Came in on a busy Sunday morning. Took about 10mins to get a server over and offer us a menu and drinks. Then another 10 mins to order and then about 15 for food. Probably the longest wait for breakfast I've ever had and the food was like as if we cooked it in our kitchen, not a bad thing. The staff though were all nice and were busting their ass with the large groups of people that were there. Young dude was going around and filling coffee and apologizing for the delays. I'm sure on a non hectic day the experience would have been five star. Cool of the staff to reply and recognize room for improvement. Will for sure stop in again when we're in the area! read more

Wasn't in the plan to come here, but when other places had lines out the door, we took a chance, and are glad we did. First, they were very forthright about how long the wait would be, and even apologized for the lack of staffing. We could tell they were really working hard to get people seated quickly - including us - and took good care of us once we had a table. Portions were large, French toast was really good, and so was the omelette. We will be back! read more

I went here based on yelp reviews. I was hoping for the best, but was unimpressed. It wasn't bad, but I did not leave thinking that I had a quality breakfast. I ordered a Benedict, the sauce tasted like it came from a powder. I don't like paying for food I can cook better myself at home. This is a great diner to have lunch. My wife and I stopped in today and the service was awesome as well as the food. The owner suggested their onion rings and I'm glad she did. They were delicious!!! Nova is a gem and the food is awesome!!! The berry stuffed crepes are a must when available and the crispy buttery hash browns are always prepared to perfection. The biscuits and gravy are also done right. This is my favorite breakfast spot in Prescott. read more

A really neat spot. Went there with a group of four. The coffee drinkers were pleased and the pancakes were spoken of highly. The reason for the two stars only? My wife and I are more eggs and hash browns people. When our food came out the omelette were great. Actually the hash browns were cooked crispy and nice. However, after a few bites we both looked at each other and said, "do you taste Cinammon?". Yes was the answer. We asked if they could do another round of the hash browns and the server kindly obliged. Round 2? Same flavor mixed in which made us stop eating, pay and leave. The waitress told us that our order had been pushed to the very back and refused to move it up even though we had been waiting for an hour at this point. I've been here several times and have been very pleased every time. I typically sit at the bar and can see the kitchen staff. I kinda want to know how my foods prepped, microwave or real deal. It's the real deal, the cooks were on point, food was amazing. The wait staff were attentive and kind, even joked around. My wife and I visited Apple Pan restaurant this morning as we have done a number of mornings over the last few years. We each ordered one of the specials that run until 10am. We ordered it at 9:55am. The waitress came back to the table at 10:05am and said she did not get it in the system before 10:00am so we had to now pay for the soda that came with the special. I told her that is not right we placed our order in Plenty of time. She said there was someone in Front of her putting in an order so she could not get it in timely. I told her it should be done as we ordered it. She then told me I needed to put the order in by 9:30am to get the special that ends at 10:00am. This is insane. We tried to call the restaurant after we left and asked for the manager. Our waitress answered and said she was the manager so we asked to speak to someone else and she put us on hold and then hung up on us. I have never had a problem as long as we have been coming here and will not be back again. It would be nice to talk to the owner to discuss this. read more

We came here this morning, no wait and maybe 4 tables were taken, so it was not busy. We waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. I then ordered a soda that I never received. I finally went to the counter and a different waitress helped me. The kicker was when we tried to use our gift certificate and had to wait over 20 minutes for the COOK to come take care of it. I LOVE APPLE PAN! I've been going here for years, can't believe I've never reviewed! The hashbrowns are hands down my favorite thing, but I haven't had anything I didn't like. Make sure to look for the specials board when you're ordering they have some good ones! They have a great biscuit and gravy, very filling. I really recommend if you're in the area giving them a try, they can get busy but it's totally worth the wait. read more

The Apple Pan Restaurant is amazing and delicious. Customer service from Sarah is great! Came in with 6 people and they greeted us quickly and got all of our drinks and orders within about 5 minutes. Pretty impressive! That's still not the best part; the food here is delicious, The simple breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast) and the hash browns were just fantastic. Would highly recommend this place for a good breakfast or brunch on any day. Next time I visit Prescott I know where I'll be eating at! read more

