The food was flavorful and delicious! We got Pad Thai with chicken and fried rice. We also got pot stickers and rice with chicken. All dishes were flavored just right and they tasted good still the next day. A well balanced flavor of sweet and salty and sour all in one place. The crispy chicken was finger sticky good. I could not stop eating and wish we had more! A bit disappointed that the kitchen staff in the Truck were not wearing masks but otherwise the check out guy was. Would still come back. Food was hot and perfect.

Great tasting Thai food from a popular food truck with a funny name. I've definitely been roped in and would come again to this food truck during my lunch break. The food truck location changes everyday. I came by as a part of my Eastlake Escapade (see Other section for description of what this is). Food I got the crispy garlic chicken that they are best known for, according to the guy at the window. The chicken was nice and crispy in the outside and very juicy on the inside. There was never a dry bit of meat. The outside glaze is sweet, and not excessively fishy since they use a shrimp paste house sauce. It's over a thin bed of lettuce but it's nowhere close to being like a side of salad. Best eat the food while it's still hot! Atmosphere Food truck so you eat wherever you want. The parking lot at 1201 Eastlake Ave is very safe and there is plenty of room to quickly pull in and order food. Pricing Prices for the portion were decent given the increase in cost of food, gas, and inflatio. The value for food is good. There's a $0.50 charge for ALL card purchases. Service  Excellent service. The man helping me at the window was very nice. I got there when there was no line and had my food within 3 minutes. Other Trucks are tucked away at the back of the parking lot so make sure to look for it!! My Eastlake Escapade refers to my food adventures that I go on during my lunch break since I work in the area. One of the common spots I go to is the Adaptive & Bloodworks parking lot at 1551 Eastlake OR 1201 Eastlake parking lot where they host a daily rotating food truck.

Today's order vs usual order ... both containers came from The sane restaurant.

Ordered from here many times, usually they are on point. My Uber order today unfortunately was not good. I ordered Panang Curry as we always do, and garlic chicken. Both meals were cut in half in size, and not closed properly. Tried to call to have them fix it, just goes to an answering machine. It's really hard trying to support local businesses during this time, when the quality is slipping. If there was a change to the menus, it should reflect that on Uber eats. Not happy with this order.

I love this truck and always order catering for our big family. I like the chicken wings with the thai chili sauce, the kee mao noodle is always amazing. They also do delivery to our door. Thank you thai-u-up

After the dude took my order he tells me it's cash only. I ordered the Pad See Iew online. Waited forever yuck, never again.

I had a hard time finding the truck. That was fun!!!!! So I go up to it and I ordered the Pad See Iew with chicken. I asked the guy in the truck if they take cards. He said no, only cash. I'm like, you got to be kidding me!! I don't remember reading that online. So I asked him if I could order online on my phone and pick it up. He said yes, I could. And that you can use a card when you order online. After taking the time to drive to White Center and find this place I was not going to leave empty handed. So I order my dish. I ask the guy how long it will take to get it. He says about 5 minutes. Not bad right? He confirmed my order online and I thought I was all set. So I'm standing there waiting. People came after me and ordered. One lady went and got cash at the gas station and ordered. She got her food before me. So I walk up to the guy at the cash register and I say to him, after all these people are getting their food, when will my food be ready? He said soon. I waited almost 22 minutes in the hot heat for a dish that ended up not even being that good. What a let down. All the way from Burien I drove to find them. Found them. Then the food is sub par. Just like the service. This dish I got was not worth the time and trouble and cost it took tonight. I am REALLY disappointing. Hopefully I can find a better Thai place with better food and service.

Overall a very solid Thai truck and only reason it gets 3* instead of 4* is because it sucks to grab cash to pay for the meal. They only take cash or check and it's a complete pain for the way I pay for all other food and pretty much all else. I usually get the pad prik king guy and it's one of my favorite dishes in west Seattle, the sauce on the hottest they make is still pretty mild and yet it's a tasty treat. If you get the pad Thai as well you can move the rice from the noodles to the pad prik king (because there is no reason for it there) you get after more of the juice. Both are tasty dishes but could be hotter when you ask for their hottest. I like my Thai really spicy and they don't quite make it that hot but overall pretty tasty.

