After having issues all my life getting quality restorations (fillings and crowns) I found this place. Friendly staff, great quality restorations. Silber's assistant Sharon is so good at making temporary crowns, I'd be inclined to leave it in, if not for the material and cement not being permanent, lol! I've had small issues with repairs not holding up (rare occasion) but I attribute that to not wearing a bite guard at night (I'm a grinder) and if you have crowns that's a must! And everyone's mouth is different, we all chew differently. Your teeth also move around throughout your life (muscles and tendons reposition and re-tension). Plus, the deeper the filling, more likely for issues. And the more times a tooth has been worked on, it becomes more sensitized and the work becomes more complicated. He never pushes for more work than is necessary. He's made sure I'm pain free in any case. Even gave me a free replacement crown when it cracked (I have a heavy bite and wasn't wearing bite guard at that time). If you ever have discomfort after a restoration, just go back and they will do their best to make it right for free.

As his father, legal guardian, and the person providing his dental insurance, I expected either the requested information or a clear explanation of any office policy that prevented it. Instead, the conversation included what I perceived to be unnecessary gossip, bias opinions, and commentary that had nothing to do with my request. Rather than simply addressing the question or referring me to someone who could, the interaction became uncomfortable and unprofessional. Later that same day, I called the office and spoke with the receptionist, who provided the appointment information without any difficulty or unnecessary discussion. Based on my experience, I encourage the practice to ensure that staff remain professional, avoid unnecessary personal commentary or gossip, and communicate office policies consistently and respectfully. While I have had many positive experiences with this practice over the years, this interaction fell well below the standard I have come to expect, which is why I am leaving a one-star review. Steer clear of Melissa.

When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I'll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first. At the same time, I've never had the feeling that I was paying for someone's lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell. Every hygienist and assistant I've seen - and I've been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough. Playing technician roulette, wondering who I would get and how rough would it be that day. It was a classic 'I hate the dentist' experience. Then, a friend of my mom's recommended Dr. Nowicki to her. She had her first visit and she told me right after that I would definitely want to go there too. So I decided to switch it up. Such a great decision. I can actually say I enjoy visiting the dentist now, because Dr. Nowicki and his team are not only great at what they do, but they are great people as well. From day one, I've felt very welcomed by Dr. Nowicki's office and similarly to Olive Garden, when you're there you feel like family (you really do). Every technician I've had has been very friendly and provided a great cleaning along with great care advice and answers to my questions. Not only that, but the team will take the time to help you out. During a regular cleaning visit, it was discovered I needed a minor filling. Instead of making me schedule something out, Dr. Nowicki went out of his way to squeeze in the minor filling right then and there for me. Before booking the appointment and on the appointment date we asked clearly a simple yearly cleaning. The exam and part of the xrays were not covered by my dental health care ended up costing me $150. I was not very happy. They told me it was my responsibly to know what is covered and what wasn't, but when they call you in and ask stand here for an xray and sit in the chair they really don't tell what it is they are doing until the bill comes in.
