For entrees my partner ordered the Big City Ramen (chicken broth, chicken thigh, ajitama, corn & menma) and I ordered the Spicy Pork Ramen (miso broth, pork chashu, soft egg, scallion, nori). The Big City ramen had a really good balance of flavors and wasn't too spicy. The spicy pork ramen was good but a bit like on the spicy side. My wife went with the Fye Junt (Vegan Hot Burger), which nailed the balance of smoky, spicy, and cheesy. It's easily one of the best vegan burgers we've had, and she immediately said she wants to come back for it again. The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
