Although this used to be a great place to treat my little one for the occasional lunch, I experienced the worst customer service experience ever. I grabbed a bottle of the New York seltzer and immediately realized there was broken glass sticking to the bottle AND shards of glass all over my hand. When I showed the cashier she confirmed that it was glass. When I asked if I could rinse it from my hands, I was told that there were no public facilities and to use the soda machine. 100% NOT OKAY Even worse, after I paid for our rolls, I mentioned that there may be more bottles like that to the cashier-who's reply was a terse-yet-nonchalant "I dunno" as she turned and walked toward the kitchen area. That's the last of my business they will receive. Just awful. read more

Love this place for fundraising with their amazing pepperoni rolls. I live roughly an hour and twenty minutes away. So, it is not a place I frequent other than picking up the rolls once or twice a year. But, the pepperoni roll fundraiser is a simple, efficient and self selling way to go. I will be doing this fundraiser 2 times a year now as I have so many people requesting I do so. All I have to do is let friends, neighbors and family know I am selling. Then, watch the orders pile in. Email my order and set pick up day and time. All that's left is to pick up and distribute. I have cash to pay for the rolls and cash for my Foundation. With no out of pocket expenses for me. The owner is friendly and super easy to work with. The store is clean and well kept. The orders are always ready on time. I get help loading my car. Please be careful! I ordered 2 cases (12) of pizza rolls from a fund raiser, which I've done at least 5 or 6 times in the last 4 years. The rolls immediately tasted funny and I couldn't even finish one roll. Both me and my child got severe stomach pains later that night! I contacted the restaurant and the owner refuses to return all of my money, despite having 10 pizza rolls left. All I wanted was a full refund and to return the 10 rolls to them, but the manager said the owner is only refunding $6! So if they think I'm going to be out $18, they need to think again. The wraps, pepperoni rolls, and homemade chips are just about the best around. So why such a review???? I have never seen a place more in need of a thorough hose down. One step into the ladies room makes you almost cancel your order, yes, it is that bad. But the worse experience is attempting to empty your trash into the yuckiest trash receptacle ever. The residue on this is ancient yet sticky. I won't talk about the cashier area floor...eww. Please, please owners, protect your business and get a cleaning crew in there to give it a good, sterile clean up and make it part of your daily business. The wraps, home made chips, and pizza...is absolutely wonderful! I love coming to this place because the quality of the food, never changes and the prices are attractively affordable. It's also very close to home :-) However, the reason I give this place a 2 star rating is because the last 3-4 times I've come in, my service has been horrible, and by 1 cashier specifically. She's blonde, has a facial piercing and is on the short side. * If a restaurant allows the FACE of their business, who's core position is to be friendly and assertive to continue in such a manner...I will NOT be a returning customer. read more

See that word "pizza" in the title? Well scratch that out as they no longer make pizzas. I would like to tell you that they were the cheapest pizza and we would constantly get these for lunch, but now they focused on their pepperoni rolls, which I would assume have been pretty good sellers since they eliminated their pizzas. But, if you like wraps or salads I guess their prices are pretty cheap. I've had their wraps a few times and I would say as long as they stay cheap you really can't complain. So, everything about the name of this place is deceiving. I was in the plaza and figured I'd pop in to grab a fresh wrap in a casual atmosphere. Not. Walk in, the only food items on the board are rolls, no wraps at all. Then, not only are there no tables, the place is rather dumpy. As I was sitting there waiting for my order, I was taking it all in: a rolled up, dirty carpet right at the front door, the carpet at the counter if filthy, the unit holding the bottled drinks isn't even half full. Then behind the counter, the whole place is just jammed full with racks and racks and boxes of STUFF and you can't even see back to where the guys are cooking. It's just cluttered and dirty, and that's where customers can see! The only reason it gets two stars is cause the roll actually wasn't all that bad (I got a buffalo chicken), though even that was nothing amazing. PASS! read more
