I am really glad that Oxnard and the 805 have the annex. I've been coming here since they opened regularly over the years and I love a food hall concept. Being located in the Collection makes sense as they get a good amount of foot traffic and it's nice to have food options that aren't full in restaurants. The actual layout of the annex is cool as it's easy to navigate and basically is a circular type food court. The interior is refreshed and definitely gives off a trendy vibe with each business having their own stand and ability to decorate and add their signage as appropriate. Parking at the collection isn't as bad as people make it sound. I can usually walk to the annex within a few minutes of wherever I choose to park as long as I go on that side of the collection. One reason that I love this place is that they house one of my favorite dining spots in all of the 805 which is Silverlake Ramen. I've left my own review for this ramen spot on their page but the annex always calls my name when I am in need of some tasty ramen. There is also a good variety here ranging from smoothies, coffee, pizza, pho, and beer bars. I give them credit for trying to be inclusive and allowing all different vendors to come here. The annex is always clean and the bathrooms are kept up with, all important factors. Last positive is their upgraded outdoor seating. A really smart move for those that want to enjoy some sunshine. The reason myself and others have docked a star or two is that the annex does appear to struggle with keeping their vendors long term. Half of the vendors are OGs but the other half have come and gone. I wonder if the rent is too high or maybe location for some of the stalls in the hall having a negative impact? I think it's unfortunate to have any empty stalls at this point in the annex as there are so many businesses that could thrive here if only it was more affordable I assume. Some businesses just haven't been able to make it so it does feel like vendors are coming and going. I'm happy to like a few of the spots here and they'll definitely keep me coming back but also hoping for some new great vendors to make this spot a 5/5.

The Annex is an indoor Food Court which is part of The Collection. Plenty of free parking all around the lots. Paid meter parking right in front of the Annex. It's walking distance from the parking lot near Ulta & also a short distance from the parking lot behind Levity Live. Indoor seating available at each Food Stall. There are Communal Tables & seating. And, there's also plenty of outdoor seating as well. Lunch time appears busy during the week & Dinner can be a hit or miss during the week. Weekends are definitely busy at the Annex. Here are the current Vendors: - Ragamuffin Coffee Roasters - Love Pho Cafe - Two Hands Corn Dogs - Pizza Man Dan's - Silverlake Ramen - The Blend Superfood - Burnin Mouth - Afters Ice Cream - Bottle & Pint - Burrata House - Mong Q Mongolian BBQ (newly opened) - Burrata House - & Sueño Jewelry

A collection of different spots to eat ! Liked it more when it first opened! Very packed and you can no longer seat anywhere you want and they'll grind the food to ya. Each spot has its specific designated area. Chill and cool vibes but very busy especially on weekends. The Collection, where the Annex is located, is definitely a popular place to be at nowadays . There is something for everyone to do .

A smaller food hall with several options to choose from and it looked like more to come. My friends and I were in town for work and decided a food hall would make things easier on ourselves. The variety was impressive! Coffee shop, ramen, pho, Korean corn dogs, fried chicken, pizza, Italian, a brewery, a smoothie place and an ice cream shop all one building. Something for everyone! I ordered the Shoyu ramen with pork and added fried broccolini. My friends had pho and then ice cream. I enjoyed a boba drink on my way out! It was all excellent and we would happily go back. The staff were all friendly but seating was somewhat limited. Not sure if that's just because it was cold enough outside that the patios weren't open or if it's just a smaller space? Overall I highly recommend!

1st timer here w my gfren Showing mee around @ The Collection for Dinner 4.02.23 It's a pretty big food hall w so many diverse eateries. From pho, ramen, fresh corn dogs, Louisiana style chicken sandwiches, pizza, along w a bar to name a few. Highly recommended. Lots of parking available. We had Fresh corn dogs from Two Hands. Which was scrumptious with their unique flavored fries/Tator tots & yummy spring rolls along w Good boba drinks from Love Pho Cafe. Highly recommend these 2 eateries. Associates seem pretty friendly @ Two Hands and Love Pho Cafe. Where we ate at. Want to come back & explore other eateries. Especially the Silverlakes ramen bar. There was a long massive line and my girlfriend says it's pretty good. When we walked pass by it. The aroma of the broth smells amazingly delicious. Plenty of table benches to sit & enjoy your food.

