Amazing food... Great people... The atmosphere is that of fine dining at it's best here in the Greater Seattle Area...

They raised the prices sky high. The price isn't worth the quality depending on who is working in the back.

Rhelynn, our server, was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming without ever being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked in at all the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and very enjoyable. The custom cocktails were a standout. Becca clearly knows her craft--each drink was well‑balanced, creative, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell there's real attention to detail and pride behind the bar. If you're on the fence about trying something custom, absolutely do it--you won't be disappointed. The food paired perfectly with the cocktails and rounded out a great overall experience. Between the quality of the drinks, the solid food, and the excellent service, Bluewater Distillery delivered across the board. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to friends--especially if Rhelynn and Becca are working.

Girls lunch on a sunny day! We were there early on a slow Sunday, party of 3 for the patio. We…read moreasked if we could move the table a bit into the sun (an open spot 3' over) but were told no, which, ok its a big ask with a clunky umbrella attached to the table I get it... the large picnic table that was in the sun was also off limits for larger parties (which I also get). Anywho, tacos were ok, a little dry and light on the fillings. Clams were standard steamed in white wine, and good. I tried the 'Hot Shot' cilantro and jalapeño vodka cocktail which was ok - neither flavor (or spice) came through very much, if at all. I should've ordered a flight! Back to my crushed dreams of a patio-lunch-in-the-sun... a party of 4 was seated at the large picnic table (1 body more than us, and both parties couldve split the table its that spacious), AND they pulled a table from the other side of the patio and put it in the sunny spot we asked to sit in towards the end of our time there. As a service industry person myself, I wouldnt be so quick to offer an inside table instead of being minutely inconvenienced (we offered to move the table ourselves as well to be helpful), with a couple of 2-tops outside and 2 inside - they were not busy. Overall, not earth shattering, but neither was the food or drinks in comparison to the experience and bill sadly.

First ever visit, too pricey…read more OK food- pricey for the quality, don't expect a wow. We 4 (2adults,2kids under 12) ate 4 items ($$$) Beer- both time the mugs were chilled and beer was awesome so 10/10 on that. Parking is usually free but today the public parking was reserves at $20 due to an event, which was an add on too for 1.5 hrs Service does get slow sometimes (I felt the staff shortage for serving) Ambiance is near pier, not right on the water as everybody share, at least our poo top table in the middle had no booth separation to enjoy the meal, felt more like Ikea kitchen but triple in prices. Place is clean. Fish tacos was ok, fries smelled weird Chicken burger, extra $ for sweet potato fries - were soggy Mac and cheese (kids) was good Alfredo chicken pasta was a flop- garlic butter smelled funny in it, and taste of cheese was raw, garlic toasts were decent Berry lemonade was too sugary and not even a pinch close to lemonade in taste or smell I don't think I would try other menu items soon.

We were greeted as we entered and had access to the menus right away, as they are placed at the entrance. We got seated and were able to order quickly. We came at a non-peak time so we were at the front of the queue so to speak. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which I love to see. It shows me the business really cares about how it comes across. Our food was prepared and served very fast. My friend was still in the restroom by the time it had come. As you can see from the image, my Japchaebap was awesome. (Order with tofu if you're vegan) I got mild spice just because I am sensitive to *too much* spice. But as someone who enjoys spice I couldn't really perceive it. So if you have a good spice tolerance I'd suggest you up the spice one more level than you would think. The flavoring was great, but I don't really like the noodle texture. I prefer them with more weight. It was a slight challenge getting them onto the fork, and it being stable enough to put into your mouth. Just something to consider when choosing your dish. I'm still glad I chose to experience the dish. Maybe I'll learn to like this style of noodle. Special note if you're vegan too: the kimchi has shellfish, so skip any menu items with the asterisks that have kimchi in the ingredients. Thankfully my friends caught that because I would've missed it as it's below another note.
