We specifically wanted a trolley (as opposed to a limo or party bus) for our wedding day because it has personal significance for us. This was something we were really looking forward to. We vetted several companies and chose 312 Limo because of the specific vehicle they sent us photos of and the features/policies they have advertised on their website and in their booking emails. Our experience ended up being extremely disappointing and our customer service experience post-wedding trying to get things resolved has been upsetting and dragged out. I would not recommend booking with them and suggest thorough research into other options before moving forward with a 312 Limo reservation. We did not receive the service that was advertised and feel we were misled. 1) Our primary complaint is we did not receive the vehicle we reserved and paid for. We specifically booked a trolley WITH a balcony and confirmed both via email and over the phone to sort out the reservation. When we received our quote, it explicitly stated that the trolley with the balcony was more expensive than the trolley without. We agreed to pay extra for the balcony, but did not receive it. 2) Balcony aside, the exterior of the trolley we received was completely unexpected. The company sent us multiple photos and a video of a plain white trolley that matched what they have heavily featured on their website. This was a major factor in us choosing 312 Limo over their competitors. The trolley was intended to be a major feature in our wedding photos, and we wanted the clean white look for our portraits. We were shocked when the trolley that arrived had colorful decals on the side. Had we known ahead of time this wouldn't have been an issue, but we took the company at their word that the photos were an accurate representation of what we were paying for. Between the lack of balcony and the unappealing colorful backdrop, we made the decision to completely scrap the trolley photoshoot we had been looking forward to. 3) It's a small detail, but their booking email specifically states "Complimentary champagne and water bottles plus byob and multiple stops included." but there was not champagne provided that anyone could find. We would have brought our own for after the ceremony had we known. 4) Finally, we fully understood that our reservation ended at 5:00PM and had every intention of our bridal party being dropped off at the venue well before then. However, in the confirmation email, there was a list of terms and conditions outlined at the bottom. This document stated "Extra fees: the first 15 minutes after the end of charter are complimentary. After 15 minutes we will bill for an extra half hour. After 30 minutes we will be billing an extra hour at the rate agreed." We took that as a reassurance that in the event we were running 5 minutes late, the driver wouldn't just drop us off on the side of the road wherever we were right at 5:00PM. Despite everyone's best efforts, our photographer let us know as we headed to the final photo location that based on his GPS it seemed there was a chance we would end up being 5-10 minutes late to the venue for our 5:00PM drop-off time. I referenced the "Extra fees" section of the email and expressed that I was more than willing to pay any fee we incurred, even though it sounded like we were going to be well within the advertised 15-minute grace period. Our driver insisted that no flexibility was possible and that he needed to return to the city promptly at 5:00PM. This meant there was a chance we were going to be dropped off for our photos and not have transportation the remaining 10 minutes to our venue. This led to a stressful and uncomfortable situation where our bridal party started scrambling to call for rides for everyone but were unable to find enough seats to get us all to the venue. Instead we had to, once again, cut more photos we had planned to take to ensure we wouldn't be stranded. I emailed the company outlining the above experience and they offered to refund me the difference for the trolley without the balcony, but did not address any of my other concerns. It has been 10 days since I last heard from them, and I have yet to receive the refund. read more

A friend was trying to book a bus 1 month out from the birthday bash and was told outrageous pricing or the companies were fully booked. I finally tried my hand at the search and the first company I saw was 312 Limo. I was a little hesitant since there were barely any reviews, but what was written about the company was all positive. So, I figured "Why the heck not?!" I'm so happy we went with 312 Limo. The driver was courteous, the owner was super easy to get a hold of, and the pricing was phenomenal. We got a party bus that could fit 22 ppl and our group was 15. If you plan to go with this bus, I would actually cap at 18-20 people if you want a little extra breathing room. 22 is possible, but you might be packed liked sardines. With the extra room we had we were able to set up our karaoke machine (not included with the bus) on a seat and have a snack corner that everyone could easily access. The company doesn't try to nickel and dime you by charging "from garage to garage" (so dumb because what if there is horrific traffic during your allotted time slot and the driver doesn't show up till much later?), which was included in some other quotes from other bus companies. Instead, you give 312 Limo the time you want and their staff will make sure that they are very punctual. Our driver, Karen, was calling/texting me an hour before our time slot to say she was already in the area. They weren't charging me for that time she was waiting, but it was nice to know that she was around the corner and ready for when I group was all present. There were people in our group who couldn't return to the original pick-up point, so Karen was awesome enough to drop them off throughout the city. She also navigated her way to a Binnys ASAP when we ran out of booze! It was a good time. Just save yourself the time and energy of calling other places and book with 312 Limo. read more

