because it seemed very open, inviting, and had a certain local charm to it. As soon as my dining companion saw the people around us getting their food delivered it looked so good she no longer remembered what we came for and we ended up ordering something completely different. We didn't wait long for our waitress to come over. She was very nice and attentive I asked her for a drink recommendations, and she mentioned some good ones. Considering the day before was New Year's Eve and I probably should've took a break from drinking, I said say screw it and got something light. It was a blood orange cider, and it was delicious, I was not expecting it to taste like that! Unable to make our minds up, we decided to split a salad and pizza. For the salad I wanted to get the Valley grande, but we compromised and got the brazos which was essentially a Caesar salad. That's how it was huge. We had enough to share and more, it was also tasty, the dressing. You could tell was definitely house made. For the pizza we decided to get a split half truchas and half chimayo (my half) and it was amazing the flavor was great and the topping fresh. Although next time I will ask for well done. On to dessert. The best thing we ordered all night was the Apple calzone. It seemed to be the size of a little football and came with two scoops of ice cream. I could tell it was made to order and it was absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to go back.