A brand spanking new Thai food truck found on Capitol Hill!

Found today July 3, 2018 infront if grocery outlet parking lot on MLK/ Union. That was really good pad kee Mao noodles. Nice portions of veggies, tofu and noodles! $10.05 total with tax. I'd be back!

I ordered pad Thai with beef($13.45), and fish cakes($7.95) for take out through grubhub with a $3.53 tip and $2.16 in sales tax = $27.09. No big deal. I just got paid and decided to splurge a bit. I got there 5 minutes early and he told me to wait at least 10 minutes. No problem. I get my food 15 minutes later and I am immediately disappointed at the appearance of the portion size. The light weight of the bag was even more telling of how small it was. I open it up and first thing I see is rice. Rice on my rice noodles. Cool. I asked if my order got mixed up because I didn't think pad Thai came with rice and he assured me that's what the order entailed. I asked for a refund after explaining that the portion size was far too small and I didn't want rice on my pad Thai. he refused to give me my money back and I told him he's working cheap business, and his reply was "Yeah well, we're making money!" As if he knew he was ripping people off. Bad business and really poor customer service. Painfully unprofessional and the fish cakes were garbage. 0/5

Second order - got a pic. Potstickers, tofu pad Thai & chicken fried rice

The savory fillings also blended super well with the wrapping and were absolutely delicious. Khao Soi was good too but I wasn't impressed- the noodles were not cooked too well and kinda stuck together, but it wasn't major. However seating was a bit confusing as you had to find an empty table and the server would bring you the food. When it was busy the line and wait got messy and it's possible to get your food without having a table so I don't recommend coming here when it's super busy There were around 8 tables and some bar seatings. You can see staff making the food over the counter and the ventilation was done well even with all the stir fry and cooking.

When entering they had a live keyboardist and singer playing Valerie which I was a fan of. We stopped in at 10pm on a week night and were sat right away and service was prompt and friendly. We chose fried calamari for an appetizer which was super delicious. My boyfriend thought the sauce that came with the calamari was too spicy for his liking but for me it was super sweet and paired perfectly with the calamari. We enjoyed the appetizer thoroughly and I would say it was my favorite part of the meal. My man ordered his favorite Thai dish Panang chicken Curry spice level 1. He said his meal was delicious but big portion so we both took to go our leftovers. I tried the curry and it was super tasty. I ordered my go to prawns Pad Thai and chose spice level 3. The Pad Thai was delicious and large portion but level 3 was not spicy at all so if you love spicy like me choose above level 3. Not the best Pad Thai I've ever had being honest but still yummy especially for late night. Definitely a great late night choice with large portions!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we were looking forward to the bold flavors we've come to love. The visit started off a bit oddly. The front desk server, Tar, asked to see my wife's ID--even though she's 36 years old and we weren't seated in the bar area. It felt inconsistent, especially since younger guests nearby weren't asked, and it's something we've never experienced at their other locations. Unfortunately, moments like that made us feel singled out, and honestly it sometimes feels like they tend to pick on Asians, whether intentional or not. That feeling alone made the experience uncomfortable and will likely make this our last visit to this location. That said, the table service was excellent. Moo took great care of us, and Cece from the bar was attentive and kept our water filled throughout the meal. Unfortunately, there were a few moments that took away from the experience. While I was taking photos of our dishes, a young staff member alongside Tar appeared to be giggling and mocking me, which made things uncomfortable. It may not have been intentional, but it didn't feel professional and only added to the awkward atmosphere we already felt. Food-wise, there were some inconsistencies. The chicken didn't taste as good as we remember, and several plates had visible fingerprints, which was off-putting. The galvanized metal plates also gave off a slightly unrefined feel--more like cafeteria-style serving ware. Additionally, the sticky rice, which is usually presented in a traditional bamboo basket, was served in a Ziploc bag, which felt like a downgrade in presentation. On a positive note, the papaya salad and pad Thai were still very good and delivered the flavors we expect. We'll continue supporting Isarn, but we'll likely return to the Kirkland or Lynnwood locations next time. Sadly, after this experience, this Queen Anne visit will probably be our last.
