The location is a little strange being off of a busy street near a shopping center. Not the most ideal location but could be considered a dive bar to the local apartments nearby. They are crazy busy on Friday nights. The ambiance is poppin and it's nothing but good vibes. The bartenders do their best to serve such a full bar and are very nice. I would say their prices are average with other bars/clubs in the area. You will most likely be walking out of here for around $25 or under for 2 people if you want a good buzz. I went to visit this bar last night. It was extremely crowded and I had a hard time getting served by the bartender to be honest. Now I'm not a heavy drinker so I diddn't have too much. I actually set myself at a 1-2 drink limit and pace myself through the night. Then it's water for the rest of the night. I was having a hard time getting served at the bar and had to wait about 15 min for a glass of water. Being a former bartender and a former server, I actually know that it is hard when your short staffed and have a lot of people. I reached over the counter, picked up the hose, poured my own water and walked away. I also picked the sanitizer towel up and wiped the nozzle off as a curtesy for the bartender before I put everything back exactly where it was. I figured it was just water and no harm was done. I walked over to the other side of the bar and was talking to one of the girls at the bar. I had told her that it was so busy that I had to pour my own water and they must be backed up tonight. This was about 5 minutes after I had poured the water. The male bartender overheard me saying this, accused me of being behind the bar which I wasn't and told me that I had to leave and that I was banned for life. Maybe if I wouldn't have had to wait 15 min for a glass of water then I wouldn't have felt the need to politely pour my own. My recommendation to the owners is to staff your bar better! That was Redicilous I'm also pretty sure the bartender helped herself to a healthy tip. I ordered two cranberry vodkas. Because I was so rudely kicked out, I did not get a chance to close my tab or tip at all. This came out to 18.5. I diddn't specifically which type of vodka which usually means rail vodka. The bartender said Tito's, I told her to just use rail. I don't see how two rail vodkas and cranberry juice can amount to $18.50 but ok. Easily my favorite bar. Bartenders are awesome, mostly very attractive females, but there is a male hottie on Saturday nights. Bartenders remember your drink and security is always watching out for me (I often go alone). I've met several amazing chicks here, and after every visit I've left with new friends. It's a small but classy place with couches by the fireplace and private booth seating. Their patio with heaters is decent sized, and enclosed so you are able to drink while you smoke. If you get there early, you can watch the evolution of patrons. By 10/11:00, the crowd has gotten much younger and diverse. Not ghetto by any means, but not 21yr old preppy/hipster folk. The bartenders have authority over the juke box, ensuring no hour long bouts of shitty music. Feel free to dress up or dress down, it's appropriate for any attire. And keno is available to be played whenever you fancy. Purse hooks are available under the bar. My previous usual spots were either local dives bars, or downtown spots like Shady Lady and Snug. Once I started coming here I never went to my old spots again!! The new owners have plans to expand and remodel again, so expect it to only get bigger and better! read more

My buddy orders a drink and the female bartender grabs an ice cube out of his glass before she made the drink and ate the ice cube. The prices kept changing on our drinks. We were getting up charged every next drink. It was my buddies Birthday, so I just let it go. Very strange. First drink was 7 bucks. Ordered him a second drink and it was 12 bucks???? I Don't get it and will not return. I guess they figure, the more you drink the less you will pay attention to what you are being charged. I was not imagining this. Nice way to treat customers! I had my first time checking out this bar on a Monday night. Got there at about 9pm. Nice mellow, older crowd. As it got later into the night it got quite busy with the late 20-30s crowd. Bartender is JP - lots of anger and needs training to be a decent bartender. Owner was condescending and believed basically what the bartender said who lied.
