    Antipasto chopped salad
    N A.

4.5 -5 stars Ordered take out -fast on the take out -was able to use their coupon from their menu (very nice) -courteous on the phone -ambiance -didn't stay, it's More of a take out place since the parking is fairly limited. There's street parking. Service: I called with 30 minutes before closing, they take Apple Pay, when I picked up they were closing the cashier and the person helping me was cool about paying by Apple pay. Food- the pizza was slightly cooked just a little too long literally by a couple minutes, photos of you look closely the crust is overdone but it was still chewy and soft on the inside of the crust after the crunch. Since I was the last customer right before closing, no reduction of points. I ordered Brooklyn pizza and antipasto salad. The sausage has that yummy fennel I love , gives it a homemade type of flavor The mushrooms were fresh no canned and the pizza was hot fresh Antipasto chopped- I enjoyed this salad because it has a ton of toppings that often get left out. Price point- excellent!! Will I return? Yes For takeout.! Would I recommend? Yes!

    Grilled rosemary chicken sandwich

Underrated Italian spot! They have a variety of pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches all made to order. I was in the area for work and stumbled on this spot. It's in a random strip mall -- looks can be deceiving. Grabbed a grilled rosemary chicken sandwich -- it was so good. The sandwich was fresh. There was rosemary marinated grilled chicken, arugula, fontina cheese, avocado, and tomato with pesto spread on toasted ciabatta bread. I can't even describe to you how perfect this bite was. The fries here are crispy and flaky. Such a great meal. I have no complaints. I want to come back to try everything else on the menu. Cp value is high! Please come here. Grilled rosemary chicken sandwich: $10.50

    Fettuccine Alfredo
    Christi I.

Very tasty pizza. We ordered the barbeque chicken and the portobello mushrooms with sun dried tomatoes. I also got the Mediterranean salad with chicken and my kids got the fettuccine Alfredo and the spaghetti with Turkey meatballs. It is a lot of food and we could not finish it. I'm marking off one star because they forgot our fried zucchini and they didnt answer the phone when I tried to call and let them know. We will probably order from here again and try other things.

Yum. This place hit the spot!!! They also have amazing prices so you really can't lose here. Let's start with the delicious pizza that Had perfect crust and the most amount of cheese!!! The wings were yummy and came with a bunch!!! My friend got the fried zucchini and said it was great. We topped it off with cheese cake and carrot cake and omg it was fire. They put a flyer on my door so I figured we'd give it a go. I wasn't disappointed. I seem of y'all complaining it "took forever", we are in covid times cut this place some slack. For the price and quality, I highly recommend.

Capellini pomodoro, and Chicken Marsala Penne! We love our dinner.

This is our go to place for Italian food. Easy call in for Togo or dining in, service is already friendly. Hubby and kids all love their pasta and pizza. You need to dine in order to experience their fresh toast garlic bread.

    California Burger

Love this place. We visit at least few times a week because it's so affordable (almost same price as Mcdonalds for 2 ) and food is very high quality . I tried almost everything on the menu and whatever you choose you won't be disappointed because these guys kill it everytime !!! Pasta, salads, burgers they do it all equally amazing. California burger is probably best burger I've ever tried . Even tho it doesn't come with the traditional burger bun, the bun they make taste way better in my opinion. And that steak omg it smells like straight out of fire !!! I tried all the pastas here too and they nail it everytime !! Can't wait to be back like tomorrow lol

This place closed. Operating out of Cicceros (buy one get one) and charging twice as much for the same pizza. Total scam.

