I would never call on the Appliance Guys again. It took 5 trips by 3 different technicians to solve my Samsung Dryer squealing. They misdiagnosed it twice and would just pass the mess to the next guy. Also, their scheduling is garbage. If you use the web site to request a call, they respond with an appointment like you don't have a job and just sit at home waiting for vendors to arrive. If you decide to work with the Appliance Guys, ask for Mary in the office and Dan as your technician. Mary was very friendly and helpful. I scheduled a home warranty repair who assigned me to the appliance guys. I received a call to schedule and let them know the refrigerator was not cooling. They advised me I needed a special tech and proceeded to schedule. The tech arrived only to tell me he wasn't qualified and that I needed to let them know the fridge wasn't cooling in order to get a qualified tech which I had done. I called again and they said they made a mistake and would send a tech out at the end of the day..fast forward to the repair day. The tech had a work order to replace the compressor and ice maker. Sure enough the tech that was scheduled was not qualified and that they needed to send a new tech. The new tech Chris (the owner) showed up and replaced the compressor but not the ice maker which was on the work order. I called him to follow up and he was very defensive like I had done something wrong. I voiced my concerns about scheduling and he said he was too busy and could not help me. His office called to schedule yet another tech and said the tech Chris (owner) did not look at the work order and that the new tech would be at the house by the end of the day. Based on the bad reviews I read on Yelp, it seems the owner is not customer friendly or organized but likes to defend himself instead of improving customer service skills or his business. If I could give negative stars I would. My advice is to find another appliance repair shop. On a last note, the owner Chris left behind the old compressor for me to take care of which really speaks to his customer service. read more

Working with The Appliance Guys was a breath of fresh air. They replaced the broken glass window in my oven and repaired my dishwasher, which was failing to get my dishes clean. I was able to text a photo of my broken oven glass door and the model to them so they could get the part ahead of time, then they came and repaired the oven and my dishwasher on the same day. Be careful who comes to your house. Insist that the owner Chris B. is involved before paying for any services. We had an employee named Chris Ping that came over and tried to get us to have him work on the side and avoid his boss Chris B. I had issues communicating with Chris B and finally made the repair to my dryer by myself. Chris B was not very sympathetic but assured me that Chris Ping was not longer employed. The appliance guys have been out to my house to repair a dishwasher three times in as many months. The machine is still not fixed, and the company has absolutely no sense of urgency to come look at it. They insisted I wait five days before someone will even come to my house. Their work isn't up to par, and they don't seem to care. My house is currently up for sale, and I have a stink coming out of the dishwasher. Great. Just great. DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE GUYS. We recently used the guys to do a lp conversion on our gas dryer. The stores don't do this for you. They also fixed my dishwasher drain pump and then shortly after the control panel failed. They came out and put in a new control panel and only charged for parts, because of the failure only being a week after the pump repair. " Those 2 items not at all related, just coincidence, but they did not charge labor for the control panel. That was above and beyond what I expected. My wife had been complaining about our dishwasher not cleaning our dishes to her satisfaction. I dont really know what I'm doing and after cleaning the filters, I didnt know what to do. We own a rental unit and had called The Appliance Guys to look at some things throughout the years. I had never had any complaints from the renters so I decided to try the service myself. I send an email on Sunday and I had a response in a couple of hours. They confirmed the time and sent me a text message with the appointment and a picture of the guy coming out. Being at work, my wife was home when the service technician came. My wife said he was courteous​ and professional. Our issue was diagnosed within minutes and a part was replaced within an hour.
