Had a wonderful time here, the happy hour is great. $4 for tap then 50% off apps. Of course get the highest ipa, more bang for your buck. The server was really nice, explained everything to us. I appreciate the music not to loud but not quiet either. The calamari was really good. We wanted the volcano shrimp but they were out of stock. The wings were pretty good here as well. With only 90 minutes with happy hour the bartender hooked it up. He gave us free shots before last call. $13 for a shot of tequila. :::bathroom alert:: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Its a maze getting to the bathroom.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I didnt know there was a hotel upstairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathroom was clean. The stalls didn't smell and the mirrors were very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I could see myself coming back here because its a block from 33rd street station on the 6. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the chandler's the most, I felt fancy on a budget.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's so much space here and an outside I believe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The flowers leading up to the sun roof I assume were cute too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tons of tvs!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We went to The Ainsworth in Midtown for their Bad and Boozy Bottomless Brunch. The brunch is $45 per person and it includes two hours of brunch cocktails and an entree. I enjoyed the steak and eggs. I didn't really enjoy the pancakes or their chicken and waffles. They have something called "Shot O' Clock" where they come around with sparklers and give out free shots. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also had a live DJ.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]This takes place inside in their brunch party room. They also have a terrace.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's definitely a fun brunch spot! We had a good time![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We had SUCH a good time here for the Traitors watch party. Perfect venue, TVs everywhere, and amazing food![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked them to make me the fruitiest mocktail and they gave me cranberry juice and pineapple juice mixed together and it was honestly awesome lol. Then I got the mac and cheese and the meatballs with garlic bread... the mac and cheese might've been one of the best mac and cheese I've ever gotten at a restaurant. I loved the kind of cheese they used and the breadcrumbs always make it better. 10/10. The meatballs were good as well but the garlic bread was terrible honestly. It was toast with garlic powder on it and it did not taste like real garlic whatsoever lol but everything else was really good and I would absolutely come back JUST for that mac and cheese [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes were immaculate and so was their 2010s playlist![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The Ainsworth midtown has a good party brunch vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a chill crowd so not overly lively but def loud music a mix of hip hop and r&b.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food and service were decent no complaints. We had a good time and were seated once all of our party arrived. I would say try it out.

    cheers!

A solid brunch experience right in midtown with bottomless mimosas and a shot o clock! This is a great spot for a friend group to have brunch at. Plenty of dishes that are actually meant to share with large groups like the waffle board. There are brunch classics on the menu like croissant sandwiches, french toast, chicken and waffles, and steak and fries. I wasn't impressed with their avocado toast --- felt like for the price you pay, there should have been a different bread used other than plain white bread. However, everything else was delicious and well-presented. The mimosas and cocktails are strong. So if your group is filled with heavy drinkers like mine was this is the best place to be. And you can head downstairs for shot o clock where they deliver syringes of shots to you. How fun and dangerous. Haha. We definitely did it. I love the DJ here!!!! Playing all the classic 2000s and 2010s tunes that I heard during my crazy party days LOL. So you know it's lit.

Over hyped save your money.... [[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here game night was seated in the corner of the entrance we asked if we could go closer inside for a better view of the tv for our party of 7.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Got moved by the bar order from The game day menu OFFICIALS TIME-OUT | 109 | (FEEDS 4-6 PEOPLE) Bone-In, Boneless Wings Or Chicken Fingers, Chicken Quesadillas, Onion Rings Or Fries & Philly Cheese Steak Rolls. It cost $109 for this and it was a 3 egg rolls cut in 1/2s , 10 nuggets, 8 onion rings 2 very thin quesadillas cut into 3s and we order 1 drink . The total bill came out to $200 and still left hungry. Staff was too busy to let us order an other drink so we left. Save your money. Way overpriced and not worth it tiny portions.

    Steak and Eggs Brunch

Found this place randomly for brunch and came with some friends who were visiting the city and in need of a solid Sunday recovery bottomless brunch. If you've got a big group, definitely make a reservation, but if you're walking in, there are two bars and a terrace where you can usually find seating. The space is huge. There's a front bar area, a big back room with large tables and projector TVs, and apparently an upstairs area too (I didn't get to check that out). The brunch deal is unbeatable - $45 gets you any entree (sweets and salads count) plus bottomless mimosas, Bellinis, sangria, or screwdrivers. My friends got the steak and eggs (a $5 upcharge), and I had the eggs Benedict. Both were tasty and hit the spot. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and the DJ had great music going the whole time. If you're looking for a boozy brunch spot that's fun, lively, and perfect for a group, this place is a solid choice!