Hired The 312 Limo for my birthday party and had the most AMAZING time!! Dan was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Our driver Noah was incredible - he had no issue hitting all of our stops and helping us stick to our plan (we chose the hourly option - 4 hours with unlimited stops) and even suggested/took us to an extra spot for an amazing photo op. He was the MVP of the night! My only negative notes - the TV didn't work even with an HDMI adapter. That was a little bit of a bummer but it wasn't a big deal. The bigger issue was the fact that we did not receive the bus we ordered/paid for. I specifically requested through email and through their online form their 28 person party bus, even including a picture of the exact bus from their website. It was confirmed over email that we were signing up for a bus and not a trolley, but we received a trolley that definitely wouldn't have fit 28 people. That was a bit concerning - I think there could be more transparency about exactly which bus/trolley you're going to be getting. Also, pricing was affordable but seemed arbitrary. All that being said, we had the best time and really loved our driver. Even though we didn't get the bus we ordered it still ended up being great and overall without a doubt a 5 star experience. read more

We hired The 312 Limo for my son's NYE wedding this past weekend. Dan was excellent in helping me work through the logistics as we had the bridal party, plus out of town guests that needed to get to and from the hotel to the wedding site--and it was New Year's Eve after all. Dan found solutions that fit the budget as well as the timing and logistics. The vehicles (stretch limo and coach bus) were clean and in excellent condition. We were even able to plug into the limo's blue tooth and play "Going to the Chapel"--so much fun! We had (3) different drivers with (3) different vehicles at (3) different times during the evening and they were all on-time, friendly, accommodating, professional and safe--especially given that our final pick up of 25 guests was at 12:30AM after the wedding. We had a fantastic experience with The 312 Limo for our corporate team outing, and we highly recommend them! We rented the 20-passenger limo bus for 19 people (adults) and felt perfectly comfortable space-wise, and we all really enjoyed the plush seats, smooth ride, and sound system. Our driver Gabriel was wonderful--consistently early to pick us up at each of our 4 stops throughout the day, very communicative and responsive, a great driver, and all around a really nice guy! He even came back after dropping us off at a stop to drop off my phone, which I'd left in the bus. We used 312 Limo for our friend's bachelorette party this past weekend and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! We utilized the 18-22 passenger LimoBus. We had a group of 16 girls and it was the perfect size for us to be able to dance and move around! The pricing was also super reasonable. Dan was amazing with communicating both quickly and clearly. He helped us get everything set up and booked and was great to work with. Our drive Ulu was AMAZING! He was on time and was great at communicating pick up. While on the bus he was respectful and took us everywhere we wanted to go. He even got us ice while we were inside one of our stops without us even asking!! He took great care of us. The bus was also very clean and he even cleaned up after us too. We used 312 Limo for our wedding and could not of been happier with the service, equipment and professionalism they provided to us with. We rented a trolley to take the bridal to the church and reception and an additional trolley to pick up us and 30 guests up after the wedding. The trolleys are huge, we easily fit everyone inside with plenty of room for people to move around, take pictures and sit comfortably. Both trolleys were spotless inside an out. The drivers provided us with a phone call to let us know they were coming and where we wanted them to be, both drivers were not only on time but 15 minutes early for both trips. We dealt with many vendors while planning the wedding, but 312 Limo was terrific. I would definitely use them in the future if need arises to schedule transportation for anything. My experience with 312 limo was excellent. I chose this company because of the good reviews and was not disappointed. I hired 312 limo to transport my daughter and her bridal party during the bachelorette party. The driver, Karen, contacted us when she was near and was very responsive all night. The company upgraded our van and the bridal party really appreciated the party atmosphere. The van was clean and comfortable. The day before the bachelorette party, we needed to change one of the destinations. I emailed Dan and he responded very quickly. Dealing with him was a pleasure. 10/10 recommend!!! I was always planning on getting a party bus for my birthday this year and got quotes from a few different companies and they were a lot pricier than I expected. When 312 responded with their price, I thought it was too good to be true, or that there was a catch, or that the bus would be nasty. I was totally wrong! Dan was totally transparent and responded to the million questions I had. I was attempting to coordinate my plans with about 20 other people so my stops and times kept changing, but Dan continued to accommodate my requests. Larry was our driver with 312 limo and he was great! He had a lot of great energy and was the best way to start off our day before our ceremony. He was also on time and made sure things went according to plan. We chose a trolley with limo seating and it was so spacious and comfortable for our wedding party of 10! It could definitely fit more people and we brought on some drinks and food with us with plenty of room remaining still. The trolley was clean and surpassed our expectations! Our driver was early to our pickup meeting spot which was great and it helped us get situated. He was very helpful and dropped us off quickly and efficiently wherever we wanted to go. He took us around to some great spots in the city so we could get some photos.
