Disappointed. The food is usually good here. However, tonight I went for dinner and the restaurant was nearly full, so seating is limited. I was in a party of 3 adults and we were told to wait for a table which did not bother us. No problem. We waited for 20 minutes. Again, no problem at all, until a party of 3 adults with 2 infants, both under 1 yr old, walk in and are IMMEDIATELY seated in a booth. Irritated, I asked why they were being seated before us. The owner rudely said,"the booth is for large parties only." 3 adults, the same as us, and 2 small infants (who clearly weren't going to order) is a large party??This sir, is poor business, and You may not care, but I will not be returning to your establishment, nor will I ever again recommend you. Well, I have to say that I am very delighted to say that I have been here dozens of times. Mostly for lunch, but several times for dinner. And I can honestly say that I have never had anything here that I wasn't a fan of. My favorites are the Curries and the Amazing Peanut (which is aptly named!). The fried rice is very well done, with a rich buttery/smokey flavor that is hard to describe, but immediately enjoyed! The Pad Thai with the very thin rice noodles has this same flavor that is sure to please. The spring rolls are very tasty and the sweet chili sauce that you dip them in is yummy. Crab Rangoon is stuffed with familiar flavors, but also curry flavors, making them a delightful change from the ordinary you have had elsewhere. I've had sushi here a few times and it is very good, but I can't stop eating everything else when I'm here. And you just have to try the Banana Bomb Desert with the Coconut Ice Cream. Drizzled with honey and peanuts. Just WOW! Really, it's insanely good. All my workmates who come here during lunch agree! I come here pretty frequently. The Thai noodle and curry dishes are always good. Never been a big fan of the Chinese servings but that's not really their focus. I'm not a sushi expert, but had some rolls here once and thought they were fresh and tasty. I really like the ambience and food here! We ordered the Fujiyama Roll (sweet potatoes, cream cheese, avocado, grilled eel with crispy topping---interesting combo), Ulalala Roll, and Toffee Roll. They were all yummy. They had a nice spicy mayo sauce drizzled on the latter 2 rolls with scallions and roe. They have like 2 pages of rolls, all of which sound very yummy. It was very hard to choose. According to the owner, the Ulalala Roll is their most famous. Service can be bit slow at times since the restaurant is big but the owner and staff are very friendly. Their famous egg rolls is pretty good especially with their dipping sauce. As what other people are saying, it has mostly meat. Prices for the rolls are decent ($12.95 to $15.95 each). They also serve Thai food but I didn't get a chance to try them. They also have a good selection of nigiri. The rolls can seem a bit overwhelming because there are just so many and so many ingredients in each one. read more

This is what good Thai food is all about. Great flavor, they know what "Thai" hot should be, Jasmine rice always perfect and usually fast service. However, sometimes they get a little busy so it might take a little longer but it'll be well worth the wait. We had lunch here today for the first time. The restaurant is clean and staff were friendly & helpful. We did ask the waitress how hot "hot" is and she said very hot. However, when our food arrived it didn't have enough heat in it at all. Not even mild "hot". Too bad because everything was so fresh and delicious. We did call her over and ask but I think there was a bit of a communication problem and we didn't bother to send it back. Other than that, it was really good . read more

We have been comming to this location for years. Even had my first date there :) (great spot to do so almost 3 years now). The sushi is the best ive had any where else sexy women and the Ulala are my top picks. Always fresh. The popeye salad is amazing(fresh greens with cubbed tuna), fried tofu, crab ragoons have a touch of curry but not spicy always a great choice. As for main courses have had a few of the currys, chicken and seafood combo very good however i mostly get appitizers and sushi. Never have i had to send food back. Family owned. I can never argue about the exceptional customer service and the quality of food. However, as a vegetarian (my wife also), depending on what day you turn up, there doesn't seem too much empathy in the fact that we lose our soup and spring roll at lunch in exchange for a leaf of lettuce with peanut sauce. Anti-vegetarianism is not exclusive to Thai Wasabi so I don't blame them but if they had been kind to my wife and I in replacing meat based dishes, we probably would have eaten there every week since they opened. Thai Wasabi is hands down my favorite restaurant for sushi. I have been ordering take out for years(since they first opened) and I have never been disappointed. The lunch special is a great deal, but since I'm addicted to the Special rolls: Bubba, Toffee, Ooh la la....those don't qualify for the special. My family and I love this place! We "used" to dine in here on a weekly basis for dinner. The food is amazing, we love to order the crispy pecking duck curry, chicken pad thai as well as Tom kha soup for appetizer, and of course Thai Iced tea for our beverage. We stopped going there for a couple months so we don't over do it and get bored. A few weeks ago we decided its time to come back and have lunch there, as soon as we got our food, my son decided to wake up hungry, so we fed him first for about 10 minutes. Then, this new lady we have not seen before, mid to late 40s) decided to asked us "are you guys finish?" We replied, "no we just got done feeding our son". Another 5 minutes go by, my wife went to the bathroom, and i was there alone holding my son, she asked me "if we need boxes?" I was furious at her impatiently trying to get rid of us, considering the restaurant was not busy, with only 4 other tables, so i said yes to the boxes and ate at home instead. From there on, I've ordered 2 take outs in the past 3 weeks and since I still see that lady from my recent carry out, my family and I are not coming back. My main advice to management is to properly train your new servers. Thank you! read more
