The ramp was badly built and a few months later it literally fell apart. I wanted my money back but Todd offered to rebuild it instead. The rebuilt ramp was built just as badly, they put all three lift assist springs on backwards, and within a couple of months it literally fell off the trailer because it was attached so poorly.