Luckily our group had about 6-8 people so we were able to try quite a bit of the food. Glapponese - Ground pork, garlic, bacon, soy sauce for pasta. Very strong umami in this. It's for when you'd like a simple pasta with meat and nothing too overpowering. Tarako - Cod roe and nori. This is another simple pasta when you'd like something with a strong salty flavor but want to mostly enjoy the texture of the pasta, which was soft and chewy btw. If you want a familiar Japanese flavor, this is the one to order Carbonara - A very familiar pasta in case you want to stay on the safe side. They still make it very delicious and creamy if you're in a simple mood for an Italian style pasta Keema Curry - This is where you start going for a more complex taste for your pasta. If you can't decide if you want an Italian or Japanese pasta, combine the tastes with pasta in curry Service I feel can be a bit more attentive. When they sat 6 of us down first, there were only 5 settings, so it seemed pretty natural to bring us a sixth set of utensils. But when we realized they missed it, we ended asked them. Not a big deal. But when our remaining two friends came, they sat them with us and brought out only 1 set of utensils, so we had to ask for it again. Just a small detail that had me a bit confused during the experience, but the food itself was great and we'd love to come back when they reopen

This location is so much more spacious than its Arlington counterpart and is impressively managed. We came on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm and the line to order and get a table moved pretty quickly; we were at the front within 10-15 minutes. Staff were nice and accommodating. The patio seating was pretty and comfortable as well. As for the food itself, I love how light and flavorful every pasta dish is. Unlike other Italian restaurants where you often tire quickly of the pasta dishes because of the heaviness, Pasta Sisters' dishes last. I particularly like the pesto spaghetti and highly recommend adding the burrata. Pasta was always cooked perfectly al dente. Serving sizes are bigger than they look. Their tiramisu is some of the best too- ordered 2 to-go. Parking is available for free in the surrounding plaza parking lot but it was tricky to park on a Sat night. We ended up finding a free spot on the street right outside the plaza (metered parking was free after 6 pm).

If you close your eyes while taking a bite of the lasagna, you might briefly think you're in little town in Italy. The outdoor patio is super cool. An A+ experience from start to finish.

This tiny Santa Monica wine-and-cheese concept debuted in 2016, and their charcuterie boards earned acclaim from Oprah and The New York Times alike. During the pandemic, Lady & Larder ventured into the sandwich game, and the result was a resounding success. Nowadays, the not-so-secret "Secret Lunch" lineup of gourmet sandwiches is among the best in Los Angeles. The tiny Santa Monica shop shares the block with a Sherwin-Williams and a boxing gym. Cross your fingers for metered street parking on the trafficky block of Pico. Outside, red metal patio furniture is shaded by the overhanging storefront. Natural light runs through multicolored windows to the shop within. The mosaic tiled floor is effortlessly chic. The soaring whitewashed walls are minimally decorated, while shelves and refrigerators are carefully curated with wines, cheeses, tinned fish, and candles. The tablet register is set up on a worn kitchen countertop. Soft, instrumental music immediately feels welcoming. I've visited multiple times for early weekend lunch, and our Toast pre-order was ready upon arrival. We grabbed a table outside, and numerous takeout customers popped in and out during our meal. My favorite was the Disco Only. This elevated turkey club featured an impressive depth of flavor, from the sharp alpine cheese to the rich garlic mayo to the tangy pepperoncini vinegar. The thick-cut Bub and Grandma's sesame bread held up admirably well, and the arugula added a welcome fresh factor. The proteins were plentiful but were outshone by the other components. I also loved the Hot Girl Salami. The sweet-and-hot mustard and crispy baguette accentuated the rich, almost buttery salami. Meanwhile, the Venice Cowgirl was like a cheeseboard on a baguette. The sweet peaches and apricot-habanero jam dominated the subtly rich cheese or thin prosciutto, but the sandwich nonetheless proved to be a unique, summery option worth sharing. Lastly, the Yes, Honey elevated the ham-and-cheese with tangy relish, but the other components felt standard and forgettable. The service was friendly and efficient, and sandwiches ran for $15-20 each. Overall, the food tasted like the Santa Monica Farmer's Market on a premium roll, with sandos ranging from good to excellent. They are worth a dedicated visit if you're in the neighborhood, and I can't wait to work my way through more of Lady & Larder's menu.
