They had a lot of Padres sports wear but also carried shoes. I looked at the little Vans for toddlers, very cute. They also carried different styles of Uggs wear. The store is very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful not only to us but the other customers that walked in after us. My husband made his purchase, 3 hats. He was pleased with the purchase and found them to be a fair price. It was quite a ways to visit this location. But they have other stores and one of them being in Escondido, which is closer to were we live.

The owner offered to switch out the batteries for us and highly recommended the watch to us. All of the staff members were rocking them. Zero customer service skills between the two of them. I would rather spend my money where I am respected. I explained that we weren't committed to buying just yet--we wanted to make sure both of my sons found something they liked, as I didn't want to go to two different places. Since measurements are necessary before trying anything on, the approach felt a little rushed and slightly pressured before we even had a chance to fully understand the rental process, available options, or pricing within our budget. Once both of my sons found suits they liked, the experience shifted in a more positive direction. However, during the measuring and fitting process, we were interrupted several times because Aaron had to step away to assist at the front desk. While I understand a manager may need to step in when necessary, there seemed to be enough staff available, and it would have been helpful to have another associate assist us to avoid the repeated interruptions. What likely could have been a 45-minute process ended up taking closer to an hour and a half to two hours. We were informed that payment was required upfront, which was fine, as we were already in the system and planned to return later in the week to complete everything. Aaron did provide us with a detailed copy of our order, which we appreciated since we were doing a full head-to-toe rental (everything except undergarments). After that, the process felt smooth and well-organized. We were told we could return the suits to any location, which was especially convenient since we would be in Irving for prom. Pricing is on the higher side--especially during prom season, which I understand is their busiest time--but they did offer a promotional discount that made it more manageable. Most importantly, my sons looked amazing. The suits were pristine, well-pressed, and overall a great choice for such a special occasion. One note: my oldest son's suit could have been sized down slightly, so I'd recommend making sure you're completely happy with the fit before leaving. They do offer overnight exchanges if needed, which is a great option--just be sure to allow enough time and consider picking up early to avoid any last-minute stress. But, it is now a place to find great bargains for clothing, shoes, household goods, office items and so on. For adults and kids. It's so clean and organized inside. And super spacious! They have new deliveries weekly. And receive donations from the public as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And there are even secret deals you need to ask them about. IYKYK. If you don't, just ask. Bridge Thrift is not your typical business. They are very connected with other businesses and ministries that care for the less fortunate. It's good to know that deals I find here go far. This location is one of a handful of other Bridge Thrifts in the county and even LA.

We managed to score a Patagonia shirt and a Bass Pro Shops tee for a great price! We also found the exact same Adidas powerlifting shoes that were stolen from my husband's truck years ago. They were the first thing that caught our eye when we walked in. They ended up not fitting him comfortably but it felt like a meant to be moment lol. We do wish they had a fitting room. Other than that, it's a great stop for anyone who loves thrifting. We'll definitely be back!