My husband and I ate here Sunday morning and we were definitely disappointed. I ordered a veggie omelette and this omelette was terrible. The veggies were just sitting on the plate and they covered it with eggs. We also ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so dry it just sat on top of the biscuits. The first time we went to SueAnn's the food was great. We made a point to complement the cook on how good the food was. The 2nd time we went, I ordered the same thing as I did the first time, It wasn't even close to being the same, it was a different cook. I just figured, ok, I won't order that again, next time I'll have something else. The Third and last time, we'll ever eat at SueAnn's, we sat for 45 minutes, after ordering just plain old eggs, bacon, and toast. One order came out cold, and the eggs were uncooked, and had to be taken back. The 2nd order never did make it to the table, a different cook again. The owner sat at the counter the whole time taking to a friend, or vender, and wasn't paying attention to what was going on in the restaurant, and that we had been sitting there for an hour by this time. The waitress came by and apologized several times, the waitress finally said something to the owner, too late by then. We finally had enough, and got up and walked out, never to return. we went down the street to the Dinner Bell Cafe, and ordered the same thing we had ordered at SueAnn's. We had our breakfast in 10 minutes, and was properly cooked. read more

We had breakfast here the other day. I had the crepes which were very good, my hubby had their gravy and biscuits with a side of sausage. They made a mistake and brought him ham which he kept and said it was very yummy. The gravy was very pasty tasting. A suggestion is to cook the flour longer before adding your milk for the gravy. The flour wasn't cooked out. It was a very pleasant time even though they were super busy. Couldn't have asked for better service. read more

Only one reason it is not five stars and that was the noise level. The place is very small and you get 15 or 20 people in there and you can bet that is gets pretty loud. The food and service are outstanding even with a full house they seem to keep things in smooth running order. Not real sure what the younger guys do there but watching them lean on the counter while everyone else is hustling was strange. Overall very happy read more

Terrible service, mediocre food. Watery coffee. Our waitress ignored us majority of our visit, we had to repeatedly ask for refills, ask for silverware, and she didn't bring sauces until we were most of the way through our meal. Our very simple order took over an hour to come out when the restaurant was less than half full. Oh and the food also came out incorrect. Highly recommend if you want to spend a whole morning on disappointing food and service. read more

I recently went on a trip to Prescott and I went to SueAnn's twice for breakfast. There was no wait for a table either time. The staff was friendly and helpful. They took my order right away and the food didn't take too long to come out. I had the Eggs Benedict both times which was a special on the weekends. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. Wish I would have read the review from 4 days ago before we attempted to eat here. Took 30minutes to just get a menu and order....then we waited 55 min for food which never came.....i think waiting almost 90 minutes is far enough before walking out starving. Hopefully this place can get their act together. They shouldn't have taken more tables until the current ones had their orders! At one point NO tables had any food oh wait there was employees eating at the bar....i guess they are more important then paying patrons! read more

Fantastic restaurant! Food is amazing. Ride 100 miles from Cave Creek just to eat here. We had 8 motorcycles pull up and before we even got off the bikes our waitress came outside and told us she was setting our table! The corned beef hash is home made. I must like the "Apple Pan" because I eat here almost every morning. The servers are excellent, food is very good and the prices are what they should be. There are breakfast specials every day, or you can order from the menu, I like the "Apple Mary" - pastry with cooked apples, topped with whipped cream & Cinnamon and served with sausage links. They open at 6:00, and I like a small table, but you can sit at the counter. I'm alone, but they sit groups of 6 & more. Overall, I highly recommend it! read more

I stopped in to grub out at SueAnn's Apple Pan (I think that's what it's called. I think Angela's right). The breakfast was good. I had the steak and eggs. I wanted to get something with apples, cause.. you know. Apple Pan. Why not? When I heard that they had steak and eggs on special, I decided to go for it because I'm a big, fat sucker for that particular breakfast. I only get it once in a blue moon, but it's one of my favorites. The ambience was nice. It was a little on the creepy side. Apples everywhere. It made me think of being in a Sesame Street segment where I'm learning that "A" is for apple. When we got the check, we put down three cards to be split evenly. How many times have I done that? Realistically I'd say probably about 150 times. You put down three cards, no separate check, just one deal divided by three. The waitress treated us like we ruined her day. Seriously. She looked at us like we offered her a cup of coffee, then said "Just kidding" and dumped it out on the floor. We asked if it was okay to split it three ways and she said, "No! Not really!" in a shitty-ass way and before we could tell her that it's okay, just put it all on one card she stormed off. We didn't get our receipts for like maybe fifteen minutes after that and I guess the waitress was so offended someone else had to come out and have us sign for our cards. That incident didn't ruin my breakfast but no one likes dealing with a bi-polar nutcase. I can understand, maybe, with outdated equipment you can't divide the check three ways. We would have gladly put it one on card. Instead we were treated like real pricks and I didn't like it. read more
