    Delicious steak and lobster!
    Jim J.

We had a WONDERFUL lunch experience here! Years ago we dined at a different Longhorn Steakhouse location and we were not at all impressed. So, after we moved to Cypress in 2016, we never bothered to try this location. That was a mistake. Now, almost 10 years later, we finally tried it and completely love it! This might become our go-to spot for date nights and special occasions. The food & service were both exceptional and special kudos to our server Kyla who is awesome! We'll be back.

If you know LongHorn then you know it's a great place to grab a steak. The service is always awesome, restaurant is pretty much always clean. I had the fillet and lobster, the lobster was amazing and the steak was cooked to medium just like I like. I felt like the steak could've been more flavorful, but it was still good. My wife said the salmon and mash potatoes were really good. She didn't too much like the rice, but more of a personal preference. Everything was hot and fresh!

To my knowledge, there is no restaurant in town that offers a 12-ounce ribeye steak with two sides for under $30. My steak exceeded my expectations, achieving the ideal temperature, well-seasoned, tender, and juicy. The crispy Brussels sprouts, tossed in a delectable honey-smoked butter sauce, and the loaded baked potato were exceptionally flavorful. I had Trinity Pinot Noir with my dinner and it was delicious as well! Their long pour is very well worth it!

Extremely sad that they haven't had the lamb chops the last few times we've ordered BUT the ribeye is a good substitute. The meat is melt in your mouth tender. The sides are always delicious! I absolutely love the steakhouse Mac and cheese with the asparagus. The stuffed mushrooms are amazing! I hadn't been inside the restaurant before. It is adorable in there!

Sirloin 8 ounce with baked potato and bacon on the side

I got the 8 ounce sirloin steak cooked medium with a baked potato and added lobster tail. It was all really delicious especially the steak which was juicy. The lobster tail for me. Did come out a little bit late, but I didn't really mind and the server was really kind. The restaurant appeared to be clean.

Outlaw ribeye with mac and cheese. Not pictured: my Brussels sprouts which never came out.

First time going to LongHorn after hearing so many rave reviews online. Went on a Saturday night with a date. Starting with the good: Ambiance: 4/5 - Nice decor and clean, perfect dim lighting. While out of LongHorn's control, had to dock a point for so many customers dressed like slobs and multiple crying babies. Steak: 4/5 - Our ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium rare, with char and grill marks. Well seasoned (maybe a tad heavy) and tasty. Docking a point because it seemed like a cheaper grade of steak (select). I understand this isn't a top tier steakhouse serving up dry aged prime cuts, but I'd pay a few extra bucks for a choice grade. They did the best they could with what they were working with. All Other Food: 3/5 - The fried onion appetizer was tasty but didn't come out hot, and the presentation was lacking compared to a blooming onion from Outback. The mac and cheese was very good, but a little too rich and slightly overly salted where I couldn't get through half of it. Loaded baked potato was fine, but the Caesar salad and bread and butter were very basic, if not below average. Service: 2/5 - I'm being gracious here, I'm just trying not to be mean by giving them a point extra. We were not greeted by our waiter, just "what do y'all want to drink?" My food came out with a missing side, and I never got it because our waiter never came back to check on us. Had to wave him down 20 min later for drink refills, where he refilled my iced tea with a flat soda. Waved him down 15 min later for the check; we were hoping to try the molten lava cake but at this point decided we just needed to leave as soon as possible. We tried to be understanding as he did look busy, but this was a failure on mgnt as he was spread out throughout the restaurant. Honestly it looked like everyone there was receiving bad service and we never saw a mgr walk the floor. There was a group of waiters talking on one end and a group of hostesses talking on another, while every table had empty glasses and dirty plates. Total mgnt failure. Graciously giving service 2/5 only because our waiter was never actually rude to us. I'm always willing to give a place a second chance, but I'll probably wait 6 months or so in hopes that they make some changes.

The food was ok I did like the pilaf rice the seasoning on the asparagus was a bit much for me not overbearing but very seasoned. The shrimp the same the seasoning was too much for me. The strawberry and cream shortcake was amazing. The service walking in was off we were not seated right away and the restaurant was not busy at all. The waiter once seated was very kind and attentive he kept our drinks full the ambiance was casual and calm but the bar area was extremely loud for a restaurant. A little too loud for my liking. I will return but I wouldn't rush to return.

It was my first time ordering steak at a restaurant, I'd always been skeptical but I'm pleased to say I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is comfortable and despite being busy our waitress was attentive + food didn't take long to come. The Wild West shrimp is a must order, perfectly fried and the flavors are amazing. I ordered the Flo's Filet with a Lobster Tail cooked to medium. It was so tender, almost like butter and the grill taste was lovely. The lobster tail was done nicely, can't really go wrong there and their French fries are surprisingly really good. Fresh, perfectly crispy and overall everything you'd want from a house made fry.

I'm not exaggerating...the average age in there had to be about 83. I guess the early bird special got all the senior citizens out there and asleep. On a Saturday night, the place was basically empty by 8:30pm. After eating there, I completely understand why. The French onion soup showed up looking promising, then immediately disappointed. Zero seasoning. No salt, no pepper, just... bland broth sadness. I ordered a T-bone steak, and I've genuinely seen bigger cuts at a grocery store. Not even a nice butcher, just your average supermarket. My steak was paper thin and butchered so poorly it looked like it went 12 rounds with Rocky Balboa. I paid an extra $5 for their "coffee seasoning," and I'm still trying to figure out if they forgot it or just waved it over the plate from across the kitchen. My wife ordered the surf and turf. $109 later, we got what might be the most overpriced plate I've ever seen: a tiny portion, two pieces of asparagus, and about a tablespoon of completely unseasoned mashed potatoes. The lobster tail? Cooked so long it should've come with a warning label. We left wondering how a steakhouse could miss this badly across the board. Save your money. Buy a steak from the grocery store. It'll be bigger, taste better, and you won't feel like you just funded a very slow, very bland experiment.

