I had a burger tonight, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I needed it, gluten-free and then carnivore, and they did exactly that with all the other fixings on a separate plate so that I could take it home. Our server, Abby P. was amazing. we got there four minutes before happy hour orders ended and she came to our table and got our drinks right away. Our four-top was double-fisting a bunch of 5ers. Oh, what fun! Young bartender did a really good job getting us all a little tipsy after our day of fishing. I went in tonight with modest expectations. I had been once before for dinner with friends and once to pick up a to-go order. The indoor dining area is exceptionally loud and I hope that they will do something about it, but tonight we sat outside and it was great. My meal - the BBQ plate with Brussels spouts subbed in for something called broccoli slaw - was really good. So,... the food is really good and the prices are very reasonable and the service was serviceable. Try it out. I think you'll like it. read more

The service is great and the sweet tea is good. But all of the sauces are watered down. The sauce you get on your wings look like they are mainly water. Ranch is so thin it could be drank and it doesn't even cover the salad because it just runs to the bottom. Other than that. Paloma drink was really good. The chicken salad sandwich had fresh bread and was tasty. It all came to a tragic ending though when the fries came out cold and stale . I thought I was eating hollow cardboard. I didn't want to say anything to the nice waitress cause I didn't have energy for it. And majority fault is on the a s s clown that put the fries on the plate. I don't know how a place in this area can produce cold fries. Not sure how the chef and the crew can live with themselves putting out these fries. read more

I was so excited when they announced The 5 Spot was coming to Sandfly! I was a customer of the Habersham location and really enjoyed every visit but was excited they were opening in Sandfly. I have not been disappointed since they opened! I have probably been 20+ times since they opened in Sandfly and have not had a bad meal! Service is always on point and the manager Heather is a rockstar! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my family feel welcome and that her staff goes above and beyond. We decided to try the new location in Sandfly. We were very happy we did. While there was a wait ad we dropped in during peak dinner time, it wasn't too long. The manager, didn't get his name, sorry, was very thoughtful. He walked us to our table, apologized for the wait (it was only about 10 minutes), pointed out who our server would be then went ahead and took our drink order. Our server, Samantha, was by our table within minutes to welcome us and ask if we were ready to order. My wife ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad and I had the Chicken Fried Chicken. Our food was great. Sorry for no pictures but we were hungry and dove in quickly. In spite of the restaurant being very busy, Samantha kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly. The manager dropped by the table several times just to check on us. Overall, our decision to dine at this spot was a very good one. We're looking forward to our next visit. read more

The food and service were great! Two areas that could be improved: 1-tap water tasted horrible! If they would get or replace the water filter (or it maybe residue from dishwasher) idk but the water was nasty. And actually a friend had warned me about the water before I went. It's that noticeable and memorable. Definitely worth the restaurant's time to investigate and correct the issue. 2-my other drink glass had lipstick on the rim from a previous customer. I'm sure the glass was otherwise clean. The staff was embarrassed and very apologetic and brought me a new drink. But it would be worth your time to retrain all the staff to always hold the glass up to the light and inspect before you fill it. Literally takes 2 seconds! Will definitely save you some embarrassment. Despite all that, I'll definitely be back. Great food and atmosphere! read more

We came in during brunch hour and we got situated right away. Our server took our order right away as well and the food was delivered to us so quickly. We ordered the jalapeño burger and it is delicious. When we was ready for the check our sever was busy taking care of other customers someone else jumped to help. Great customer services ! Peter is amazing. We are in town celebrating Mom's 77th Birthday. Arrived an hour before closing with large group. He greeted with a huge smile and pleasant attitude. We did not feel rushed. We reserved the private room at the 5 Spot Sandfly location for my son's college graduation celebration and everything was FANTASTIC! They had the room set up for us when we arrived. Grace was our server and she was so sweet and took great care of us. She checked with us often to make sure we had everything we needed and took pictures for our group. Our food was wonderful and we ordered quite a variety of their menu. We really enjoyed being able to visit and celebrate our graduate and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We will be back! read more

We came in for the first time for lunch. It's valentine's day so I expected a wait. We walked right in and was promptly seated at a high table in the bar area. Our bartender was Rachel. Firstly I have frequented 5 spot many times and I've never had any complaints. The atmosphere was great and the service at first was great as well. However, after our server took our order she never checked in on us again. After we were done eating another server approached us and told us our original server was busy with a bigger party as if we were not paying customers as well. Hopefully the customer service will improve in the future. read more
