Absolute killer spot to watch the World Cup! Super packed, lines were long. Parking was insane yet the place was flowing with no problem. Highly recommend coming here for a game. The venue is huge. Heard that it fits well over 400 people and I believe it. I was here for the USA game, can't imagine the vibes for the Mexico match. The USA match was shoulder to shoulder but we all got our issue. Food looked great despite me not getting a dish I would say they passed the eye test on every dish I seen pass by. Servers were very friendly. Did their best to make the lines move quick while making sure the customers got what they wanted. Very clean bathrooms and lines were not ridiculous despite the large crowds. Parking was a little bit of a hassle but leaving was carefree.

If you're looking for a place to watch World Cup matches, this is one of your best options! This venue is kids- and dog-friendly, with a huge beer garden-style setup spread across the front, middle, and back areas. There are large screens everywhere, and the overall vibe is very relaxed and laid-back: perfect for game days. The only concern is that they don't provide umbrellas in the front yard seating area, so it can get pretty hot during sunny afternoons. They also have a co-working / conference / private event space, which you can book through Kingsley Carr, the events coordinator (916-917-3718, events@gardenattheline.com). Parking is easy and free, with a large on-site lot. It will also be converted into a soccer viewing/celebration space for World Cup events. Food is handled through about 10 different ghost kitchens (such as Kru To-Go, Nash & Proper, Okie Dokies, etc.). You order directly at your table by scanning a QR code, or you can order takeout at the booth or by phone. They also offer: * Live music on Fridays (6-9pm) * Happy hour Monday-Friday (4-6pm) * Beer, cocktails, sake, and wine * Great pitcher deals (sake bombs are $6!) * Cornhole games in the back Restrooms are clean and well-maintained, with multiple stalls and good ventilation. Overall, a great spot for watching sports, hanging out with friends, and spending a relaxed evening.

We did world cup watch party here and it was pretty cool. They had like 10 restaurants to order from that day, I assume cuisine/restaurant count would change based on popups. Good that you can order Mexican food and pizza at one single spot, and drinks are good too. Their slushy actually is a good one, not too expensive, a good amount of alcohol, which made me actually more buzzed than I thought I'd be.

Garden of the line was such a great place for the family! There was plenty of space for kids and pets to be able to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I appreciated the multiple food options that were there. My family ended up going with a sampler platter and it did not disappoint. The food tasted freshly cooked, and everyone was satisfied.

This is a beautiful venue with several "indoor" rooms that open up to their large outdoor area in the front with tables, adirondack chairs, firepits plus an outdoor area in the back with a gated dog run. While it wasn't marked as theirs, they also have a huge parking area (warning: it's not evenly paved and there are concrete slabs to avoid driving over). Staff was friendly. There are several areas from which to place your drink orders. Lots of beer selections plus some wine and cocktails. And, there are QR codes at all of the tables/seats so you can order food from vendors if their kitchen is open. We struggled to place our food order; there are several restaurants that have a "ghost kitchen" setup but we couldn't tell which items were available for ordering or delivery until we tried putting those items in our cart. After 3 tries, we gave up ordering any food and left after we drank our beers.

Looking for a place to chill with friends, listen to some music, have a variety of food options, and have some beer/ cider/ wine/ or sake? Well East Sac has it at Garden At The Line. The vibe here is cool. With primarily outside seating, you order the drinks at the bar, order food at a couple of kiosks they have or by your phone. You get a text when your food is ready. They have a some known eateries with options from salad, burgers, Mexican, chicken and Japanese. This places closes fairly early at 10 pm so show up early to enjoy. This type of venue is a fantastic way to get a group of friends/ family together and be able to talk, play games or just enjoy a great meal together.

Pretty cool concept, kinda reminds me of Drakes. While it was a decent size, it wasn't as massive as some of these reviews made it seem. They had several craft beers on tap, quite a bit of Russian River if that brewery is jam. You order drinks from the bar area and then find your seat as it's open seating. Each table has a QR code that pulls up the menu of each restaurant currently cooking there. It had sushi, Mexican, pizza, friend chicken, salads, and wings, so a pretty nice selection to choose from. And you can order a little something from each kitchen. The QR code at the table lets the food runner know where to deliver your food so definitely don't change tables after ordering. We got the burrata toast, Nash and proper friend chicken and a sushi roll from Kru. Oddly the sushi roll took the longest to get. I really liked the burrata toast, it was loaded with cheese. The fried chicken wasn't that great, it honestly looked pretty pink and I kept telling myself it was the spices but I just couldn't eat it and had to take it home and heat it up myself to make sure. The sushi roll was just ok, but I'm odd man out when it comes to Kru as I'm just not really a fan. Reason for loss of a start is parking. It's a shit show. It was a Friday night and the only parking is a cement pad with no parking lines so it's a free for all and I can see people easily getting blocked it. Other thing I didn't like was that while it's kid friendly, parents would bring their kids and put them up at a separate table which takes away a QR codes from paying customers. And the other thing is I think they need more bathroom. Other than that, we did enjoy ourselves and still plan to return, especially now since the weather is getting warmer.

This place is a wonderful spot to bring your family and friends. Plenty of space and so many great food options. The service is quick and friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong burrito but it was still good! Next time I'll try the carne asada burrito. They have free comedy here every second and fourth Thursday of the month around 7:30 PM.

The food was good. We ordered Kru. A little on the pricey side but it was worth it. The vibes are great and the space is huge. Lots of umbrellas and good shade. The parking is great and staff was friendly. I was a bit confused when I got there about how to order and where to go, but the guy at the bar was very helpful.

It's been over two weeks and the manager responded saying he sorry and would like to make it right but u never received that message he said he will send over. Looks good for the review but still bad customer service. Forewarning

I liked coming here for my first time. They have a good list of draft beer and a convenient way to order food from one of the many vendors. I will admit that parking can get confusing between their small lot and one side of the building is just for delivery drivers. The service is really good. I might come back if I'm in the area.

It's the kind of place where the ambiance, the people, and the energy make it feel more like an experience within an experience--not just a drink stop. I had the chance to chat with John, the owner, who shared a bit of the backstory. He previously owned a full wine room nearby, but when the pandemic hit, he had to pivot. Instead of calling it quits, he leaned into a smaller, more intimate concept inspired by wine windows in Europe. Honestly, I think the scale makes it even better. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while people-watching on L Street, and yes, there's even a restroom available (a rare but very appreciated amenity for this type of setup). If you find yourself downtown, do yourself a favor--swing by The Wine Window, have a chat with John, and enjoy a unique Sacramento experience.

The guy warned me that the rose was fruity, I think what he meant to say was it tastes like juice. But I like my wine that way!