This was a pretty decent food hall. A lot of okay restaurants but they do have silver lake ramen which was easily the most crowded line. Place looks nice and definitely was a vibe. I would come back to try out some of the other places.

The good: I love food halls! They're so trendy, convenient and fun to explore. It's the perfect gathering place for groups of friends who enjoy different cuisines. This one's new and there are a few spots here that aren't occupied yet. There is ample indoor and outdoor seating here and a variety of food options like pizza, pho, coffee and hot chicken. There's an area with layered steps where you can sit and dine that I thought was fresh and fun. The places here included a shop for coffee, pho, chicken, pizza, ice cream, and jewelry repair. They had a machine that made cotton candy too. Outside this area there's a playground for kids and there's a lot of shopping. This is a great spot to take the entire family. The bad: There weren't as many food options as I expected. The interesting: The bathroom has Russian-looking propaganda but really it isn't Russian lettering but instead backwards English alphabet that you can decipher if you look into the mirror.

This place is perfectly located in the heart of the Collection! A cool trendy vibe with lots of food and drink options! We like to come in for Ragamuffin Coffee...

It's a vibe... trust me ;) You'll want to walk around the inside of the cool spot like 5 times. There's something for everyone! This place is a cute little gold mine in the middle of The Collection. It has tasty little places to grab some snacks and walk around. *Raggamuffin is a rather large location they serve coffee and pastries. One of the first places that had a spot here inside the Annex. Lucky for them it's been a few years and it's lasted even through COVID. I feel like they need a bit more food items. Not a huge fan. 3/5 stars. *I LOVE PHÓ is a Vietnamese very cute little open restaurant with a patio. You can actually take any of your food out to the cool patio section. The food here is delicious. We come here for the boba because, it's great quality! 5/5 stars! *Two Hands you just have to try this place! It's a cool spot for your littles. It's not a full on meal for the adults you'll have to order like 5 to get full :D It's perfect for the little ones just get the simple one with cheese. I love all the simple ones with no extra breading on the outside. Hot Cheetos is a must! You can grab your order and take it outside to eat. This place doesn't offer its own seating. *Pizza Man Dan you're a hero here at the Annex. It's a very family friendly atmosphere. They do offer seating inside and outside. Pretty cool spot to watch the games. They have an awesome big screen and a bar. To the left the have a quick to order area. You'll see a lot of kids/teens here because, it's the most affordable place to eat here with your family. That is what I love! Heck, want just a slice they have that too! Thanks, Pizza Man Dan for my yourself right at home and creating a cool vibe for The Annex. We needed you! Nothing next to the pizza spot... except a weird empty spot that I have no idea what they are doing here. Then the restrooms and another vacant spot for a restaurant... I think something is coming soon.

First time here, pleasant surprise bumping into it! Love food court vibes with food that's different than typical mall food. Tables are clean, service has been great, and I even feel like I can get work done in here.

A mall food court that tries to sell itself as more upscale than it actually is. It's not bad, but there's not quite enough seating.

Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! And yes, I checked the outlet website before I left for hours and it appeared that both stores were active and open. When I arrived, Joes was simply gone. I went over to the kiosk map to check and it was still listed in its usual location. But it had been replaced by another store, Reformation, I believe. An employee of the outlets walked by and said I looked confused and told me the map hadn't been updated in a minute. Disappointed, I then went over to Seven, which was also gone! Replaced by Fabletics, I think. The point is that Joes and Seven are still listed on the outlet website and they are still listed in the on-site kiosks as active stores. Not only am I disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are just gone like that, but I'm especially disappointed at the glaring lack of communication that lead to an entire afternoon being wasted. The outlets otherwise appear to be going down hill. I don't think I'll be back after this.

Pro tip: You decide on your sauces at the outset. I'm glad they offer minced garlic. When you mince garlic and store it like that, garlic slowly loses its flavor so to get that garlic punch that we crave, don't be afraid to ask for more. Much more! (I get five scoops!) Pro tip #2: Careful on that spicy sauce! Use too much and it will be overpowering. Pro tip #3: Like a great pizza with lots of topping options, too much is just too much.