I cannot believe I experienced the service I did when I made this reservation months in advance. We were treated as if we were just some people who walked in and stumbled off the street. With that being said, I have further details to get into. I have been coming to the Ainsworth for years across multiple locations and occasions, but specifically to this location for this annual game. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have had. Our reservation, which was made months in advance, was not honored. The hostess, Abigail, was noticeably rude and dismissive, and the inconsistency in how guests were treated raised serious concerns. Alfredo, the manager, did his best to step in and assist, and genuinely appreciate his effort and he was compensated for it even tho he refused he was truly the only bright side on this entire staff, but there was only so much he could do given the circumstances. Our server, Patrick, provided one of the most inattentive and unprofessional service experiences I have encountered. His behavior was unacceptable, rude and almost seemed in a sense very racist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The frustrating part is that the food and ambiance were actually very good, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and mishandled reservations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As someone who has traveled to over 60 countries and dines frequently at high end establishments in New York City and all over the world, I am no stranger to quality hospitality or spending money on great dining. This experience fell far below even basic expectations. I will not be returning to this location. Despite the strong food and atmosphere, the service issues and lack of professionalism made this an extremely disappointing visit and for that reason I will make sure I never return to this particular location. Unacceptable.

So my girls and I came for a cute brunch, their "bad and boozy brunch, 50per person" Unlimited and entree, sounds good right? Of course it does but why was the service so bad? [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a full house on a Saturday afternoon, big tables and many girls such as us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was about one waiter I'd guess and he was the only one attending, we didn't get water until an hour in, my friends ( group of 5) had and order that was wrong- she doesn't eat pork she asked for turkey bacon and they gave reg, also forgot her potatoes too, then my food came 30 minutes after the rest of the table got theirs. We only were able to get 2 rounds of drinks since we couldn't keep waiting forever, the girls next to us also told us the same. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was honestly disappointing as we did like the food but couldn't enjoy the experience with the good dj and ambiance[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. There needs to be more people on the floor, at least check up on us if everything is okay. There was none of that :/ just giving feedback as hospitality lacked.

I attended for a special event they hosted for a Dancing with the stars screening. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did great. It was very busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The steak frites were great and flavorful and cooked well. The churro sundae is MASSIVE, don't order if you're dining alone lol. Tastes great of course. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The room where the event is is decorated so nicely, with lights and music during commercial breaks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be sure to be on the lookout for more events hosted by them!

I like going here because I stay at the Hilton next door who I believe are partners. Drink prices are average and I'm usually interested in sports games on tv. Ribeye was not it. It was sweeter than expected. The Ainsworth - Midtown NYC As someone who travels for food, I was pleasantly surprised by The Ainsworth in Midtown NYC, especially after seeing a few mixed reviews online. My friends and I visited for brunch, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The menu offers a wide range of brunch options -- from creative pancake breakfast tacos to a delicious veggie omelet, McGriddle sandwich (with chicken, turkey bacon, and eggs), and perfectly cooked steak and eggs. Every dish was made with care and flavor. The team was accommodating with any adjustments, and service was truly 10/10. If you're celebrating a birthday or special occasion, this is the place to feel like royalty. The staff went above and beyond . For a group that doesn't drink alcohol they made mocktail shots for us to enjoy and keep celebrating -- even helping me surprise my friend with a birthday sash and tiara -- and the complimentary dessert was yum yum! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The DJ kept the energy high with great music, so if you prefer a quieter setting, request a seat up front or upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We loved the lively vibe and had an absolute blast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Between the great service, delicious food, and photo-worthy rooftop ambiance, The Ainsworth Midtown is a must-visit brunch spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bonus: there's a parking garage right next door. Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 10/10

Surrounding TVs keep every play, fight and miracle replayed in glorious surround-sass while wooden tables beg for pitchers, pretzels and conspiracy theories about the ref. Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. One particular bartender, Delaney not only brings an awesome level of energy to the bar, she saunters in like a halftime show -- a grin that's equal parts mischief and welcome. She's all quick elbows and quicker comebacks, the kind of bartender who remembers your name, your drink, and that one ridiculous story you told months ago. Her laugh is loud, her wink is devious, and she has a way of making first-timers feel like regulars by the second round. Taking off a star because I had a weird experience with the people at the front. I'm currently recovering from an injury and I'm in a pretty obvious neck brace. I was visiting with two people who were on their way and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes and the people at the front told me I couldn't be seated until they arrived. I understand that this is normal protocol, but I pointed out my neck brace and asked if an exception could be made because it's significantly more comfortable for me to sit down (and there was no room at the bar). They said that their manager wouldn't let them do that, and that they couldn't seat me until the rest of my party was there. There were tons of table tables available the entire time and when my friend arrived about 12 minutes later, they seated us, I totally could've sat the whole time and it wouldn't have been a problem. Not the end of the world and I probably could've pushed it harder, but it definitely was a little awkward!

We actually stumbled into Tanner Smith's thinking it'd be the typical, boring bar-food spot. Nope. They first sat us at a hi-top by the door, but that wasn't our vibe, so we grabbed seats at the bar instead. Best decision. Our bartender, Josiah, was absolutely killing it. My cocktail had passion fruit, so of course I asked my usual question: "But is it real passion fruit?" He just nodded in agreement and that told me everything I needed to know. That drink was legit and had nice strength. The food was great too. My fish tacos were packed with fresh fish, the guacamole and salsa were chunky and full of flavor and hubs enjoyed his pastrami sandwich.