The service is prompt and friendly, and most of all, the food arrived piping hot. That in itself was great. Everything had very good flavor, and excellent texture. From the bread, to the meat, to the veggies, it was all crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. In addition to the wonderful meal, the highlight of the evening was the key lime pie. It was a surprise birthday dessert, and neither of us believed we liked key lime pie until we tasted this. If we visit this area again in the near future we will, at a minimum, have cocktails (they were excellent), and more of the key lime pie.

What a great dining experience! This was my first time here. I was heading into heavy rush-hour…read moretraffic, so I decided to avoid it and stop to have a good meal before heading home. This restaurant definitely aims to please. I was being very specific about what I wanted for my ribeye steak tonight; waitress Jessie was awesome and listened carefully to my requests. And then to make sure that I was absolutely happy, she brought Chef Kenneth to the table to discuss what I was looking for. Kenneth returned from the kitchen with three beautiful-looking ribeye steaks and we discussed which one would give me the best dining experience. He does some of the butchering himself so he knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up being served the most fabulous Wagyu steak I've had in a very long time. Unlike the other steaks that can have a seasoning on them, the Wagyu is just salt and pepper and then is served with a beautiful compound butter slathered all over it. They make that butter in-house and it has wine and shallots and bone marrow and other wonderful stuff. Trust me, it's amazing! I ordered extra on the side and poured that all over the top of the steak. Delicious!! Sometimes little things count and it was served with grilled onion that was tasty. I could have had a side of mashed potatoes or asparagus, but I decided to treat myself and try the mac-n-cheese instead. Half of that food was my lunch the next day, so I left enough room for dessert, where my choice was the apple pie bread pudding with cinnamon roll ice cream. That was nice and moist and I enjoyed it. Overall, this was a really great dining experience and I'm so glad that bad traffic gave me the excuse to come here. Will definitely plan a return visit!!

While we completely understand wanting to protect expensive furniture, the tone and delivery came across as rude and made our entire table feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On the other hand, I want to recognize our waiter, who was excellent throughout the meal. Raymond was attentive, friendly, and did his best to make us feel comfortable again after the interaction with the manager. His professionalism and kindness were the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food also fell short of expectations. In particular, I would not recommend the mussels. The flavor was unpleasant and left a very bad aftertaste, making them one of the least enjoyable dishes we ordered. Good customer service isn't just about enforcing rules--it's about how those rules are communicated. Unfortunately, the manager's approach, combined with the disappointing food, overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

I know. "Fine dining" and burgers? But that's what I wanted. I searched the web and found the Chefs Table in Vintage Park, and it wasn't too far from us here in The Woodlands, so we decided to make reservations and head there. From the moment we entered, we were treated like special guests. The ambiance is rich, but not overdone or stuffy. Simply classic and relaxing. Our booth felt private and unhindered by conversations of nearby diners or wait staff bustling past. Our cocktails were perfect. The calimari we ordered as an appetizer was probably the most tender and delicious either of us have ever had. And when our burgers arrived, I was so happy. It was exactly what I had set my mind on when selecting my birthday dinner experience. The blend of brisket and chuck was absolutely delicious, set atop a perfectly buttered toasted bun, with some crispy onion straws on top. And the fries... oh my! I rarely if ever eat fried food - so clearly this was my big day to completely go off my standard fare, but those fries had the perfect crunch and flavor. Apparently, when my husband made our resv, he told them it was my birthday, so our server brought out a delightful complimentary spiced cake dessert after we were finished eating - for us to share. It was the perfect finish to an already amazing meal. Thank you to the entire staff at The Chefs Table yesterday, for helping to create a memorable and delicious birthday feast for my husband and me. We will definitely be back to try some other delights because the menu is packed full of amazing looking dishes.

We were seated in a booth that felt quite cramped for a business meeting. Next time, we'd likely request a more open, well-lit table. We ordered several dishes, but the Chilean sea bass was disappointing. It was dry, lacked the buttery texture it's known for, and was quite bland. We also requested a side of hot sauce, but that request was overlooked. To end the meal, we planned to order coffee and toffee instead of dessert. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, we were told the coffee machine had broken. Unfortunately, by then the server seemed eager to wrap things up and didn't really give us the opportunity to consider any other after-meal options. Overall, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and we can see why it's popular, but the food execution and service fell short of our expectations, especially for a business lunch. We hope these issues were just an off day, as we'd like to give it another chance.

When it showed up I was amazed by the large pile of food. As I began to eat though, I started to get disappointed. I cut into my fried egg expecting it to run all over my plate, but it seems like it was cooked somewhere between over medium and over hard. I was looking for tasting the hot honey, which appears to be under the dish as opposed to on top of it. I was looking forward to a soft fluffy biscuit, but it too was over hard. The Chicken was well cooked, a bit thin, and I'm not sure that the breading tasted anything more like Captain crunch than it did any other breading. However every time I cut into it the breading kind of just fell off into the gravy. The gravy and potatoes were redeeming, with good flavor gravy and well cooked potatoes. Overall, it wasn't bad, I ate it all, I just expected better for my $17.
